Where Linguistics Bar Conceptual Understanding Between Islam and Judaism

 Nadene Goldfoot

Has there been a confabulation between those who speak Arabic in understanding our Jewish history and how it connects to Islam?  Confabulation is a memory error where a person creates false memories without intending to deceiveIt's often associated with brain damage or certain types of dementia.

Is this twist of facts due to memory loss or a change toward a people one wants to dominate?  Forget what you thought you knew about mainstream Arab and Muslim culture. Moriel Bareli was interviewed to explain how Jews and the West have it totally wrong when it comes to understanding Islam’s war against Israel and its perception of Jews.

I've been watching the JBS show of Caroline Glick who was interviewing a young Jewsh -Israeli fellow who had connected with Arabic speakers all over the Middle East and had  come to this revelation of them believing that everything written in our Bible has been accepted in the Koran with the difference of saying that the characters were not considered as Jewish but as Muslims.  Adam, Abraham, Moses, etc, were all Muslims.  Theyrealize that Mohammad was born in the year 570 CE, like 2,000 years after the fact, but they are told that Muslims had strayed, becoming Jews!!!  It's hard to followsuch a distortion of truth, and of course, my truth is that the children of Jacob were our Jewish ancestors, about to be called Jews since they were from the landand tribe of  of Judah.       https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsE5B-9uMYkThey denied that there ever was an Israel.

The proof is the creation of the Torah and Tanakh, or Old Testament to non-Jews.  Our

understanding is that King David ruled from 1010 BCE to 970 BCE; and that Moses was

born in about 1391 BCE and died in1271 BCE;  way before Mohammad, who created

Islam, who was born in 570 CE and died in 632 CE.  To most people except Muslims,

Mohammad came along about 2,000 years after Moses. Yet, they have some convol-

uded story of the "Muslims" becoming Jews that had broken a commandment.

I had known that the story of the sacrifice of Isaac had been changed by Muslims

to be of sacrificing Ishmael, the son of Hagar, instead, but had never guessed that

Arabic speakers could mix our two histories by using Muslims as a synonym for Jews

which distorts the whole history.

No doubt that Mohammad knew what he was doing when this change in history was

used as a brain-washing technique.  He could not read or write but had people working

for him that did his bidding.  At times, he would be angry with certain Jewish tribes

who did not fight for him, and evidently he had put us in this bad light on purpose as

a way to get even.

Finding Moses in the Bull rushes in a basket

Mohammad got the whole concept wrong.  We Jews have laws to make us into better

people, fair people in dealing with others, and not a religion about where we go when

deceased.  It teaches us behavior in all sorts of situations that is considered fair;

correct in dealing with others.

Solomon's dealing with the 2 mothers claiming one

child is an example.  The one who allowed the child to live was deemed the real mother.

Present-day excavations are also showing proof of our biblical story.  The Koran

should be Mohammad's conception of creating a book for his own people, in that

Jews were considered back then as "People of the Book," something to envy. So he

simply borrowed our history.

There is a lot of misunderstanding between religions due to interpretation of

linguistics and concepts, but in this case, it is the use of different names as synonyms.

No wonder we have been fighting each other since bible days.
