January 6th Three Years Ago Not To Be Forgotten: Our Insurrection

Our 46 presidents of the United States since 1776.  George Washington served from 1789 to 1797.  I was born during Franklin Delano Roosevelt's (1933-1945) term.  I thought he was my forever president.  My whole grade school bawled like nursery babies when he died and they told us of his death.  He was "father" of our country.  It wasn't till I was a mature adult that I found out he wasn't that perfect, but he gave us what we needed when we were growing up;  and that was security.  We did not go through adverse changes on our land.  

Donald Trump does not have the makings of such a legacy.  He's already damaged goods to run another term just by ruining the act of ending his term. It was worse than deplorable;  an act of a child throwing a temper tantrum;  something I gather he used to do as a child and has done as an adult.  What is that story of throwing his plate of food for lunch against the wall, ketchup dripping on the wall? It was told to Chaney by Hutchinson.  I cringed.   My memory is waning.  Oh yes, he was really ticked off.    One term was enough.  

Qualifications to be a United States President

Constitutional requirements for presidential candidates
  • Be a natural-born citizen of the United States.
  • Be at least 35 years old.
  • Have been a resident of the United States for 14 years.
  • Donald has these qualifications;  so do I.  
    But here's where he's lost the privilege of running for president according to all the information we can gather.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President (one of the electors in the electoral college) and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, 

to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.   Democrats have pointed to one phrase in particular as they argue that Trump incited those present to march down Pennsylvania Avenue toward the Capitol.  He was heard to say: 

"We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore," he said.

No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; 

nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; 

nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

English:  insurrection. noun. in·​sur·​rec·​tion ˌin-sə-ˈrek-shən. : the act or an instance of revolting especially violently against civil or political authority or against an established government. also : the crime of inciting or engaging in such revolt.It's been three years since the insurrection at the United States Capitol building. Following a speech by Donald Trump, where he again pushed lies about the 2020 election, the nation held its breath as it watched protesters breach the symbol of our nation's democracy. During the chaos, members of Congress feared for their lives while rioters terrorized officers from the Capitol Police and other agencies. Windows were shattered, violence ensued, and lives were lost.On January 6, 2021, turned out to be an insurrection on the U.S. Capitol.  It was instigated, aided and abetted by Donald Trump who was running for a 2nd term.  The heavily armed, Trump-incited mob attack of Jan. 6, 2021, was an attack not just on the U.S. Capitol building, but also on democracy and the rule of law.
Now the people at the helm are hemming and hawing over the legal limits a person can pull to still be in the race.  Shame on them!  Who indeed wants a president who urged and allowed the events of January 6th.  The destruction of the building, and attack on life and limb are abominable.  Our leaders are in the quagmire of 3rd countries who cheat and steal from their own people by defending Trump who has broken such rules to get his own way.  He promises retribution and will spend his time attacking those who did not kiss his ring and exhort his position as president.  

Is this the example to glorify as our leader; our president?  Is this what people are willing to do just to keep Republicans in the ruling position?  As a Republican voter, who shamelessly did vote for Trump in the first round with my own set of reasons, am ashamed and disgusted.  That I left the Democrats who I felt had turned into something else and gave Trump a chance with thoughts of, well, if he doesn't turn out well, I can always vote another in the next 4 years, am so crushed and disappointed in what power has done to this man.  He fulfilled his promises in the first 4 years but then stepped into the mire that has besmirched his name and his honor and his mind.  He's what I call a flash in the pan.  

So many are ready to throw out the electoral college.  Haven't they paid attention to their history books or teachers?  It's to prevent a state as large as California rule the rest of the USA and that we would have to conform to their rulings.   You had better figure out where all the votes come from;  and not allow the tiny states to become a ghost state without any protection if you go without such a defense system. Do you have a better idea than what our founding fathers had developed?  Develop something better, oh clever people, and present it instead of knocking what we have.  Prove it.  

So far, the USA is better than other countries.  You don't see huge lines trying to get into other countries, do you?  Only lines of thousands trying  to get into the USA.

FOUND; ADAM, Our origin Adam Through Genetics

Modern man's Adam discovery 

It's been said for some time now that mankind originated in Africa.  NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC sponsored research which DR. SPENCER WELLS, leading population geneticist,  led and discover Adam along with pertinent information about him.  This was a modern man, capable of thinking and creating art work in his caves.   

I note that this was pronounced in the Torah in Genesis, and now in science.  Amazing!                  

Spencer Wells (born April 6, 1969) is an American geneticistanthropologistauthor and entrepreneur. He co-hosts The Insight podcast with Razib Khan. Wells led The Genographic Project from 2005 to 2015, as an Explorer-in-Residence at the National Geographic Society, and is the founder and executive director of personal genomics nonprofit The Insitome Institute.  

It may be hard to visualize that Wells' deep ancestors were from Africa, and waves have left this continent  in different eras; with humans ending in northern climates losing their melatonin in order for the sun to deliver the much needed vitamin D to them.  

Wells followed the Y haplogroup of men, a gene that also decides if a baby is to be a male or female, and in this case with Y-a male.  Your father had it, and he got it from his father, and his father got it from his father, etc, back thousands of years that scientists can see today in this tag showing who made us.  Today, scientists have found  a few different lines of males and have named them like E, Q, R, etc;  Spenser's research finally ended with a man he named M168, who lived about 60,000 years ago; and that's a long long time ago.  Abraham, we figure, was born in about 1948 BCE which would be about 4,000 years ago.  

Dr. Wells actually went to all the sites in the world and tested the population.  He states that all men genetically are 99.9% identical.    An interesting part of his story was that he was testing the population of men on an island off Africa and all the men had the same Y haplogroup as all men in the rest of the world except one man, and this man was carrying the M168.  He was the kingpin that Spencer was looking for.  

We customers of Genealogy companies will not see DM9 or M168 in our reports as this is deep genetics.  It's for the geneticists' job to work on our deep ancestors that go beyond our understanding, I figure, though I do belong to GED Match, genesis now, and have used their tools to analyze my deep dna.  This additional site makes genealogy all the more exciting to explore.  I love it all.  

Most of us have heard about the history of Ghengis Khan who fathered thousands of Mongolian men.  Spenser found a group of men in California who met together and he spoke with them.  Yes, they all figured that they were descendants of Khan.  Spencer tested them and found only two were actual descendants.  

Wells is renowned for his logistically complex sample-collecting expeditions in remote parts of the world. EurAsia98, which in 1998 took him and his team from London to the Altai Mountains on the Mongolian border, via an overland route through the CaucasusIran and the -stans of Central Asia, was sponsored by Land Rover. In 2005 he led a team of Genographic scientists on the first modern expedition to the Tibesti Mountains in northern Chad, and in 2006 he led a team to the Wakhan Corridor on the Tajik-Afghan border. His work has taken him to more than 100 countries.  He should be given extra cudos because these areas were probably dangerous to travelers, especially in the Tajik-Afghan border.

Rosh Hanikra Kibbutz Under Attack

Rosh HaNikra (Hebrewרֹאשׁ הַנִּקְרָה) is a kibbutz in northern Israel. Located on the Mediterranean coast near the Rosh HaNikra grottoes and the border with Lebanon, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Asher Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,406.

At least 18 rockets were fired at the Rosh Hanikra area from Lebanon this morning. Several interceptions over the town were reported. Yesterday, IDF forces struck 2 vehicles in Lebanon, which were carrying missiles belonging to Hamas and were en route to carry out an attack against Israel. Other strikes continue to be carried out.

The kibbutz was established on 6 January 1949 by a gar'in of demobilised Palmach soldiers who moved there from Kibbutz Hanita, along with Zionist youth movement members and young Holocaust survivors.

It was built on land belonging to the Mandate of Palestine (UK) on the village of al-Bassa, which was depopulated in the 1948 Arab–Israeli War.During the 2023 war between Hamas and Israel, northern Israeli border communities, including Rosh HaNikra, faced targeted attacks by Hezbollah and Palestinian factions based in Lebanon, and were evacuated.

The kibbutz grows bananas and avocados, and raises turkeys. In 1974, kibbutz members founded a biotechnology company called Rahan Meristem, which included the first commercial tissue culture laboratory in the country. Rahan developed new procedures for large scale, in-vitro, clonal propagation of over 200 plant genera including ornamental, industrial, fruit, and vegetable crops. In the mid-1980s, in-vitro propagated banana plants became the leading product. Rahan is now a center of research and consultation for the banana industry throughout the world. A formal R&D department was established in 1991 to provide technical support. Areas of expertise include molecular and classical genetics, plant cell and tissue culture, plant biochemistry and physiology, bacteriology and industrial biotechnology. Methods have also been developed for the control of contaminating microbes, early detection and elimination of somaclonal variation, reduction of labor and fixed costs in production, etc.  In the early 21st century, the kibbutz was privatized.

  • Sacha Baron Cohen, English actor, comedian, screenwriter, and producer lived here.  Discussing his Jewish identity, Baron Cohen has stated, "I wouldn't say I am a religious Jew. I am proud of my Jewish identity and there are certain things I do and customs I keep."[ He tries to keep kosher, attends synagogue about twice a year, and is fluent in Hebrew. He first acted in theatrical productions with the Labour youth movement Habonim Dror. He spent a year in Israel as a kibbutz volunteer at Rosh HaNikra and Beit HaEmek as part of the Shnat Habonim Dror, as well as taking part in the programme Machon L'Madrichei Chutz La'Aretz for Jewish youth movement leaders.

Amazing Genetics of Albert Einstein Not Being Born Facing Bottleneck After Bottlenecks

Albert Einstein is alleged to belong to Y Haplogroup E. Tested Einsteins from Germany belong to E1b1b1b2* (cluster SNP PF1952, formerly known as the E-Z830-B or "Jewish cluster").   

E, (E1b1b1) whose name was then changed to E-M35.  Another line on the same level was E-M35.1 which is now being called E-L117, and  E-M84 of Berber origins.   E1b1b1-m35 is now Z830 cluster B or E-Z830-B.  This is the haplogroup of Albert Einstein whose ancestor was Naphtali Hirsh Einstein b: 1733-d: 1799. 
E1b1b1c1a is now called M84.  About 4% of Jews are of M84.  E3b, mentioned by Harry Ostrer in Legacy,

 Originally from Africa 50,000 years ago it was thought, now more likely the Middle East, shares common ancestry with haplogroup D.  It has groups in Africa and the Middle East.  Some clades are also found in Europe among those living near the Mediterranean, believe to represent the ancient genetic influence from the Middle East to Europe.20% of Ashkenazi Jews are E1b1b.


Haplogroup E1b1b1 is a very Jewish line.  (from Albert Benhamou)  added 5/2/2012 Albert  Einstein  belonged to haplogroup E1b1b1b2* E-Z830, with a sample taken from a paternal descendants of Naphtali Hirsch Einstein  Also,  According to a genetic study in December 2012, Ramesses III, second Pharaoh of the Twentieth Dynasty and considered to be the last great New Kingdom king to wield any substantial authority over Egypt, belonged to Y-DNA haplogroup E1b1a, mainly found in sub-saharan Africa.  He of course was not Jewish but Jews lived in Egypt for 400 years as slaves.  Added 2/15/13.  
E-M35.1 now called  (E-L117) is the 2nd most frequent  haplogroup found in Jewish families.  This is the same as  E1b1b1 that Einstein had. It's just been given a newer title.  18% to 20% of Ashkenazi Jews carry this and 8.6 % to 30% of Sephardi Jews carry it. It is the 2nd highest haplogroup found in Jewish men after J1.   "The E1b1b1 men claiming to be Levites may have existed in Israel before the Diaspora of 70 CE. 

 "E1b1b1 may have arisen instead of Africa,  in the Near East or the 

Middle East 20,000 years ago and then expanded into the 

Mediterranean with the spread of agriculture. E-M35, the most 

current group of E1b1b1 includes the individuals with no known 

sub-clade mutations (who are therefore said to be in the "ancestral 

state" referred to as E1b1b1 or E-M35) and now we have the E-L117."  
Men with surnames of Cohen are also found to have E-M96; E-L117 

as haplogroups.

E3b may have evolved in the Middle East before going into the Mediterranean during the Pleistocene Neolithic expansion. It’s found in many Arab populations and in areas around the Mediterranean. It’s in East and North Africa among the Berbers and in SE Europe. The Cohen Samaritans are found with E3b due to an admixture event.  The Lemba's of South Africa have 2.9% of E3b.  Cohens with J1 have 1.5% of E. 

 His parents, secular Ashkenazi Jews, were Hermann Einstein, a salesman and engineer, and Pauline Koch. In 1880, the family moved to Munich, where Einstein's father and his uncle Jakob founded Elektrotechnische Fabrik J. Einstein & Cie, a company that manufactured electrical equipment based on direct current. The struggle to live a normal life caused his parents to become secular in Germany, the home of Reformed Judaism.  Hellenism continued throughout Germany.  

Nobel Prize winner in 1921; known for his theory of relativity that paved the way for advances in atomic physics.  supporter of Zionism, offered presidency of Israel but turned it down, trustee of Hebrew University, a secular Jew; said to have a brain wired differently from other people; so brilliant he was...NOW; THINK OF THE OTHER 6 MILLION SLAUGHTERED THAT COULD ALSO HAVE BEEN BRILLIANT.....Of the 965 individual recipients of the Nobel Prize and the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences between 1901 and 2023, at least 214 have been Jews or people with at least one Jewish parent, representing 22% of all recipients.

Albert Einstein (1879-1955) b: Uhm, Germany; famous physicist ;  a Jew with the IQ of 180,  was born to a Jewish couple in Germany.  The average IQ of most people is 100.  He, like all of us, was born with the DNA of all his ancestors going back to the origin of mankind.  Through luck or many prefer, special planning,  he was born.  



I said his DNA faced bottlenecks, a genetic term. A population bottleneck or genetic bottleneck is a sharp reduction in the size of a population due to environmental events such as famines, earthquakes, floods, fires, disease, and droughts; or human activities such as specicide, widespread violence or intentional culling. Populations generate genetic variation over time, which can be specifically reduced by selection or stochastically reduced by genetic bottlenecks.  After a bottleneck, a limited number of randomly selected individuals create a founding population, resulting in genetic drift.  Jews have gone through every possible bottleneck thrown to them from earthquakes to the Holocaust.  What original genes are left?

His DNA most likely connected to King David in Israel like many Jews tested today.  It went through all the history of most of the Jewish people who ended up in Germany;  Ashkenazi Jews.   In 1950, the Jewish population of Europe was about 3.5 million. In 1933, 60 percent of all Jews lived in Europe. In 1950, most Jews (51 percent) lived in the Americas (North and South combined), while only a third of the world's Jewish population lived in Europe.

His genes went through the Roman rule phase in 550 BCE; and how it was taken over by Emperor Constantine and into the Western Constantinople rulings of Christians against Jews.  This turned into Jewish anti-Semitism  throughout the Middle Ages and into 1492's Spanish Inquisition days that lasted into the 1800s, seeking out Jews to punish even in Mexico.  World War I came along and Jews were selected for the front lines, taken from their mothers to serve  when still children; and then the worst of all happened;  WWII.  The Holocaust was upon the Jews remaining throughout the ages, about 9.5  million of us living in Europe;  and 6 million were slaughtered. 

The world Jewish population reached 15.2 million by the end of 2020 – approximately 1.4 million less than on the eve of the Holocaust in 1939, when the number was 16.6 million, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics.

In 1933, approximately 9.5 million Jews lived in Europe, comprising 1.7% of the total European population. This number represented more than 60 percent of the world's Jewish population at that time, estimated at 15.3 million.  The majority of Jews in prewar Europe resided in eastern Europe. The largest Jewish communities in this area were in Poland, with about 3,000,000 Jews (9.5%); the European part of the Soviet Union, with 2,525,000 (3.4%); and Romania, with 756,000 (4.2%). The Jewish population in the three Baltic states totaled 255,000: 95,600 in Latvia, 155,000 in Lithuania, and 4,560 in Estonia. Here, Jews comprised 4.9%, 7.6%, and 0.4% of each country's population, respectively, and 5% of the region's total population.  Jews lived in other places as well, including the USA and England.  In 1937, the USA had a Jewish population of from 4,641,000 to 4,831,180.  They would have been next on the hit list had Hitler been more successful.  

In little more than a decade, most of Europe would be conquered, occupied, or annexed by Nazi Germany and its Axis partners, and the majority of European Jews—two out of every three—would be dead.
