Who Started The War in Iran ?

It was some time ago when Israel felt the need to tell Trump that they were an independent country  and could not take orders.  They certainly enjoy cooperating when the goals are the same but will not follow directions that they disagree with.  In fact, it was  based on reports from early 2026, amid intense military operations against Iran, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emphasized that Israel makes its own decisions while acting in cooperation with the U.S. when goals align. 

 This talk came about when the country felt that Trump was getting a little too pushy with Netanyahu.  

The question continued to be asked by all the reporters, why now?  Why did the USA join Israel in attacking Iran?  I had the answer with my March 11th article about the "WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY.". 

Today, April 3rd, I watched the morning show of "The View" discuss this question and everyone agreed that it was Israel's fault.  Little Israel, according to them, has the power to force the USA into the war.  I cringed, then screamed.  Oh, I do believe one person didn't agree with the others since she trusted the USA generals, but I couldn't hear what she was saying with all their yelling and screaming to be heard. I take this as being very anti-Semitic/anti/Israel-a country they are blaming.  Israel has taken steps to show their independence from the USA!!!Israel has major reasons for their actions.  They do not take war lightly.   

No doubt that no one on ABC'S "the VIEW" neither thought of my answer or read my article where I explained my view  I can tell that none of the ladies were Jewish as they didn't think of Purim.  Of course, they do not know of my blog and I didn't send my article to them, but I did think that someone could come up with my reasons that I had found.  

1. Israel happened to pick the 3rd of March which was Purim, a Jewish holiday celebrating the destruction of the Persian HAMAN, the precursor of Hitler, who wanted to kill all the Jews in the world.  Purim was a good day to attack Iran and put an end-hopefully-to the killing of Israelis for the past 47 years.  In other words:  

Israel selected the holiday of Purim for military action against Iran to draw symbolic parallels to the biblical Book of Esther, where the Jewish people defeated an ancient Persian plot to destroy them. The choice is meant to cast Iran as the modern-day Haman and emphasize a "reversal of fortune" in preventing a new genocide.

2. Ali Hosseini Khamenei, leader of today's Persia (Iran), hated by over half his population.People, especially the younger ones, rebelled when water and food ran out, never mind their lost jobs in the process, so had nothing to live for.  They were demonstrating in the streets, and Khamenei directed his Revolutionary Guards to shoot over 35,000 of them at this time. 

3.  The Shah of Iran's son directed them to overthrow their government from the USA at this time.  Purim was turning into a WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY-TIME FOR THESE PEOPOLE TO BE SAVED.   Thus was this window of opportunity;  a time with Trump and Khamenei and the people.  Such a time was seen as prophetic to Israel.  It was meant to be.  Who would not react?  All this could be seen on youtube's program coming from Iran.

Activists say more than 6,000 people were killed after joining nationwide protests in Iran against the rising cost of living and the government. Thousands more deaths are being investigated.

Pahlavi told the crowd: "My first message is to our brave and fighting compatriots inside the country: know that you are not alone, and today the world stands with you in this struggle.""

Criticising Iran's leadership, he said: "In contrast to this corrupt, repressive, child-killing regime, you represent a great culture and civilisation, and in a free Iran of tomorrow you will prove to the world what a great nation we are." 

Trump went as far as moving ships in the water, but did not help--then.  The killing spree went on in Iran.  In fact, this happened on  January 2026, President Trump ordered a "big flotilla" of U.S. warships to move from the South China Sea to the Middle East, a deployment aimed at countering Iran's crackdown on protesters and supporting opposition forces. These forces, which included the USS Abraham Lincoln strike group, were reported to be arriving in the region around January 26, 2026, marking a major escalation in regional tensions.

Many would say this was just a coincidence. Is it a  coincidence that the USA's Trump heard the Iranian people who had no arms, nor water or food and were being picked on by machine guns and told them before----before, mind you, that if the government started to kill them , he would come?  Is it a coincidence that Israel planned on doing this on Purim of the same time period?  Is it a coincidence that Khamenei, such a terrible religious leader of a nation would ignore his duties of seeing to his people's water supply, food supply and economic situation  and just spend his nation's money on supplying weapons for  their henchmen to use in attacking Israel and the USA?  These 3 events were bad alone;  but happening at the same time.   It was a time for Israel to react-a window of opportunity.  I'm happy that the USA reacted then as well.

The question continues to be asked by all the reporters, why now?  Why did the USA join Israel in attacking Iran?  I have the answer.  

It was destined by a force no one can yet understand, that certain events would happen at the same time.  Purim, a holiday of remembrance of history that took place in  a huge empire about 1,513 years ago, that held many Jews.                      

Jews had been remembering this close call to their being, their religion if you wish ever since that day.  It was a happy memory and celebrated  in that manner.  We celebrated it again last Monday.  

God commanded the Jewish people in the Torah to remember and observe several specific holy days, primarily outlined in Leviticus 23. These include the weekly Sabbath (Shabbat), the three major pilgrimage festivals (1.Passover, 2. Shavuot, 3. Sukkot), and the High Holy Days of 4. Rosh Hashanah (Feast of Trumpets) and 5. Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement). 

Jews knew that this event of being saved from extinction needed to be remembered and celebrated as well. They didn't realize it would be copied in the future by a Hitler doing Haman's work 1,540 years from then starting in the 1930's CE/AD.

 Jews were to be killed which was brought about by Haman. Under King Xerxes I (in Hebrew-Ahasueros(reigned 486–465 BC), (Queen Esther  lived during the 5th century BC, roughly between 487 and 465 BC, in the Persian capital of Susa. As queen to King Ahasuerus (commonly identified as Xerxes I, who reigned 486–465 BCE), she lived during the period of Persian rule over the Jewish diaspora. the Achaemenid Persian Empire was at its peak, forming the largest empire in the world up to that point.) It spanned approximately 5.5 million square kilometers (about 2.1 million square miles) and covered parts of three continents: Asia, Africa, and Europe.   This took place about 1,487-1,465 years ago according to my figures.

This would have been complete extermination of all Jews in the world !  

So this special window creaking to open a bit of the special air coming through brought on Persia's new kingships of Ayatollah's  of the Islam faith of  Shi'a that had become murderous.  The leadership had taken on Hitler's position of the aim to kill all Jews. They kept their own Jews living in Persia for last as a ruse to their aims.  Their plan was unique.  They spent so much time arming all their henchmen in other countries dependent on them, Persia-now called Iran, that they neglected  their own basic duties keeping water running or food growing in their land.  Hence, a Rebellion leading to Revolution !!! Tousi has it all documented !!!

People, young and bright, realized this as they were losing their jobs, money, and were becoming desperate.  They took to the streets and rebelled, finding other like young people there as well.  (They opened the window a wee bit)

 Reza Pahlavi (born 1960). Known as the Crown Prince of Iran,  has lived in exile (USA) since the 1979 Islamic Revolution and is a prominent political opposition figure calling for a democratic, secular state in Iran.  He has been its leader of a Revolution since the beginning.  Reza opened it wider.  The West has not been mentioning him, but Tousi in England has.  He has TV hookup from Iran during their blackout that is showing what is happening to the Rebels.  I remember 60 minutes also doing an hour on Reza.  Possibly it's to keep him alive, safe from the goons that go around shooting and killing for the Ayatollas in power.

                         Palestinians of 2 camps who could never work together,  fed ammunition to use against Israelis by Iran as Iran did to all countries they helped to develop hatred for Israel such as Syria, Lebanon, and the terrorists of like Hamas and Hezbollah, etc. .   

Israel was facing instant death of all of them with Iran's intercontinental missiles with nuclear power that Iran promised to hit them with.  The day of Iran's success in creating such a air missile death was almost upon them!  Evidently the rest of the world was unmoved by such a threat, even though it included the USA who was called the big Satan;  Israel being the little Satan by Iran's measurement.  Israelis saw a window open on PURIM !

In the meantime, Israel has been joined by the USA's Trump who gave the people his promise of help if the Ayatollah started to kill the rebels, and he had ships in the water aimed for Iran. 

So we have Purim,  A Revolution in Iran led by Crown Prince Reza , an Israel living under daily threats of atomic bomb carried by Iran's intercontinental missile, and Iran was only weeks away from making it.  Trump, who has Jerad, an Orthodox Jewish son- in- law and may have inhaled some of Jerad's air blowing in his home, and his advisors as to attacking Iran, and it coincided with Israel's plan.   Four puzzle pieces fitting together in a once in a lifetime plan was taking place. The plan took place over a 1,600 Years ago with Purim.   The window of opportunity was here, blowing in the air only special people could breathe in, evidently;  those who are part of of the puzzle. 

On October 2024, Trump hit the sites to make such missiles.  

Israel has just repeated the job according to ynet news below, again hitting the same sites after finding Iran had been reviving it.  "The IDF said Thursday it struck the Taleghan site at Iran’s sensitive Parchin military complex, saying Tehran had sought to use the facility to advance capabilities linked to nuclear weapons development. "

Purim Then, Purim Now

We have the holiday of Purim commemorating the rescue of Persian (Iranian) Jewry through the mediation of Queen Esther from the threat of annihilation engineered HAMAN.  Haman was the Chief minister of Ahasuerus, king of Persia (Est.3-9).  His resentment of the independent attitude of Mordecai (uncle of Esther) led him to detest all Jews and he planned their annihilation.  His scheme having been frustrated by Esther, Haman and his sons were hanged.  In memory of their deliverance, the Jews observe the festival of Purim.  Haman is called the "agagite" which was interpreted by the rabbis to indicate his descent from Agag, King of Amalek.  Haman has become synonymous with an enemy of the Jews.  Hitler was so much like Haman.  He even had the same goal.  Today we were facing another Persian king who wanted all Jews (Israel) killed.

  According to the Book of Esther found in the Bible, the extermination was fixed by lot for the month of Adar 13, but the Jews escaped, successfully resisting their persecutions on that date and in the city of Shushan, also on the next day. Purim is observed on Adar 14, and the following day is observed as Purim in cities which have been walled since the time of Joshua (e.g.Jerusalem). 

Queen Esther, wife of King Ahasueros, (Megillata Esther). is the main character in this piece of history.   The date of its composition is generally placed in the Persian Period before 330 BCE.  In 2nd Temple times, the Scroll of Esther was already included in the canon.  Its reading on Purim was made obligatory, and a special talmudic tractate was written on the relevant regulations.  

Here we have a woman of power she didn't know she had who saved her people.  This event happened about 1,300 years ago or in about 350 BCE.

King Ahasuerus (Hebrew: Aḥašwēroš) in the Bible is identified as the Persian King Xerxes I (Greek: Xérxēs). Reigning from approximately 486–465 BC, he is best known historically for his failed invasion of Greece and for his role as the husband of Esther in the Book of Esther.

The Hebrew timeline never follows the historical, but here is off over 100 years.  

Between 350 and 330 BCE, the Achaemenid Persian Empire experienced extreme instability, internal power struggles, and its ultimate downfall to Alexander the Great. Following the assassination of Artaxerxes III in 338 BCE, a rapid succession of weak rulers and court intrigues culminated in the defeat of Darius III and the burning of Persepolis by Alexander in 330 BCE.                        

Ali Hosseini Khamenei was an Iranian politician and Shia cleric who served as the second supreme leader of Iran from 1989 until his 

assassination during the 2026 Iran war.  Iran has been held by a persecuting government for 47 past years,  causing threats against Israel of anhilation  by nuclear weaponry they had like an atomic bomb.  

Mossad watched their development of such and the USA bombed sites last year but may not have hit the right place. Besides that, many many young people were demonstrating in the streets for Khamenei to step down.  They wanted a new government.  They were bringing on a

 Revolution.   Thus was this window of opportunity;  a time with Trump and Khamenei and the people.  The government has been negligent.  There is no water, no food, no jobs, nothing for these people.  All the money has gone into arming the hateful groups in the Middle East.  .

When Marathon Runners First Started: An Apropos Purim Story Of This Moment

Setting out from Athens, Phidippides made for Sparta journeying by way of Eleusis, Megara, and Corinth. Greek couriers of his day are believed to have been able to cover over a hundred kilometres a day, but Phidippides is said to have run the 250 kilometres to Sparta in only two days; much of it over uneven and rocky terrain.

Unfortunately, when he reached Sparta, the city was in the middle of a religious festival that forbade mobilization for war during its celebrations. When at last the Spartans set off for Athens several days later, the battle had already been fought.

• The Legend: The famous tale, popularized centuries after the event, tells of Pheidippides (or sometimes Eukles) running directly from the Marathon battlefield to Athens (about 25-26 miles) to announce the victory, after which he died.
  
  
  
• The Battle of Marathon (490 BCE) took place on the coastal plain of Marathon in eastern Greece, approximately 40 km (25 miles) northeast of Athens. The site is situated near Marathon Bay, where the Persian fleet landed, and the Athenian army camped. The battlefield features the Athenian burial mound (Soros), located about 4 km south of the modern town of Marathon.
  
  
  

• The Historical Account: According to the historian Herodotus (writing closer to the time), Pheidippides was actually a professional courier sent before the battle from Athens to Sparta to request aid, covering over 150 miles (240 km) in two days.
• The Battle (490 BCE): The Greeks, led by Athens and Plataea, defeated the first Persian invasion force led by Darius I. 
• There were 3 Kings named  Darius of Persia.  Darius I reigned (522-486 BCE) and had inherited the throne of Cyrus.  At the beginning of his reign, he permitted Zerubbabel and the Jews who had returned to Jerusalem to resume reconstruction of the Temple.  
  
        King Darius I.  Cyrus II was his father as he inherited the throne from him.  He died in 529 BCE as King of Persia.  He had many conquests of which he overran the Babylonian empire, including Judah.  He pursued an enlightened policy towards his subject peoples and in 538, granted permission to the exiles of Judah in Babylon to return to their homeland and rebuild the Temple.  (Ezra 1:1-44;  II Chon.36:22-3).  The Jewish exiles regarded Cyrus as a Divine agent.  
• Our history tells us that Cyrus II's wife (Queen) was Hadassah, or Queen Esther (Hebrew)  of our Purim Story, found in the Bible (Esther 2:7). We know Esther as being the Queen of King Ahasuerus, and through her intervention with him, and with the aid of her kinsman, Mordecai, succeeded in averting the annihilation of the Persian Jewish community planned by the king's adviser, Haman.  
•  Right now this story is also acting as a unifying agent between the Iranians of the Revolution and Israel as both love Kings Cyrus and Darius, part of their history as well.
•   Reading about this Marathon history involving them is so apropos at this moment when we all are sitting and waiting to see what President Trump will do with his fleet off shore;  will he attack as promised or will he listen  to his aides and call it off?  Yesterday he gave Iran's Ayatollah 48 hours to go along with his expectations that also include Israel's as well.   

• Darius I attacked the Greek city-states primarily to punish Athens and Eretria for supporting the Ionian Revolt (499–493 BC), where they assisted in burning the Persian city of Sardis. Darius also sought to expand his empire into Europe and secure his western frontier by suppressing the mainland Greek states that threatened regional stability.

Charilaos Vasilakos (Greek: Χαρίλαος Βασιλάκος, November 1875 – 1 December 1964)^[ was a Greek athlete and the first man to win a marathon race. He also won a silver medal for a second place finish in marathon at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens. As a young man he studied law at the University of Athens and worked in the Athens court of first instance. He was a member of the Panellinios sports club and a dedicated long-distance runner.

When the modern Olympics began in 1896, the initiators and organizers were looking for a great popularizing event, recalling the ancient glory of Greece. The idea of a marathon race came from Michel Bréal, who wanted the event to feature in the first modern Olympic Games in 1896 in Athens. This idea was heavily supported by Pierre de Coubertin, the founder of the modern Olympics, as well as by the Greeks. 

The Greeks staged a selection race for the Olympic marathon on 10 March 1896 that was won by Charilaos Vasilakos in 3 hours and 18 minutes (with the future winner of the introductory Olympic Games marathon coming in fifth). 

The winner of the first Olympic Marathon, on 10 April 1896 (a male-only race), was Spyridon „Spyros“ Louis, a Greek water-carrier, in 2 hours 58 minutes and 50 seconds.

Modern Legacy: The marathon race was invented for the 1896 Athens Olympics to commemorate this ancient heroic feat. The distance was standardized to 26.2 miles (42.195 km) in 1908.

Modern Marathon                             

The women’s marathon was introduced at the 1984 Summer Olympics (Los Angeles, USA) and was won by Joan Benoit of the United States with a time of 2 hours 24 minutes and 52 seconds.  In 1984, the Olympic marathon finally welcomed women—and 26-year-old Joan Benoit Samuelson from the USA seized the opportunity. Remarkably, just 17 days earlier, she had undergone arthroscopic knee surgery.

Her husband is Scott Samuelson , winner of the 2015 Hiett Prize in the Humanities.

Joan crossed the finish line in 2:24:52—just a minute shy of the world record—and stunned the world. This wasn’t just a gold medal; it was the very first Olympic marathon for women, claimed with grit, grace, and guts.

Since the modern games were founded, it has become a tradition for the men’s Olympic marathon to be the last event of the athletics calendar, with a finish inside the Olympic stadium, often within hours of, or even incorporated into, the closing ceremonies. The marathon of the 2004 Summer Olympics revived the traditional route from Marathon to Athens, ending at Panathinaiko Stadium, the venue for the 1896 Summer Olympics.

                                Samuel Kamu Wanjiru 

Samuel Kamau Wanjirū (10 November 1986 – 15 May 2011)died at 24 years old,  was a Kenyan long-distance runner who won the 2008 Beijing Olympics Marathon in an Olympic record time of 2:06:32; becoming the first Kenyan to win the Olympic gold in the marathon. He became the youngest gold medallist in the marathon since 1932.

He set the current (as of 2020) 10,000m World Junior Record in 2005 and set the half marathon world record 3 times. In 2009, he won both the London Marathon and Chicago Marathon, running the fastest marathons ever recorded in the United Kingdom and United States, respectively. He retained his Chicago title in 2010 in a season fraught with injury.

In 2011, he died after a fall from a balcony at his home in Nyahururu following a domestic dispute..

The Olympic men’s record is 2:06:32, set at the 2008 Summer Olympics by Samuel Kamau Wanjiru of Kenya (average speed about 20.01 kilometres per hour or 12.43 miles per hour). The Olympic women’s record is 2:23:07, set at the 2012 Summer Olympics by Tiki Gelana of Ethiopia. The men’s London 2012 Summer Olympic marathon winner was Stephen Kiprotich of Uganda (2:08:01). Per capita, the Kalenjin tribe of Rift Valley Province in Kenya have produced a highly disproportionate share of marathon and track-and-field winners.
