Murder of Synagogue President Connects to Donald Trump with updates

The president of the Isaac Agree Downtown  synagogue, Samantha Woll in Detroit, Michigan was found stabbed to death of multiple stab wounds outside her home Saturday morning, police and the synagogue said.  This comes at a time of high alert for synagogues during anti-Semitic violence throughout the world in light of the Hamas attack on Israel and Israel preparing to enter Gaza very soon.  Woll had a long career in local politics and worked with several elected officials over the years, according to her LinkedIn page.  She recently served as the political director for Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel's re-election campaign.  

Samantha or Sam, 40 years old b: 1983, was educated at U. of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and worked for  previously for Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) (Feb. 2019-Jan. 2021) Deputy district Director.           "She recently served as the political director for Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel's re-election campaign."                 

Dana Nessel, civil right attorney, criminal prosecutor, at present Attorney General of Michigan on left. The move by Michigan attorney general Dana Nessel indicates they will broaden their inquiry into Donald Trump's fake electors.  A graduate of the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School, Attorney General Nessel lives in southeast Michigan with her wife, Alanna Maguire, and her twin sons, Alex and Zach.

"Joe Biden won Michigan, but Trump and his supporters wrongly claimed the 

election was rigged. As part of the push to undermine Biden's victory, Trump backers

 allegedly schemed to replace Michigan's electoral-college representatives with 

Republicans. They gathered in the basement of the then-Michigan Republican Party 

headquarters on December 14, 2020, and signed a certificate, claiming to cast the 

state's 16 electoral votes for Trump.

In the documents, they claimed to be "the duly and qualified electors" convening in 

Michigan's Capitol to cast votes as required by Congress. After walking to the 

Capitol, Michigan State Police turned them away at the door, as the true electors had

 already been there and signed the correct certificate.  The fake certificates were 

ignored, but the attempt has been subject to investigations, including by the U.S. 

House committee that investigated the January 6, 2021 riots in the U.S. Capitol.

 James Renner, one of the fake electors, is arraigned via Zoom in Ingham County District Court 

on August 10, 2023 in Lansing, Michigan. He has now agreed to cooperate with a criminal case being taken 

against alleged false electors in the 2020 presidential election.  With Renner's cooperation 

agreement, charges remain pending against 15 of the 16  false electors. 

Among them are Shelby Township Clerk Stan Grot and former 

Michigan Republican Party Co-Chairwoman Meshawn Maddock, who, in July,

 pleaded not guilty to eight felony charges.

A former criminal prosecutor and civil rights attorney, Dana Nessel was sworn in as Michigan’s 54th Attorney General on January 1, 2019.  

Her core initiatives are based on her promise to Michigan’s residents  — to give the Department of Attorney General back to the people that it serves. She said of Samantha, "“I am shocked, saddened and horrified to learn of Sam’s brutal murder,” Nessel said in a statement. “Sam was as kind a person as I’ve ever known. She was driven by her sincere love of her community, state and country. Sam truly used her faith and activism to create a better place for everyone.” 

The Detroit area, once known only for being a center of car manufacturing, is home to a large Arab population, and a large rally in support of Hamas was held in nearby Dearborn on Oct. 12.                                   

Rashida Harbi Tlaib,  member of the Squad originally a group of 4 that has grown to about 9 on the left wing of the Democratic Party, of anti-Israel thinking, a politician and lawyer serving as the US representative for Michigan's 12 congressional district. Against Israel, she is also against Trump.  

Why was Samantha killed?  Who put out the "hit man?"  Police are searching for a motive, of which I see a few already.

Slotkin,  Samantha's former boss, the Deputy district Director,  was recruited into the Central Intelligence Agency after graduate school. Fluent in Arabic and Swahili, she served three tours in Iraq as a CIA analyst. She also happens to be Jewish.  During the George W. Bush administration, she worked on the Iraq portfolio for the National Security Council. During Barack Obama's presidency, she worked for the State Department and the Department of Defense. Slotkin was acting assistant secretary of defense for international security affairs from 2015 to 2017.

After leaving the Defense Department in January 2017, Slotkin moved back to her family's farm in Holly, where she owned and operated Pinpoint Consulting.

Update: 3:00pm : The dropped charges come after Nessel, a Democrat, told a liberal group during a virtual event that the false electors had been “brainwashed” and believed Trump won in Michigan. A motion to dismiss charges against two defendants was thrown out by an Ingham County District Court judge earlier this month.

Michigan is one of seven battleground states where supporters of Trump signed certificates that falsely stated he won their states — not Biden. The fake certificates were ignored, but the attempt has been subject to investigations, including by the U.S. House committee that investigated the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

Former Trump attorney Sidney Powell pleaded guilty to reduced charges Thursday over efforts to overturn Trump’s loss in the 2020 election in Georgia. Powell was charged alongside Trump and 17 others with violating the state’s anti-racketeering law.

Trump Announced Sidney Powell Joined His Legal Team In 2020, Now Claims She Was ‘Never’ His Lawyer.  After Sidney Powell pled guilty this week to election interference, Trump claimed she was never on his legal team. That's not what he said in 2020.  On October 19, 2023, Powell pleaded guilty to six misdemeanor counts related to her role in Trump's attempts to overturn the election and her own role in breaching electoral equipment security in Coffee County, Georgia. She agreed to a sentence of six years' probation, a $6,000 fine and $2,700 in restitution, and to write a letter of apology to the people of Georgia. She will also testify in other cases.

Update: 11/1/23

On Monday, Detroit Police Chief James White said at a press conference that his agency is working in partnership with the FBI and Michigan State Police and has already identified persons of interest.

“We are working through what we have identified as some persons of interest ... but we are very early in the investigation,” he said. “We have a number of people who give us interest, we are just short of calling one of the people a suspect.”

Woll once worked as a former aide to Democratic Rep Elissa Slotkin and campaign staffer for Attorney General Dana Nessel.

Update 11/1/23:  The death of Ms. Woll, a widely known and admired leader in civic and political circles in Detroit, shocked the city last weekend. She lived in the Lafayette Park neighborhood, a historic district just blocks from downtown, and was believed to have returned home from a wedding at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Update 11/8/23:  A suspect is in custody in connection with the murder of Detroit synagogue president Samantha Woll, police said.  Police did not release the suspect's name.Though the arrest "is an encouraging development in our desire to bring closure for Ms. Woll's family, it does not represent the conclusion of our work in this case," he said.

Update 11/9/23:  Woll, a native of Detroit, was a beloved community leader who had forged a friendship with Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib of Michigan, who was censured by the House on Tuesday for anti-Israel remarks. Woll had worked for Michigan State Sen. Stephanie Chang, Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin and Attorney General Dana Nessel, all Democrats.  My comment is that they were all women, too.  

Police report no evidence of hate crime in death of Detroit synagogue leader

FOX News' Garrett Tenney provides details on the case as police are investigating the stabbing death of synagogue president Samantha Woll."As part of my continuing commitment to transparency in this matter, I am sharing with the community that a suspect has been taken into custody for the murder of Samantha Woll," Police Chief James E. White wrote on X.

Update 11/13/23:  The suspect has been released without charges;  ABC news and Fox 2 news.  According to a source, the arrest was made in the Kalamazoo area..  "At this time, the details of the investigation must remain confidential including the name of the suspect. Investigators are at a critical juncture in this case and are working tirelessly toward bringing this matter to closure," the Detroit Police Department said Thursday in their update on X, formerly known as Twitter.

American-Israeli Victim , Daniel Lewin, Died at 31 in 9/11 New York's Attack We Can't Forget:

Daniel Mark Lewin, sometimes spelled Levin, was an American–Israeli mathematician and entrepreneur who co-founded internet company Akamai Technologies. Born: May 14, 1970, Denver, CO

At 21, he was an elite special forces officer, at 28, he received a doctorate from the world's most prestigious university, and at 30, he became the richest Israeli in the world.  A passenger on board American Airlines Flight 11, it is believed that Lewin was stabbed to death by Satam al-Suqami, one of the hijackers of that flight, and was the first victim of the September 11th attacks.

 The 9/11 Commission speculated that Lewin, who had served four years in the Israeli military, may have attempted to confront Atta or Omari, who had been seated in front of him, not knowing that al-Suqami was sitting just behind him. Lewin was identified as the first victim of the September 11 attacks. 

He was born May 14, 1970 and died at 31 and his family moved to Israel when he was 14 in 1984, 4 years after I had moved there in 1980.

Daniel Mark Lewin / Levin was one of those Jewish boys who are changing the world. And then, at the intersection of nineties and zeroes, there were especially many of them: Bryn, Paige, Zuckerberg, Kum, Muscovitz, Blecharzhik and he, Daniel Mark Levin.

He lived in Haifa. Walked the same streets as us. But he saw the world as he sees himself much later. Seeing it with his eyes.

In his youth, Daniel won the contest "Mr. Israel" because this Haifa-grown boy had the will of steel. By the age of 30, he had created an Internet company worth $ 40 billion and became the richest Israeli on the planet (personal capital 6 billion).

Then, September 11, 2001 Daniel Levine was just 31 and had a huge, long life ahead of him and nothing can and should stop him. It was unimaginable to imagine any other way.

According to a joint investigation by the CIA and FBI, he was the only one who tried to stop the terrorists who hijacked the planes during the attack on the United States. His body was found in rubble. Found with its throat slit. He turned out to be the only one who tried to stop the killers and perhaps for the first time in his life he failed. If it were different, Daniel would change the world again, as he always did.

Not just an officer, a billionaire and a father of two young children was killed. On September 11, 2001 a man who invented our present world with you in many ways was killed.

A man who believed in the mind of Man and in the greatness of Man.

May 14 is his birthday. He will forever be 31

After completing his national service in the Israeli military, Cohen joined the Mossad in 1983 and rose to become the head of its Tzomet division, which focuses on the recruitment and handling of agents and informants, from 2006 to 2011.

Mossad meaning "Institute for Intelligence and Special Operations"), is the national intelligence agency of Israel. It is one of the main entities in the Israeli Intelligence Community, along with Aman (military intelligence) and Shin Bet (internal security).

Mossad is responsible for intelligence collection, covert operations, and counterterrorism.   

Mossad's former Chief was Tamir Pardo.

In the USA, the TV program, NCIS has Ziva David, the daughter of the head of Mossad as their co-worker, working for the USA in some sort of exchange program.  She had been working for her father as a Mossad ...

Daniel Silva is the best writer of a series of over 20 books about Israel's Mossad Agency.  One title tells it all:  HOUSE OF SPIES with copyright in July 2017.  The covert operations these people have to deal in to save their country by putting their lives at risk so many times is just amazing.  CIA and Mossad have to be spies.  That's how they get their intelligence.  Mossad is known to excel in this.  For them the outcome is a matter of life or death, seriously.  

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) (/siaɪˈeɪ/) is a civilian foreign intelligence service of the United States federal government, tasked with gathering, processing, and analyzing national security information from around the world, primarily through the use of human intelligence (HUMINT).   

John Brennan has been the head of the CIA.  John Owen Brennan was the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency from March 2013 to January 2017 serving under President Barack Hussein Obama II in his 2nd term.  "Brennan's 25 years with the CIA included work as a Near East and South Asia analyst, as station chief in Saudi Arabia, and as director of the National Counterterrorism Center.  Brennan served in the White House  under Obama as Assistant to the President for Homeland Security between 2009 and 2013. Obama nominated Brennan as his next director of the CIA on January 7, 2013.

He received a B.A. in political science from Fordham University in Bronx, New York  in 1977. He then attended the University of Texas at Austin, receiving a Master of Arts in government with a concentration in Middle East studies in 1980. He speaks Arabic fluently.  His studies included a junior year abroad learning Arabic and taking courses at the American University in Cairo.  He's been accused of being a communist and also a Muslim, of course unverified. The claim’s fire was fueled after Brennan was sworn in to his office not on a Bible but on a copy of the Constitution.  This man of Irish extraction has not been sensitive to Israel. His admirer, Obama, had voted against Israel on his last day in office.  Was that attitude fueled by Brennan somehow during their time together?  The question has remained if he had become brainwashed while living in Saudi Arabia  or had he aligned with the Muslim countries.  

                                                           

He was close to Obama.  "Obama twice nominated Brennan to serve as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.  Morris Davis, a former Chief Prosecutor for the Guantanamo Military Commissions,  compared Brennan to Canadian Omar Khadr, who was convicted of "committing murder in violation of the law of war".  He suggested that Brennan's role in targeting individuals for CIA missile strikes was no more authorized than the throwing of the grenade of which Khadr was accused.  In the summer of 2014, Brennan faced scrutiny after it was revealed that some CIA employees had improperly accessed the computer servers of the Senate Intelligence Committee in the wake of oversight of the CIA's role in enhanced interrogation and extraordinary rendition

John Brennan was a career CIA official who voted for the communist party in 1980. (The CPUSA opposed glastnost and perestroika in the Soviet Union and as a result major funding from the Communist Party of the Soviet Union was ended in 1989. The party remains committed to Marxism–Leninism.) He was also a 2008 Obama adviser when he was caught hacking into State Department passport records. 

Remember, the Twin Towers fell on 9/11/2001 in New York.  Terrorists tend to remember dates and get revenge on that date.  

After the September 11, 2012 Benghazi attack, Brennan was moved into the position of CIA Director to cover and tamp-down any issues that might arise (he made everyone sign NDA’s-a non discosure agreement-compels those who agree to keep any specified information top-secret or secured.).  

As CIA Director Brennan was also caught hacking Senate computers to monitor the Senate Intelligence Committee. He apologized.  as found on https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2018/03/17/unhinged-john-brennan-and-complicit-samantha-power-react-to-andrew-mccabe-firing/  Andrew McCabe had been the head of the FBI from February 2016 to 2018, fired by Sessions,  and Brennan protested against his firing.  It was Jeff Sessions who did the firing.  This made Brennan very angry.  Was it Trump or Sessions that he referred to

                                            

"Sessions fired McCabe 26 hours before his scheduled retirement. Sessions announced  that he based his decision on reports from the DOJ Inspector General and the FBI's disciplinary office saying that McCabe had made unauthorized releases of information to the media and had "lacked candor" in talking about it. McCabe denied that he had ever been dishonest and charged that his firing was politically motivated."

Two days ago, on August 15, 2018, President Donald Trump announced that he revoked Brennan's security clearance. Brennan harshly criticized Trump several times since he was elected, and he responded to the revocation by stating "My principles are worth far more than clearances. I will not relent.  

Brennan served under a Democrat President, Obama, who has chosen to remain in Washington DC and is known to be anti-Trump. He is a partisan, definitely on the side of Obama and the Democrats.   Of course, so is Hillary Clinton, who was expecting to win the seat of presidency, and still has not gotten over the shock of losing to Trump, a Republican.  Trump has been working under adversarial conditions, with most of the media constantly attacking him.  The country is divided with much emotion  between the two parties.  Yet Trump has been working almost 24/7 in accomplishing his vows of what he would accomplish as president. 

“The president has the ultimate authority to decide who holds a security clearance,” the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) told The Associated Press."  Security clearances are for individuals who – for a variety of reasons – need access to classified information.   According to a Government Accountability Office report, about 4.2 million people had or were eligible for a security clearance by October 2015, as estimated by the ODNI.  There are different levels of security clearances. Federal agencies can determine how to ensure access to classified information is “clearly consistent with the interests of the national security,” according to the executive order.

Considering with everything that has been going on, with the accusation of Trump being in cahoots with the Russians to the FISA report showing the deceitful behavior of the FBI head, Comey and the rest, I presume that Trump feels the Brennan has lost his chances of holding his security clearance, being on the other side of the political arena.  He has lost Trump's trust.  Our president wouldn't feel comfortable with the head of spies having such a security clearance considering what side of the fence he is on because of what they have already been found doing.  Besides that, Brennan's reputation is not all that great.

Trump's followers are most sympathetic. His adversaries are becoming violent at times.  It's a sensitive position to be in.  Friends such as  Omerosa has turned against Trump with a know all-tell all book since she has been fired from her position as Director.  He had made Omerosa Manigault famous on his TV show, Apprentice.  In the end, she has stabbed him in the back with her book. 

                                                    

During the 1990s, Mossad discovered a Hezbollah agent operating within the United States in order to procure materials needed to manufacture IEDs and other weapons. In a joint operation with U.S. intelligence, the agent was kept under surveillance in hopes that he would betray more Hezbollah operatives, but was eventually arrested.                   

Mossad informed the FBI and CIA in August 2001 that based on its intelligence,  as many as 200 terrorists were slipping into the United States and planning "a major assault on the United States." The Israeli intelligence agency cautioned the FBI that it had picked up indications of a "large-scale target" in the United States and that Americans would be "very vulnerable."  However, "It is not known whether U.S. authorities thought the warning to be credible, or whether it contained enough details to allow counter-terrorism teams to come up with a response." A month later, terrorists struck at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon in the largest terrorist attack in history.

Brennan was supposed to be a Middle East expert of the Muslim community. He was probably in the CIA at this time.  I suppose he didn't believe that anyone would harm the USA or even pay attention to what Mossad had to say.  We lost over 2,000 people in the attack, possibly the first attack on our own turf.   

Update: 8/19/18  How could I leave this out?  John Brennan's TWEET:  "Donald Trump’s press conference performance in Helsinki rises to & exceeds the threshold of “high crimes & misdemeanors.” It was nothing short of treasonous. Not only were Trump’s comments imbecilic, he is wholly in the pocket of Putin. Republican Patriots: Where are you??" Calling treason on a president is a death penalty. That's what Brennan is saying. He seems to have a very vindictive attitude.

He's also commented that Trump is "drunk on power." This is over taking away a privilege about being accessible after their term is up to files only meant for people presently working there. The files give them access to what's going on they can use to profit by, which is the situation right now for Brennan, working for a TV state, MSNBC. Now Trump may take away this privilege from many others besides Brennan.
