Wartime Again Over Strait of Hormuz By November 3rd

President Donald Trump shared a modified map on his Truth Social account that renamed the Strait of Hormuz to the "Strait of Trump". The post featured commercial ships traversing the waterway but did not include a caption. The graphic was originally created by the pro-Trump account "IStandWithTrump47."

Are we all at war now or is war on the immediate horizen?

Iranian lawmaker Ebrahim Rezaei issued the threat, warning: "Come — we are waiting for you — and we promise that not a single American soldier will return alive." This statement was a direct response to US President Donald Trump who threatened to seize Kharg Island—Iran's major oil export hub—following US airstrikes on Iranian targets."  Kharg Island, also spelled Khark Island and often referred to as the "Forbidden Island", is a continental island of Iran in the Persian Gulf. The island is 25 kilometres off the coast of Iran and 660 kilometres northwest of the Strait of Hormuz. This all is in response to Iran's refusal to obey Trump's wishes about the peace treaty they disagree with. 

Hmm, no wonder Iran thinks they own the Strait;  it's on; their border 

“To me, I think it’s over," Trump told reporters when asked about the state of the truce. The latest multi-day pause in fighting had been loosely observed during the funeral period for Iran’s late Supreme Leader, but unravelled rapidly following a fresh chain of maritime attacks.

A move came after a night of strikes in the Persian Gulf and "sharper rhetoric from U.S. President Donald Trump, who said he viewed the ceasefire with Iran as effectively over. The meeting had been scheduled to focus on Israel’s memorandum of understanding with the United States, but was also expected to address Iran.

US President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday that the fragile ceasefire between Washington and Tehran has officially collapsed. Speaking on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey, Trump warned of immediate escalation, stating that the U.S. could launch deeper military strikes, reinstate a strict naval blockade, and potentially seize Kharg Island—the primary backbone of Iran’s petroleum export empire.

Seems like it's taken Trump a long time to understand how Israel feels about Iran not being a country one can trust or count on in wanting peace between themselves and others.  He's been most naive.  

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz canceled their participation in a military ceremony Wednesday evening and were set to hold a security discussion as Israel closely monitored the renewed confrontation between the United States and Iran.  President Isaac Herzog and IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir were expected to attend the graduation ceremony at the National Security College, scheduled for 7 p.m. In Jerusalem, officials said Israel was on high alert and preparing for the possibility that fighting could quickly resume. Still, the prevailing assessment was that the current U.S.-Iran clash would not escalate into a full-scale war, at least not before the U.S. midterm elections" happening November 3, 2026."

Update:  10:12am 8th July 2026 : The ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran is over, at least for the time being. Trump announced the end after Iran fired at several cargo ships and the U.S. responded with airstrikes hitting over 80 Iranian military targets.Iran responded with strikes of its own, launching drones and ballistic missiles at Bahrain and Kuwait. U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth cancelled his planned visit to Israel today. How this all will play out and how it will effect Israel is unclear. The ceasefire might be back on by the time you read this, or there might be all out war...or something in between. Stay tuned, and pray.

July 9, 2026-July 12-26 It looks like the real thing.  Israel has been deluged with those huge missiles coming straight from Iran this week.  It started in earnest Pacific time yesterday evening.

Miss Israel 2026 And The Trump Universe Contests

Melanie Shiraz,  Miss Israel, born November 13, 1998 in Israel age 27, with the 2026 competition that has been heavily delayed and thrown into controversy after she accused the U.S.-based pageant organizers of attempting to predetermine a winner and stage a "fake" crowning ceremony. She is a data scientist and tech entrepreneur.  She's smart and after hearing her conversation on ISIL, when she was interviewed, wouldn't want any other woman to have this position.  She has seen through what's been happening. Her education has been at Univ. of Calif, Berkeley, and Tel Aviv Univ.  She wants Jews to be proud of who they are, and right now are being attacked for who they are.  Lebanon has been thrown up in our faces time and again.

Melanie Shiraz Asor is an Israeli beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Israel in 2025. She represented Israel at the Miss Universe 2025 pageant,  which took place on 21 November 2025 in Thailand .  She had been living in Miami as well as Israel and stated that Miss Israel should be someone from Israel that could speak Hebrew, and that wasn't the idea of the organizers of Trump  who had been running Miss Universe Contests for many years.  

The US-based organizers of the Miss Israel pageant were planning to appoint a winner of their choosing this year without the involvement of independent judges or holding a full-on pageant, the current titleholder, Melanie Shiraz, said this past week.

The accusation, backed up by video evidence, came alongside other charges from Shiraz, including that non-Israeli contestants had been encouraged to apply and acquire Israeli citizenship later, meaning that the contest would have little connection to Israel, despite Miss Israel representing the Jewish state on a major global platform.  She had left her start-up to enter the contest and felt she was helping Israel this way.  She has been in the midst of terrible antiSemitic slander that that she has tried to correct.  

 "My path didn’t start and end with technology. At Berkeley, I was deeply involved in Jewish and Israel advocacy on campus—standing up for my community, making the case for Israel and learning how to tell a story in rooms where it wasn’t always welcome. That experience taught me resilience, conviction and the importance of representation. Those lessons stayed with me long after I left the campus quad and entered the startup world."

The allegations sparked a public dispute between Shiraz and the Miss Israel organization, which cut her off on Friday.

    Nadeen Ayoub, Palestinian model, trashing Israel, incidently, there is no Palestine as of this date.  No country of Palestine.  

Shiraz has been targeted with online abuse since being named Miss Universe Israel. She has criticized Nadeen Ayoub for using her platform to spread falsehoods about the October 7 attacks and the Gaza War.  Nadeen Ayoub is a Palestinian model, and beauty pageant titleholder. As Miss Universe Palestine 2025, she was the first representative of Palestine at Miss Universe 2025, where she reached the top 30.

Donald Trump co-owned and held the Miss Universe Organization (which also included Miss USA and Miss Teen USA) from 1996 to 2015 . He purchased the pageants from ITT Corp and eventually sold the organization to WME/IMG in September 2015 .  WME/IMG owned and operated the Miss Universe Organization from September 2015 through October 2022. During this "Endeavor/IMG Era" , the talent agency transitioned the pageant's image away from superficiality toward empowering female leadership, eventually selling the organization to JKN Global Group.

   JKN Global Group is a Thai multinational media, content distribution, and consumer products conglomerate. Founded in 2014 by CEO Jakkaphong "Anne" Jakrajutatip, the firm previously owned major brands like the Miss Universe Organization . The company has faced severe financial and legal turmoil in recent years, culminating in its delisting from the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Another Attempt of Assassinating Trump

A Cole Tomas Allen of California attempted to assassinate Trump and or/ other officials attending a banquet in a Hotel in Washington DC.  He failed.  Why was he attempting to do such a thing?

He was a highly intelligent 31 year old who seemed to me to be suffering from depression brought on by our country's decisions. Why?  He had not planned for doing anything after his shooting, most likely thinking he'd be shot dead, so it was really a suicide venture in a way.  Now he expects no leniency.   He had attended Cal Tech., was an engineer (they seem to have out of the ordinary minds)  and should have been looking forward to a somewhat happy life.

Just watch the View, a highly intelligent group of women, made up of at least 2 Republicans and the rest Democrats who for a long time let their hair down as to their dislike for Trump.  There were many programs who showed their dislike of Trump and what he was advocating or getting us into.  Everyone just kept quiet about it, often wishing someone would try to assassinate him, though they won't admit it.  

And myself who has been born into a Democratic family with a mother free to change her mind, and I had also, seeing more reluctant reasons why not the Democrats this time. 

It became a terrible feeling, the more Trump talked.  He was guilty in many of our minds of not dispensing his acts in a mannerly way. He was wild; suddenly trying to buy Greenland or Cuba or Denmark.   He was rude, his English was of gutter language, and was miles away from correct presidential information. To him, facts often were fake, proven quickly to be fake.

He broke rules, ruling more like an Emperor, never even a king.  These should not be acceptable to any of us, yet our guardians of such matters tolerated them instead of being able to bring them to a halt.   According to government law, things he pushed forward on his own should not have happened.  Maybe they were agreeing with it;  we're not sure.                                   

Strangely, he reacted somewhat like Abe Lincoln and the Civil War. The American Civil War began on April 12, 1861, when Confederate forces fired on Fort Sumter. The conflict effectively ended in April 1865 with major Confederate surrenders (such as Lee to Grant on April 9), though some sources cite the official end as late as August 20, 1866.  Actually,  Confederate forces fired on federal troops at Fort Sumter, SC, not by Abraham Lincoln's direct initiation. Southern states had already seceded following his 1860 election, citing fears that he would halt slavery's expansion. Lincoln’s subsequent call for troops to suppress this uprising was his response to secession, which he deemed illegal. 

 His government was not eager to free the slaves at that time; expansion of slavery was not their goal.  He did, anyway.  Abe was assassinated for doing it.  Comparing Abe with Trump, one difference, Abe was from poor people and lived in a wooden cabin, but his English was classy.  His speech held educated wording of a lawyer, which he had become.  He fit into the group of political people he had to deal with.  Abraham Lincoln had two biological siblings, though only one lived to adulthood, along with several step-siblings. His older sister by 2 years, Sarah Lincoln Grigsby, was his closest sibling, while a younger brother, Thomas, died in infancy. 

Abraham Lincoln is often argued to have exceeded his constitutional authority by issuing the Emancipation Proclamation. He acted as Commander-in-Chief to seize "property" (slaves) in rebellious states, a power not explicitly granted by the Constitution. Additionally, he suspended habeas corpus and authorized military trials of civilians, breaking traditional legal constraints on presidential power.

Abraham Lincoln was a Republican. He was a key figure in the formation of the party and became the first Republican president in 1860. Formerly a Whig, Lincoln joined the new Republican Party in 1856, which was formed to oppose the expansion of slavery. He served as a moderate leader

 Donald Trump's father was  a millionaire.  Donald was also a middle child,  and was spoiled, but his father preferred the first son.     

Trump's Board of Peace Already Launched

President Trump launched his Board of Peace at the Davos economic forum today. About 35 countries have committed to join, according to U.S. officials. Countries represented at the launch included Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Turkey, Belarus, Bahrain and Morocco, as well as Argentina, Indonesia, Pakistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Paraguay. 

Israel and Hungary have also said they will join.

 France, Great Britain aren't joining and 

China and Russia are thinking about it, although Trump said that Putin had already agreed to join. 

Trump has said permanent members would be required to contribute $1 billion each to help fund the board.

It is to be governed by its own private charter which only names one person, "Chairman Trump," who may adopt resolutions or initiatives on its behalf without consulting the board, and who is a member for life. 

Experts said Trump is trying to make the organization into an alternative to the United Nations Security Council where only he has veto power.  

Trump said on 20 January 2026 that "the United Nations never helped me" as a reason for his creation of the "Board of Peace," claiming his board "might" replace the United Nations.

It has been described as a vanity project. After not getting the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize, Trump said he no longer feels an "obligation to think purely of Peace". The Guardian called it "a Trump-dominated pay-to-play club: a global version of his Mar-a-Lago court aimed at supplanting the UN itself," arguing that the body ultimately outlined bore little resemblance to what the United Nations Security Council believed it was endorsing. 

The UN has failed Israel, so I have given up on it bringing any peace to Israel or the rest of the world.  This Board of Peace is not suitable, either.  It's an extension of an emperor's plans to rule the world.  Trump's not the world's idea of the Messiah who is to bring peace to this crazy world.    

Trump Again With Accusations About Minnesota Other than Oregon

• Trump said in a Thursday post on Truth Social that he would invoke the Insurrection Act if Minnesota politicians "don’t obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of I.C.E., who are only trying to do their job."

• In essence, "how bad" it was depends on perspective: some saw a city under siege by anarchists, while others saw a necessary protest met with excessive, often brutal, force by authorities (ICE) .

Head man of ICE:  The current "head man" (Acting Director) of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is Todd M. Lyons, who took over in March 2025 and leads the agency's national security and public safety missions. Lyons, a career member of the Senior Executive Service, oversees ICE's large workforce and significant budget, focusing on enforcing immigration laws and protecting the U.S. homeland.           I

                 If state politicians 'don't obey the law'

It's now January 15, 2026 and we are in one piece.  Minnesota is   under scrutiny:  Trump says he will invoke Insurrection Act IF......Instead, 

• Thousands of ICE and Border Patrol personnel have been sent to Minnesota, with tear gas and pepper spray used in confrontations with protesters.

• Insurrection Act:  The Insurrection Act of 1807, or just the Insurrection Act, is the U.S. federal law that empowers the President of the United States to nationally deploy the U.S. military and to federalize the National Guard units of the individual states in specific circumstances, such as the suppression of civil disorder, of insurrection, and of armed rebellion against the federal government of the U.S. 
• The Insurrection Act provides a statutory exception to the Posse Comitatus Act (1878) that limits the President's deploying the U.S. military to enforce either civil law or criminal law within the United States.

President Trump All for Suing George Soros and Son For Support of Violent Protests and More (RICO)

George Soros (born György Schwartz; August 12, 1930) age 95, is a Hungarian-American investor and philanthropist.towards people who thinks as he does.  As of May 2025, he has a net worth of US$7.2 billion, having donated more than $32 billion to the Open Society Foundations, of which $15 billion has already been distributed, representing 64% of his original fortune. The Open Society Foundations, founded by George Soros, are the world’s largest private funder of independent groups working for rights, equity, and justice.George Soros, the founder of the Open Society Foundations, began his philanthropic work in 1979, funding scholarships for Black African university students in South Africa and for East European dissidents to study in the West.

Alex Soros is chair of the board of Directors of Open Society Foundations.  

In 2020, Forbes called Soros the "most generous giver" in terms of percentage of net worth.

Born in Budapest to a non-observant Jewish family, Soros survived the Nazi occupation of Hungary and moved to the United Kingdom in 1947. He, being Jewish, seems to hate Jews and hates Israel, so may even hate himself.  It's like he sides with the Nazis against Jews who he blames for his hard existence during the Holocaust.  He had the job of getting rid of gassed bodies of Jews, so I've read.  

"When asked what he thought about Israel, in The New Yorker, Soros replied: "I don't deny Jews the right to a national existence – but I don't want to be a part of it". According to hacked emails released in 2016, Soros's Open Society Foundation has a self-described objective of "challenging Israel's racist and anti-democratic policies" in international forums, in part by questioning Israel's reputation as a democracy. He has funded NGOs which have been actively critical of Israeli policies including groups that campaign for the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel."   Where did he ever get such ideas?  Lies on other outlets, that's where.  Israel is the opposite of racist and is not anti-Democratic in its policies-not at all.

“George Soros, and his wonderful Radical Left son, should be charged with RICO because of their support of Violent Protests, and much more, all throughout the United States of America,” Trump wrote on Truth Social."

RICO refers to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, a 1970 federal law designed to combat organized crime by targeting criminal enterprises engaged in a "pattern of racketeering activity". It allows for the prosecution of individuals who commit multiple predicate crimes over a 10-year period within a criminal enterprise, resulting in severe penalties and making it easier to prosecute entire criminal organizations rather than individual acts. While originally aimed at the Mafia, its broad scope now includes other forms of organized crime like street gangs and corrupt officials, and can also be used in civil cases.

In the second quarter of 2020, Soros gave at least $500,000 to presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, becoming one of the campaign's largest donors.

For the 2022 United States elections, Soros was the country's largest donor. He donated $128.5 million to support the Democratic Party in the election cycle.
