JEWISH LIVES MATTER:

 Nadene Goldfoot

The United Nations currently has 193 member states. Every member state has equal representation in the UN General Assembly.

Why would any International powerhouse with UN standing vote to put a state next door to Israel who has sworn to destroy it since 1967 and tried on October 7, 2023 if Israel didn't obey their commands such as cease fire, allow them to receive more aid and weapons and then to win?   It sounds like the plans of some 12 year old's playbook !

World leaders at UN attending a special meeting

AI came up with these facts:  Recent statements indicate that several countries are considering or have announced their intention to recognize a Palestinian state at the upcoming UN General Assembly in September.  Before France's recent announcement of its intention to recognize a Palestinian state in September, more than 140 countries had already recognized a Palestinian state. Among the countries that announced conditional plans to offer recognition, or who were signatories to a declaration pointing towards future recognition, before or concurrently with France's announcement, the following stand out:
PM Keir Starmer says UK will recognize Palestinian People

World Leaders standing for a family portrait with their flags, the family that votes together sticks together must be their motto.
  • Britain: Announced conditional plans to recognize a Palestinian state if Israel doesn't agree to a ceasefire with Hamas and end the situation in Gaza. (Good G-d! Don't they realize that this would allow terrorists the upper hand and it would end all right, more possibly be the end of Israel.....All this time Israel would have loved to have had some pressure on Hamas to change their ways and join us in peace, but Iran had their claws in them and You, the WEST, didn't give a hoot about Israel's survival.)
    PM Justin Trudeau (2015-March 2025)
French President Emmanuel Macron’s decision to pledge recognition of a Palestinian state at the upcoming UN General Assembly in September took many observers, in and outside of France, by surprise. Only a few weeks earlier, Macron had cautiously articulated a vision that conditioned such recognition on demands that included the exclusion of Hamas from Palestinian politics. Several factors can explain this sudden shift. Domestically, Macron leads a minority centrist government, and the far-left opposition has long called for such recognition. However, Macron’s statement is unlikely to ease French politics, which are today less about the Israel-Palestine conflict than the approval of a contentious new government bill. (I say he was very naive.

  •                                        Mark Carney
  • Based on recent announcements, the Prime Minister of Canada who has stated Canada's intention to recognize Palestine as a state is Mark Carney. Prime Minister Carney announced on July 30, 2025, that Canada plans to formally recognize the State of Palestine at the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in September 2025. This decision follows similar announcements from the United Kingdom and France.
  •   Canada's Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney made the announcement after a Cabinet meeting,Announced conditional plans to recognize a Palestinian state, demanding that the Palestinian Authority (PA) (which rules Our Ancient Judea and Samaria: the West Bank) make democratic reforms including an election (excluding Hamas) in 2026. (Heck, we've been wanting this since Israel gave Gaza to the Palestinians in 2005 and they held their democratic vote and voted in Hamas terrorism. )
  •   Malta: Declared its upcoming recognition of a Palestinian state.
  • Christopher Cutajar, the permanent secretary at Malta's Foreign Ministry, made his country's announcement earlier at the U.N. General Assembly's meeting on a two-state solution to the conflict which was extended to a third day because of the high number of countries wanting to speak.

  • Portugal: Indicated it may soon recognize a State of Palestine
  • New Zealand and Australia: Were signatories to a declaration indicating they could follow suit in the coming months. UNITED NATIONS — Canada and Malta announced Wednesday they will recognize the state of Palestine in September, joining France and the United Kingdom in stepping up pressure to end the nearly 80-year Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
  • It's important to note that the recognition of a Palestinian state by these countries is often seen as a significant shift in diplomatic policy, especially for some Western nations. While over 140 countries already recognize a Palestinian state, the recent announcements reflect growing international pressure and concern over the ongoing conflict and humanitarian crisis in Gaza. .   (If Israel could have, it could have been over in 6 days, like the Six Day War of 1967, and there wouldn't have been any such humanitarian crisis created by HAMAS, by the way.)
  • However, there is not a single, universally accepted set of conditions tied to these pledges, and the precise conditions and timeline may differ between countries. For example, while Britain and Canada have outlined conditions, France's move appears less conditional.  (Their WW2 was a give-in condition).
For the people of a state, recognition by other states signifies international acknowledgement of their statehood, leading to various benefits like participation in global affairs, diplomatic relations, and access to aid. It also implies acceptance of their sovereignty and territorial integrity, and the ability to enter into treaties and participate in international organizations.

Even Albert Einstein would wonder at the thinking process of people today.....

Right now what concerns me is the mentality of so many who think along this line who are the leaders in the world.  So many Western powers and then so many Middle Eastern Powers have thought along this line; constantly using one tiny but most stubborn group of people, the Jews, the world scapegoats, pulling at my ancestors to believe in their god or their gods, and we also had mentally signed a covenant saying we would believe in a one-G-d covenant and never change, and though some have fallen off the promise, we still have a core group existing, called The Jews, the People of the Book;  the Chosen.  No matter how you believe, what are you thinking of?  Does this make sense to you?  Have you no individual plan for  Israel and the Palestinian Arabs instead of this pretty much unified statement?

Lots of others have claimed the name, saying Jews are no longer "necessary," that  they were taking their place;  but they have no idea of what it entails;  and sometimes I even wonder if G-d knew what he was asking of us;  but you know, it just makes so much sense to us, that we can't even blink our eyes against the intelligence of it all.

For 4,000 years, more or less since Abraham, we have followed Judaism, stepping over all the challenges thrown into our path somehow, and we'll keep on hoping.  Jewish lives matter, and this is the challenge to the world, finally.

Genesis 12:3 teaches us that “I will bless those who bless you.” God will bless those who bless you [Israel]. You can take a stand for Israel. Speak up for Israel. Stand up for Israel. Pray for Israel. Bless Israel today, and may God bless you in return.

Are they going to be bright enough to allow us our Israel in peace and security or not, and if they can't do that, what is to happen?

My friend from the Micronesian Islands just told me a story with the moral of the story being, "Be patient"  the Lord works in mysterious ways.  I'm about running out of patience.  What timing!!!

How Countries Affected By Hamas View Them In Gaza--Facing Countries Recognizing A Palestine

 Nadene Goldfoot

With the declaration of Canada joining England and France in recognizing a Palestinian State (if Israel just doesn't give up entirely ) which is what it amounts to, JTV brought out an interview of the son of Hamas, Mosab Hassan Yousef, and what he thinks of this.  I just saw it on youtube.

A video circulating on YouTube titled "Son Of Hamas SLAMS Western Leaders Recognising..." features comments mentioning JTV Plus and referencing a documentary about antisemitism among Arabs in Palestine before 1948.
It appears that JTV is a media platform that publishes videos and documentaries related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and related historical and political issues.
Mosab Hassan Yousef is the son of one of the co-founders of Hamas and previously served as a member of the organization. He later became an undercover agent for Shin Bet, Israel's internal security service, and converted to Christianity in 1999. The two founders were Ahmad Yasin and Hassan Yousef in 1987.
Yousef is a published author and is known for his critical views on Hamas and Islam. He has openly discussed his experiences and views in various forums, including interviews and events.
While it's difficult to ascertain all of Yousef's appearances, the JTV video suggests a segment or documentary featuring his perspective, possibly on the history of the conflict or the role of Hamas.
Facing Israel’s military campaign to destroy it after they attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, Hamas’s future is in doubt, as is Gaza’s.
Israel must put an end to Hamas, the organization of terrorists;  NOT the people, as some have misunderstood.  To me, they are going to have to show that they want peace.  It may take years and years, but then, Jews have waited for 2,000 years to regain Judah, let alone Israel. According to our dance card (carnet de bal or Tanzkarte) or ( Ikvesa D'meshicah ), we have about the next 200 years to see what happens.
                                                                 Hamas
According to the Israeli government, Hamas is considered a terrorist organization.
The Israeli government's classification of Hamas as a terrorist organization stems from its actions and stated goals. Hamas's 1988 charter called for the destruction of Israel. While a later charter in 2017 removed explicitly antisemitic language and targeted "Zionists," it did not renounce the use of violence against Israel. Hamas has carried out numerous attacks against Israeli civilians and military personnel, including suicide bombings, rocket attacks, and raids. The Israeli government views these actions as terrorism aimed at destabilizing the region and harming its citizens.

Yes, Hamas (also known as the Islamic Resistance Movement) is designated as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO) by the U.S. government. The designation was issued by the U.S. Department of State in 1997. This designation is based on Hamas's involvement in terrorist activities that threaten the national security of the United States and the safety of U.S. nationals. Being designated as a FTO has several consequences, including:
  • It is unlawful for any person subject to U.S. jurisdiction to knowingly provide material support or resources to Hamas.
  • Members or representatives of Hamas, who are not U.S. nationals, may be inadmissible or deportable from the United States.
  • The Secretary of the Treasury can require U.S. financial institutions to block transactions involving assets of Hamas.
Hamas-ready to shower Israel with missiles
Telling us little is another description of Hamas:  "The Islamic Resistance Movement, abbreviated Hamas, is a Palestinian nationalist Sunni Islamist political organisation with a military wing, the Qassam Brigades. It has governed the Israeli-occupied Gaza Strip since 2007."
Are these nations for Hamas recognition going to allow them to run Palestine's government?  What does Palestine look like?  Gaza and all of West Bank?  Doesn't this go against the Oslo Accords?  Hamas has already declared there will be no Jews in their Palestine !

Oslo Accords: Declaration of Principles on Palestinian Self-Rule U.S. Pres. Bill Clinton (center) looking on as Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin (left) shakes hands with Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat after the signing of the Declaration of Principles on Palestinian Self-Rule, September 1993.   HIGH HOPES;  WE HAD HIGH HOPES:  Just what makes that little old ant
Think he'll move that rubber tree plant
Anyone knows an ant can't
Move a rubber tree plant

[Chorus]
But he's got high hopes
He's got high hopes
He's got high apple pie in the sky hopes: That's Canada, England, France,
no common sense, JUST A BUNCH OF SILLY DOPES, WITH only HIGH HOPES.

Palestinian Authority

Gaza has already had their chance to show us how a Palestine will look like:  a platform closer to Israel to shoot Jews from.
Israel moved out of Gaza and gave the land to the Palestinian Arabs under the  Palestinian Authority in 1994, under the Oslo Accords.
Sderot under attack of Hamas before Oct 7, 2023
Multiple Israeli cities and communities near the Gaza border have been targets of rocket and other attacks from the Gaza Strip, particularly Sderot and Ashkelon.
  • Sderot is located less than a mile from Gaza and has been a frequent target of rocket attacks, specifically Qassam rockets, causing casualties, property damage, and disrupting daily life for residents.

  • Ashkelon, a coastal city south of Tel Aviv, has also been significantly impacted by rocket attacks, especially their hospital;  particularly during the 2023 Hamas attack and in the months that followed.
While other cities and towns have also experienced attacks, Sderot and Ashkelon are widely recognized as having been particularly vulnerable due to their proximity to Gaza.
Yousef said he saw the light after a stint in an Israeli jail during the mid-1990s. At Megiddo Prison, he witnessed Hamas inmates leading a brutal year-long campaign to weed out supposed Israeli collaborators. "During that time, Hamas tortured and killed hundreds of prisoners," he said, recalling vivid memories of needles being inserted under fingernails and bodies charred with burning plastics. Many, if not all, had nothing to do with Israeli intelligence. "I will never forget their screams," he continued. "I started asking myself a question. What if Hamas succeeded in destroying Israel and building a state. Will they destroy our people in this way?"
The PA (Palestinian Authority :    Predominantly led by the Fatah party, it emerged from the Oslo Accords with Israel and represents a more secular and pragmatic approach towards achieving Palestinian statehood. The PA generally favors a two-state solution through negotiations with Israel, accepting a Palestinian state on the 1967 borders.  However, since October 7th, 2023, the feelings have changed and PA or Hamas may never be trusted again.  They showed their true colors.  Ask Yousef.
Led by Abbas, the PA was not strong enough to win votes of their population. Abbas played a key role in the negotiations that led to the Oslo Accords in 1993, which established the Palestinian Authority (PA).  He'll soon be 90 years old.
They wanted the tough HAMAS.  I remember Obama really encouraging this newby group to get their first chance to vote in their life.  Seems to me they weren't all ready intellectually for this experience, not capable of making a rational decision about this.  Look what they chose....Hamas.

Mass Murder Thwarted By FBI Slated for October 7th Anniversary

 Nadene Goldfoot

A mass murder plot to slaughter vast numbers of New York's Jews was uncovered and ended by our FBI.  It was to happen around the anniversary of October 7th or Yom Kippur.  They planned to attack the Jews in Brooklyn.

“Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, AKA also known as Shahzeb Jadoon, of Pakistan allegedly tried to enter the United States to commit an attack on the Jewish community in New York City, planning an ISIS-inspired mass shooting around the one-year anniversary of the attack on Gaza by Hamas,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “Thankfully, the great work of the FBI and our partners shut that down, and Khan has now been extradited to New York to face American justice. I want to thank our teams and partners for their diligent work in this case and executing the mission.”

Authorities have stated that Khan was arrested in Canada and extradited to the United States to face charges related to an alleged plot. He is charged with attempted provision of material support to terrorism. The man was extradited after being indicted on the charges of attempting to provide material support and resources to a designated foreign terrorist organization (FTO), an official release from the US Department of Justice said.
“As alleged, Muhammad Shahzeb Khan attempted to enter the United States to carry out a deadly terrorist attack on a Jewish center in New York City,” said U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton for the Southern District of New York. “He planned to use automatic weapons to kill as many members of our Jewish community as possible, all in support of ISIS.
Khan confirmed that he and a U.S.-based ISIS supporter (Associate-1) had been planning to carry out an attack in a particular U.S. city (City-1). Among other things, Khan said that he had been actively attempting to create “a real offline cell” of ISIS supporters to carry out a “coordinated assault” in City-1 using AR-style rifles to “target[] Israeli Jewish chabads . . . scattered all around [City-1].” During subsequent conversations, Khan repeatedly instructed the UCs to obtain AR-style assault rifles, ammunition, and other materials to carry out the attacks, and identified the specific locations in City-1 where the attacks would take place. Khan also provided details about how he would cross the border from Canada into the United States to conduct the attacks. During these conversations with the UCs, Khan emphasized that “Oct 7th and oct 11th are the best days for targeting the Jews” because “Oct 7th they will surely have some protests and Oct 11th  is Yom Kippur.”

Reaction To France, England and Canada's Mean Threat to Israel

 Nadene Goldfoot

I'm almost 91 and Jerry is younger;  we coffee at an assisted living center. We both came from the same neighborhood but didn't know each other;  now we are neighbors here.

My morning coffee-time cheerfulness has been obliterated by the news from the web that those liberal countries of England, Canada and France have threatened Israel now if they don't end the war, and end it their way, with a 2-state solution, most likely. These 3 say they want their peace.  They aren't involved in the fight.  None of their sons or daughters are in the fight.  Israel has 50,000 of their children fighting in Gaza at the age of 18 and up, both male and female, for this is the fight for their very existence.

In 1980, my husband and I were there, going through a training and using an M-1 rifle in 3 positions.  We had moved to Israel  like a few other Americans had.  I have dual citizenship like the last American hostage, Alexander  had that Trump managed to rescue.

In a round-about-way, they are threatening the USA, since the USA is threatening Iran with the nuclear weapons that we don't want them to be able to produce.

The question is:  Will these 3 countries be true to their threat and attack Israel if Israel continues with Operation Gideon's Chariots?  Their resume shows that they are not the brightest light bulb in the pack.

France gave in immediately to Germany.  We of my generation should remember that, though we were quite young.  History can remind you.  England believed all the promises and Churchill had to take over and get tough.

England's British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain made promises of peace just before WWII broke out. His most famous promise, "Peace for our time," was made following the Munich Agreement in September 1938, where he agreed to allow Hitler to annex the Sudetenland in Czechoslovakia. He believed this would avert further aggression and war. However, this policy of appeasement is now widely criticized, as it ultimately failed to prevent the outbreak of war, with Germany invading Poland in 1939. Churchill's  unwavering resolve, especially in the face of the fall of France, was instrumental in preventing Britain from surrendering to Nazi Germany.   Ah, yes, the danger is in the surrendering.

Canada is a branch of England.  They are followers.  Trump wants to buy this country, so they are not happy campers with him.  Trump also wants to buy Greenland.  Neither country is up for sale.  Trump is a real-estate man, always.

The German western campaign into the Low Countries and France shattered Allied lines. Within six weeks, Britain evacuated its forces from the Continent and France requested an armistice with Germany. Paris, the French capital, fell to the Germans on June 14, 1940.  The Germans had marched into Europe in 1939.

Israel's previous winning was was in June of 1967 when they gained land accidently by defending their people and existing land.  This unnerved all the Muslim countries.  The Khartoum Conference in Africa said no to peace with Israel-saying this in 3 different ways so one could understand:

The 1967 Arab League summit was held on August 29 in Khartoum as the fourth Arab League Summit in the aftermath of the Arab defeat by Israel in the Six-Day War, and is famous for its Khartoum Resolution known as "The Three No's"; No peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, no negotiations with Israel.
