Iran, Head Honcho of Terrorism Towards ISRAEL and USA

al Qaeda terrorists-like an army against USA and Israel

As the USA will issue in a new president on January 20th, Joe Biden is getting ready and planning what should be done by talking about changes towards our Iranian policy that Trump had secured.  It is time to re-look at Iran's history.

The news yesterday came out that the USA had Israel take out Al Qaeda terrorists' 2nd in command, and where was he but in Iran.  That shows how thick the terrorists are with Iran. He was Abu Muhammad al-Masri and his death happened on August 7, 2020.

 Al Qaeda terrorism is responsible for 9/11.  The #2 terrorist was in Iran.  It is a transnational extremist Salafist militant organization founded in 1988 by Osama bin LadenAbdullah Azzam, and several other Arab volunteers during the Soviet–Afghan War.Al-Qaeda members believe that a Christian–Jewish alliance is conspiring to destroy Islam. As Salafist jihadists, members of al-Qaeda believe that the killing of non-combatants is religiously sanctioned. This belief ignores the aspects of Muslim scripture which forbid the murder of non-combatants and internecine fighting. Al-Qaeda also opposes what it regards as man-made laws, and wants to replace them with a strict form of sharia law.

Following its 9/11 attack and in response to its condemnation by Islamic scholars, Al-Qaeda provided a justification for the killing of non-combatants/civilians, entitled, "A Statement from Qaidat al-Jihad Regarding the Mandates of the Heroes and the Legality of the Operations in New York and Washington". According to a couple of critics, Quintan Wiktorowicz and John Kaltner, it provides "ample theological justification for killing civilians in almost any imaginable situation."

Among these justifications are that America is leading the west in waging a War on Islam so that attacks on America are a defense of Islam and any treaties and agreements between Muslim majority states and Western countries that would be violated by attacks are null and void. According to the tract, several conditions allow for the killing of civilians including:

  • retaliation for the American war on Islam which al-Qaeda alleges has targeted "Muslim women, children and elderly";
  • when it is too difficult to distinguish between non-combatants and combatants when attacking an enemy "stronghold" (hist) and/or non-combatants remain in enemy territory, killing them is allowed;
  • those who assist the enemy "in deed, word, mind" are eligible for killing, and this includes the general population in democratic countries because civilians can vote in elections that bring enemies of Islam to power;
  • the necessity of killing in the war to protect Islam and Muslims;
  • the prophet Muhammad, when asked whether the Muslim fighters could use the catapult against the village of Taif, replied affirmatively, even though the enemy fighters were mixed with a civilian population;
  • if the women, children and other protected groups serve as human shields for the enemy;
  • if the enemy has broken a treaty, killing of civilians is permitted.

Should we really put our trust to inspect Iran's nuclear facilities?

On April 9,2015, Defense Minister Brig. Gen. Hossein Dehgan said," VISITING MILITARY CENTERS IS AMONG OUR RED LINES, AND NO SUCH VISIT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Their Brig. Gen. Hossein Salami said on April 18, 2015, "NOT ONLY WILL WE NOT GRANT FOREIGNERS THE PERMISSION TO INSPECT OUR MILITARY SITES, WE WILL NOT EVEN GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO THINK ABOUT SUCH A SUBJECT...THEY WILL NOT EVEN BE PERMITTED TO INSPECT THE MOST NORMAL MILITARY SITE IN THEIR DREAMS.

The Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said on May 20, 2015:
"WE WILL NEVER YIELD TO PRESSURE...WE WILL NOT ACCEPT UNREASONABLE DEMANDS...IRAN WILL NOT GIVE ACCESS TO ITS NUCLEAR SCIENTISTS."

This was when Sec. John Kerry made the deal with Iran, trusting them to be just like the USA, very honest, never lying.  Netanyahu tried to tell Congress and the UN what Israel faced, being first in line of their nuclear missiles, but they refused to listed and even walked out when Netanyahu spoke with visuals at the UN.
John Kerry, part of the P5+1 with Iran working toward a nuclear agreement, and major public gaps remained between the parties.  On the 5 key requirement for a good agreement, elements of Iran's leadership staked out uncompromising positions that-if they truly represent iran's positions-will make a good deal unattainable.  Congress must be more adamant about pressing American negotiators to insist that any agreement meets each of the requirements.

The obvious fear of the USA, Israel, and Arab Muslims in the Middle East is that Iran is going to or has already made weapons powered with nuclear capabilities.  Iran's nuclear weapons quest must be blocked for decades.  Iran has proven itself that it is backing terrorism with their finances.

"US sanctions on Iran for terrorism, human rights abuses, and ballistic missiles will remain in place under the deal" said US State Department Parameters for a joint Comprehensive Plan of Action Regarding the Islamic Republic of Iran's Nuclear Program on April 2, 2015.

Knowing the past nature of Iran as not being peaceful but getting terrorist groups to do the dastardly deed they long to do for themselves and finding a mutual friend who shares their feelings; terrorists, should the USA ever feel secure in trusting that Iran's program will be exclusively peaceful?  That was the USA's position with Kerry and Obama and the UN Negotiator, Wendy Sherman, Senate Foreign Relations Committee on February 4, 2014.

At least John Kerry had stated on April 2, 2015 that "THAT THERE WILL BE NO SUNSET TO THE DEAL THAT WE ARE WORKING TO FINALIZE---NO SUNSET, NONE."  Was that made clear by the end of the deal?

On July 14, 2015, the news read, "Earlier today in Vienna, international negotiators reached a deal with Iran over its nuclear program. The New York Times reports that the agreement will eventually lift oil and financial sanctions, "in return for limits on Iran’s nuclear production capability and fuel stockpile over the next 15 years." The international restrictions on Iranian arms exports will remain in place for up to 5 years, and the ban on ballistic missile exports could remain for up to 8 years. Had it still been in effect, USA would today look forward to 2023 as the year Iran could export ballistic missiles legally to its terrorist friends.  Already the USA could be still aware of Iran exporting arms to terrorists, which they most likely have been doing illegally.  Maybe they even have come through the tunnels dug that reach into Israel.
