Jews Or Israel Or Both?

   Today, Israelis are living under protection of the Iron Dome that catches rockets and missiles.  Some of those missiles could be carrying nuclear warheads today.  I'm waiting to see one catch a missile like a baseball glove and throw it back where it came from.  

There are people that do not understand that Israel was created for the Jewish people by the Jewish people.  Israel is made up mostly of Jews.  There are people who hate Jews and there are people who hate Israel, but both?  Israel is a Jewish country!  I am Jewish and I am Israeli who happens to have dual citizenship.  If you hate Israel, you also hate Jews.  

There are about 50 states in the world that are Muslim Majority in Population but only one little bitty state for Jews called Israel.  Israel is made up of a little over 6 million Jews.  Everyone with a working heart serves in the IDF, Israel Defense Force.  Notice, the army is a defensive one;  not one to gobble up others' lands. That's what Hamas and Hezbollah are trying to do, terrorists that are the arms (tenacles) of Iran who wants to do away with Jews once again like Haman did. 

   The Druze, part of Israel's 20% population of other religions, good people, nationalistic like Jews should be that are living in Israel.   

There were Arab Muslims living there at the time of conception, and they were welcome, so they make up only 20% of Israel's population, and that is fine.  Many are strong nationalistic Israelis right along with Netanyahu. Then again, some are not; joining the surrounding Arab countries with their hatred and disbelief that Jews would have had the chutzpa to return to their native land after a long period of being kept out.  

Israel's land was last in the hands of the Ottoman Empire;  not any Palestine.  Palestine was named by the Romans which was the Israel they had destroyed.  So they changed the name as well.  

The Ottoman Empire (Turkey) was the main power in the Middle East from the 1300s onward in many places.  They took over the Roman-named Palestine, which was the former Israel in 1517 and held it until the end of World War I in November 11, 1918.  Jews had lost Jerusalem in 70 CE when the Romans burned down their Temple and then the city, charging the Jews remaining alive after starving them to death to never be able to return.  But they did as time went by.  After enduring anti-Semitism throughout the world for not being either Christians or Muslims  as being targets of pogroms and other attacks, the bravest managed to return to the land in the 1880s.  

You'd think that the Holocaust of WWII by Nazis would be the end of persecution, but our band of Jews have brought back Israel for us as a refuge from the ongoing never-stopping anti-Semitism on this planet..  

No, we're back to anti-Semitic acts like in 1930's in Germany.  Let's get some education going so people know who is who and what they stand for before they start carrying around signs of hatred, for heaven's sake. Then maybe they'll go back to watching football games.  

Israel has every reason to defend themselves and do the best job any people can do under threat of being wiped out.  Terrorists use their people and hide behind them or under them and they get wiped out instead.  Israel has had their own cognitive dissonance to deal with in deciding what to do, to lie down and die or to keep fighting even though civilians might not follow their warnings and leave the arena of fighting in a war.   Their decision seems to be misinterpreted by the tons of populations who hear about it.  They only understand what they see at the present, not caring about the cause.  So the war is fought physically and mentally in this way-all against Israel and too many people are a part of it.
