Unbelievable Twist In Mindsets Against Jews: My G-d! My G-d!

   to   Weizmann and Feisal in 1920s making a deal in Paris to live in Palestine after World War I (1914-1918).  

Here we have a people who the Muslim world with the Christian world is set against;  basically first and foremost, Israel.  The people of the 10 Commandments, known for its rational minds with

Solomon and the mother claiming her child with Solomon knowing how to expose the real mother for his decision-thus wisdom from the Jewish people, 
             Torah:  first 5 books of Bible:  Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy and etc. up until New Testament which is Christian.  

who produced the Bible, for G-d's sake, and they are hated and threatened constantly and officially now again, of extinction. And what has sparked this hatred?  

                      Jews working the land; having never being allowed to be landowners in other countries...read up and prepared how to do it well...

Finally, following the dictate's of their G-d; moving back to Eretz Yisrael (Palestine) and being formally accepted by Law of the world;  League of Nations as well as the United Nations;  all done to be NOT questioned by their legality; on May 14, 1948.

Testimony of their greed is the Arch of Titus in Rome, bragging of their ability to destroy the Jews' Temple and loot the Temple of its gold and goodies with Jewish slaves doing the shlepping.    

This took place after Jerusalem was attacked by their occupiers, the Romans, and was burned to the ground along with their precious Temple, when all Jews there were either slaughtered or taken as slaves with some escaping their clutches.  It was the end of their Israel created by King Saul and King David and his father, Solomon.

 For 2,000 years, Jews have been homeless and hated by others;  different because no one else,  no other people, were Jewish.  Jews had resisted the forces trying to convert them to Christianity.  Some had found refuge in the unimaginable place of the Muslim countries;  countries most against them now being Iran.

My Lithuanian relatives going to their slaughter of WWII when Out of approximately 208,000–210,000 Jews, an estimated 190,000–195,000 were murdered before the end of World War II, most of them between June and December 1941. More than 95% of Lithuania's Jewish population was massacred over the three-year German occupation, – a more complete destruction than befell any other country in the Holocaust.By luck, my Bubba had come to the USA in 1904-1906, with my father beingborn here in 1908.  

Knowing that the unbelievable happened in world war 2 when 6 million out of 9 million of us were brutally and unmercifully slaughtered by the Nazis, Jews have been facing Iran's threats for years since the Ayatollas takeover of this ancient country once Persia.  Now, we see their  advancement in their plans.  They planned to kill all Jews in the world, then the Ayatollas would start on the Christians.  

Israel has been attacked by HAMAS, the leading  terrorists out of a population of the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization from 1954), 

PFLP (Popular Front for The Liberation of Palestine of 1967)

Fatah's offshoot- militias Tanzim and al Aqsa Martyrs Brigade of 1959; 

PIJ (Palestinian Islamic Jihad of 1979), 

Hezbollah (Party of G-d of 1982),

Since September 2000 to 2004, Israel has endured 25,776 terrorist attacks, 147 suicide bombings causing 47% of all deaths, figured by 2010.  There have  been thousands more since then.   

1,064 were killed.  7,454 were injured.  

82% of dead and wounded Jews were civilians.  

The so-called PEACE PALACE which houses the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands, shown here on Sept. 19, 2023, will be the site of a January 11 hearing on a case brought by South Africa accusing Israel of genocide in its war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

South Africa has the audacity to call Israel on the carpet with Hague in the Netherlands and accused them of purposely killing Palestinian civilians. It has been pointed out that South Africa belongs to an organization including Russia, the Brics formed in 2010.  Believe me, they have chutzpa to do that.  Israel has gone out of their way not to hit civilians, which has become almost an impossibility since long range missiles have been found in their homes hitting our IDF among other weapons, wear no uniforms, and have their labyrinth of tunnels they have spent their money on building under Gaza in order to function.

I will never forget our introduction to said civilians when you realize that many were entering Israeli kibbutzim daily to work and kibbitz with the Jews in a friendly mode, and then come October 7th when they break through the gate to enter and horribly and unbelievably with grins on their  faces enjoyed the slaughtering of Jews of all ages and sex from teeny babies onward;  beheading, drawing and quartering their bodies, raping, you name it;  so rapt they were in their attack-dreaming of all they would take over.  G-d!  Israel's attempt of kindness of all these people should have turned into such an afront is so shocking-that it left the whole population of 9 million with PTSD for sure. The scenes the lucky living population saw were totally shocking  to them and will never leave.  This population is made up of Holocaust survivors and their descendants mostly; who are also affected by the brutality suffered by their ancestors.  They need not have been part of this again by being those attacked again actually physically.  The innuendos received through anti-Semitism has been more than enough for them to endure.  

Israel goes through more stress and practice of avoidance of hitting civilians than any other country ever has.  Then again, no other country has endured the hate that they have suffered.  Israel has seen its own soldiers dying under attacks that could have been avoided had civilians not been understood by them to avoid.  This war could have been stopped quickly by other means by another people who didn't care.  An anti-Semitic world is what we live in.  Only the best have raised their heads among the fray to stand with Israel.

Benjamin Netanyahu's Shocking January 1st Close Call Judicial Court Decision

JERUSALEM (AP) — Israel’s Supreme Court struck down a key component of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s contentious judicial overhaul Monday, delivering a landmark decision that could reopen the fissures in Israeli society that preceded the country’s ongoing war against Hamas.

In Monday’s decision, the court narrowly voted to overturn a law passed in July that prevents judges from striking down government decisions they deem “unreasonable.” Opponents had argued that Netanyahu’s efforts to remove the standard of reasonability opens the door to corruption and improper appointments of unqualified cronies to important positions.

The law was the first in a planned overhaul of the Israeli justice system. The overhaul was put on hold after Hamas militants carried out their Oct. 7 attack, killing some 1,200 people and kidnapping 240 others. Israel immediately declared war, and is pressing forward with an offensive that Palestinian health officials say has killed nearly 22,000 people in Gaza.

In an 8-7 decision, the Supreme Court justices struck down the law because of the “severe and unprecedented harm to the core character of the State of Israel as a democratic country.”

(Netanyahu’s coalition, a collection of ultranationalist and ultrareligious lawmakers, unveiled the overhaul earlier this year, saying it was necessary to rein in an unelected judiciary they believe wields too much power.) 

Legal experts warn that could spark a constitutional crisis, where citizens and the country’s security forces are left to decide whose orders to follow — the parliament’s or the court’s.

The political survival of Netanyahu, who returned to power late last year while standing trial on bribery, fraud and breach of trust charges, is also bound up with the overhaul. His hard-line, religiously conservative coalition partners have threatened to rebel if he doesn’t see the legislation through, and critics say Netanyahu could use the overhaul to get the charges against him dismissed.

Critics say the plan — which would weaken the Supreme Court — is a profound threat to Israeli democracy and that it would concentrate power in the hands of Netanyahu and his allies.

They say the court is a key counterweight on majority rule in a country with an otherwise weak system of checks and balances — with just one house of parliament where the governing coalition is headed by the prime minister. The country’s president has largely ceremonial powers, and there is no firm, written constitution.

The planned overhaul sparked months of mass protests, threatened to trigger a constitutional crisis between the judicial and legislative branches of government, and rattled the cohesion of Israel’s powerful military.

Those divisions were largely put aside after Hamas militants carried out a bloody cross-border attack in southern Israel on Oct. 7, triggering a war that has raged in Gaza for nearly three months. But Monday’s court decision could reignite those tensions even while the country remains at war.

Justice Minister Yariv Levin, born 22 June 1969 in Jerusalem,  a Netanyahu ally and the architect of the overhaul, lambasted the court’s decision, saying it demonstrated “the opposite of the spirit of unity required these days for the success of our soldiers on the front.”

Levin, 54,  was born in Jerusalem to Gail and Aryeh Levin, an Israel Prize laureate for linguistics. His mother's uncle, Eliyahu Lankin, was commander of the Altalena ship and member of the first Knesset, representing Herut, whilst Menachem Begin was the Sandek at Levin's circumcision ceremony. Yariv Gideon Levin (Hebrewיָרִיב גִּדְעוֹן לֵוִין, born 22 June 1969) is an Israeli lawyer and politician who serves as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice. He served as Speaker of the Knesset in December 2022, previously serving that role from 2020 to 2021. He currently serves as a member of Knesset for Likud, and previously held the posts of Minister of Internal SecurityMinister of Tourism, and Minister of Aliyah and Integration.

Starting JANUARY off With A Bang In Israel

Happy New Year Everyone to 2024.  On the Jewish Calendar it's Tevet/Shevat 5784;  the year five thousand seven hundred and eighty-four years.  Today, January 1, is Tevet 20.  Tevet is the name of the month.  What are the 12 months of the Jewish calendar? Usually there are twelve months in the Jewish (Hebrew) calendar. They are, in order: Nisan, Iyar, Sivan, Tammuz, Av, Elul, Tishrei, Heshvan, Kislev, Tevet, Shevat, and Adar.  Today the whole world operates under the calendar starting with January.  This is the  Gregorian calendar which is the calendar used in most parts of the world. It went into effect in October 1582 following the papal bull Inter gravissimas issued by Pope Gregory XIII, which introduced it as a modification of, and replacement for, the Julian calendar.

If you think "how old" these names are, look at what the world is still using;  Roman names of 2 months The names of Roman months originally functioned as adjectives January and March honor the gods Janus and Mars;

So on this auspicious date, let's look at what's happening in Israel.  Israel welcomed the new year of 2024 under a large Hamas rocket attack targeting the center and south of the country, including Tel Aviv. 18 rockets were intercepted and no damage or casualties were reported. Rockets and attack drones were also launched from Lebanon.  

I went to bed last night with the sounds of fire crackers for about an hour or two.  I thought of how in Israel such a sound would be for real.  It was.  How frightening that must have been.

This morning, Air Force jets destroyed a Hezbollah drone fleet that was prepared to attack Israel today.

May Israel be prepared in their continued defense of their country.  As Golda reminded us, we have no where else to go.  This is imperative.
