Biden's Special Interest in Iran

Joe Biden, born November 20, 1942-47th Vice President of USA, selected by Obama, served with him since 2009, now thinking of running for President.  He'll be 73 in a month.  

                                                                           

September 11, 2001 and New York's tallest building was hit by a jet plane that flew right into it. "8:46:30:^[10] American Airlines Flight 11 crashes at roughly 466 mph (790 km/h or 219m/s or 425 knots) into the north face of the North Tower (1 WTC) of the World Trade Center, between floors 93 and 99.  2,996 people altogether were killed that day.  We came to believe it was Saddam Hussein who caused it to happen even though the plane was flown by Saudi Arabians.

After this happened, Joe Biden wanted to give Iran a grant of $200,000,000.  He's been a great supporter of Iran.
    " An October 2001 article in the New Republic  "At the Tuesday-morning meeting with committee staffers, Biden launches into a stream-of-consciousness monologue about what his committee should be doing, before he finally admits the obvious: 'I'm groping here.' 
Then he hits on an idea: America needs to show the Arab world that we're not bent on its destruction. 'Seems to me this would be a good time to send, no strings attached, a check for $200 million to Iran,' Biden declares.

An Iranian delegation was in Moscow that very day to discuss a $300-million arms deal with Vladimir Putin that the United States has strongly condemned." The article ends with a killer line: "But Joe Biden is barely listening anymore. He's already moved on to something else.

Joe is thinking about running for president being Hillary Clinton is faltering in the polls.  He's beloved, but has already run unsuccessfully 2 times before and must give this special thought.  He would have to understand a lot more about the Middle East than what he displayed after 9/11.  First of all, Iranians are not Arabs.   The country cannot afford a president who gropes with main concerns.  He has admitted that he's pretty down due to his son's death and knows that this position will take a lot of energy." 

"He supported the appropriations to pay for the occupation in Iraq, but argued repeatedly that the war should be internationalized, that more soldiers were needed, and that the Bush administration should "level with the American people" about the cost and length of the conflict.  Yet he was ready to give Iran a lot of money for what reason?"    
Right after 9/11, Salam Al-Marayati, founder of the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), met with Biden at" the White House  and had his picture taken with him which he used to his advantage.
  He indicated that it was Israel who caused the 9/11 attacks.  This same man  participated in a CVE Summit, a three-day forum focused on countering radical extremism which started on Tuesday.  It  came in the wake of multiple anti-Semitic attacks across the globe and pressure for an increased military campaign against the Islamic State (IS) terror group.  "Al-Marayati also caused controversy in 2012, when he was selected by the Obama administration to represent the United States government at a human rights conference sponsored by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).

The fact is that Biden has had ties to Pro Iran groups.  "Kaveh Mohseni, a spokesman for the Student Movement Coordination Committee for Democracy in Iran, calls Biden "a great friend of the mullahs." He notes that Bidens election campaigns "have been financed by Islamic charities of the Iranian regime based in California and by the Silicon Iran network," a loosely-knit group of wealthy Iranian-American businessmen and women seeking to end the U.S. trade embargo on Iran. "In exchange, the senator does his best to aid the mullahs," Mohseni argues. Biden's ties to pro-Tehran lobbying groups are no secret. 
                                                                              

There are 2 types of people residing in Iran today.  Some are Shi'a followers of the Ayatollah and Ahmadinejad who are deathly against the survival of Israel and there are just people who would like to embrace Democracy and cut out the need to attack other countries, and especially not Israel.  After all, there are still Jews living in Iran and have been since the Babylonian attack on Judah in 597 and 586 BCE when they kidnapped many Jews and they wound up in Persia.  

Today's government, who has kept Kerry at the table for the past 2 years giving away the baby with the bathtub and calling it a good deal, the best to expect, wants to destroy Israel.   That would make them the king of the mountain  in the Sunni's eyes and they would have to bow to them from then on as they would have atomic power.   Ending sanctions was not the thing to do right away.  Our government doesn't vote on the Iran deal until September 17th.  They may do the right thing and turn it down.  

Of course, being a Democrat, he's all for the Iran deal.  ""I was extremely skeptical about whether or not we could ever get them [Iran] to the table and ever move them in a direction where there would be an agreement that made sense for us, for Israel and for the world. ... I've been the guy who's most skeptical in the outfit," Biden said. "I am strongly supportive of this agreement. Standing on its own legs, it's a good agreement."  I'm afraid this is the thinking of many Democrats who obviously don't know how to barter for a better deal.  It has also been way to long a time to get such a deal, as bad as it is.  Iran has had 2 years of doing what they wanted to accomplish and have a deal that allows them to keep their military sites  of Parchin off limits to inspectors.  Besides that immense mistake, the USA is allowing the Iranians to do their own inspecting on certain sites.  That's letting the fox inspect the chicken coop.  

Evidently a lot of Iranian-American money has gone into Biden's position to get him where he is today, and a lot more could go to his coffers to run for president to help beat the Republican nominee.  In April Joe talked to a Jewish group and told them that the Iran deal wasn't a great bargain.  He was shoring up the US-Israel ties.  In July of this year  it was published that Biden spent nearly an hour trying to convince top Jewish leaders to support the nuclear accord and promised them that if Iran ever violates the deal, the United States is still prepared to carry out a military strike against the Islamic Republic’s nuclear sites.  Biden was called Tehran Joe Biden.   Now He's talking to them again in Florida and will give them the great Biden pitch that it's a great deal, just like a politician.  

Update: 8/16/2020
Now that Biden has selected Kamala Harris for his running mate, she has come out and said she would not support Trump's stand on Iran but would go back to Obama's views on it.

This latest push of accepting the Iran deal instead of the original promise of not accepting it if it doesn't meet the USA standards and expectations is odd to say the least.  Why does Obama cow tow to Iran?  There are lots of speculations, so I thought I'd check out a few of them.  This is just covering one odd fact.
                                                                     

OIC meeting at UN

No wonder Israel is always in trouble at the UN.  There are 57 Islamic states listed that are members in the OIC at the UN. The OIC is the 2nd largest inter-governmental organization after the UN which has membership of 57 states covering 4 continents.  It is a collective voice of the Muslim world.  It was started in Rabat, Morocco on September 25,1969 as a result of arson in the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem on the Temple Mount which they called "occupied Jerusalem."  You can now see the whole group's collective thinking. 
                                                                         

He looks pretty refreshed to me, and this is in Portland.  Beaverton is connected.  

 Don't tell me this isn't a war between Islam and Judaism.  OIC means Organization of Islamic Cooperation!   Too bad we don't have such a thing between the Jews of AIPAC and the Jews of J Street in the United States!  The USA only has 50 states.  Even they are outnumbered by the Islamist states!  Remember when Obama said in Oregon that he would campaign in all 57 states?  Was that a Freudian slip or had he had this fact on his mind for some reasons?  A professor of USA history surely would know that there are 50 states and not 57, one would think.

• Hmm. What's strange is that my list of Muslim majority countries only includes 48, and is not counting Palestine which is not a state as yet though the UN certainly has been pushing for it.

• Guinea-Bissau:  Throughout the 20th century, most Bissau-Guineans practiced some form of Animism. Recently, many have adopted Islam, which is currently practiced by 50% of the country's population; most of Guinea-Bissau's Muslims have Malikite Sunni denomination, with Shia and Ahmadiyya minorities.
• Palestine  :  When did it become an authentic state?  It's not- not yet. It would be 100% Muslim. No Jews will be allowed.  They inhabit Judea and Samaria, which was the Israel and Judah of ancient days,  and Gaza which was also inhabited by Jews long ago.  
The list did not include Kosovo which is on the Muslim majority state list. It has 90% Sunni Muslims.   Nor did it include the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus which is 98% Sunni Muslims.   Most of these additional states are Christian majority states, not Muslim.  

The collective population of OIC member states is over 1.4 billion as of 2008. Remember, not all are Muslims, though.  

The population of the USA as of 2014 was 318.9 million.

USA's Muslim's population is 2.11% or 6.67 million.

USA's Jewish population is 2.2% or 5.3 million.(as of 2014)

  Obama 8 years later and not ready to defend USA's old friend, Israel anymore in the manner that Israel feels defended.  Israel doesn't feel defended by the USA signing an agreement with the state that wants to rub her out which allows much more than Israel can believe is happening, like allowing Iran to do some of the inspecting.  Good grief!  Iran's Ayatollah has put out a book describing how they will rub her out and we sign an agreement allowing them pathways in which to do this.  With a world chomping at the bit to do business with Iran, there's no renewing sanctions, it looks like.  If Israel decides to go it alone and bomb the heck out of these sites, the USA has already said they'll attack the Israeli planes.  This one is surely for the books, so I ask, what has been going on?

Sudan Anti-Semitism: Macaque Monkeys Come From Jews

When adults call other adults derogatory names, they are acting like foolish children.  Don't they know the old saying, "Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me?"  Mus'ab Al-Mosharraf of Sudan is a blogger on the Elaph website that has topped all silliness.                                   

Pigs are not to be eaten by Jews.  

                                                  

Macaque Monkey-not eaten by Jews

Mosharraf, a Muslim in Sudan,  is busy calling us Jews names that he has heard many times before.   "Mosharraf goes on to site a famous passage in the Koran stating that Jewish people are "the offspring of apes and pigs," an oft used trope designed to denigrate Jewish people. 

 According to MEMRI, the term "offspring of apes and pigs" originates in the Koran in Verse 65 of Surat Al-Baqara, in Verse 60 of Surat Al-Maida, and in Verses 163-169 of Surat Al-A'raf. The parables describe Allah punishing the "Sabbath peoples" for violating his instruction. 

First of all, it is laughable to me that anyone not Jewish would accuse the people who were first to be taught about Sabbath to be accused for violating someone else's instructions.  We were taught that Moses's directions were the word of G-d and not to follow false prophets even though there would be others saying they were to be followed.  Jews were not under Mohammad's jurisdiction and were not obeying anything but the law of Arabia and their own laws.  

                                                  

Apes today are threatened by mankind and their loss of land.  

Mohammad was born in 570 and died in 632.  Even in those days, Jews knew they were not descended from apes and pigs, but in G-d's image, and they knew who their ancestors were as these Jews kept an account of their family genealogy.  Genealogy was part and parcel of the Torah.  So anyone saying such things, even way back then before science, looked stupid!

 Mosharraf's twist to this old anti-Semitic slur is that macaque monkeys come from Jews!  I guess he has a thing against these poor monkeys, natives of Indonesia among other places.  " 

These monkeys range from Japan to Afghanistan and, in the case of the barbary macaque (Macaca sylvanus), to North Africa and Southern Europe.   About the only humans that could fall for such nonsense would be 2 year olds.  
                                                         

Here a South Sudanese man is holding a HKG3 in their Civil War.  Too much fighting and not enough thinking is happening here.

Sudanese wouldn't have had the opportunity to know any Jews very well.  Jews had visited the Sudan from remote times.  The constant wars keep tourists away.  In 1885, the Mahdi forced all Jews and Christians to convert to Islam.  The community dated from the end of the 19th century, but few Jews live there today.  So, you know what this means.  Chances are good that some high ranking Muslims might have Jewish ancestors!   

PS:  This accusation is the same that the Ayatollah and Ahmadinejad of Iran have said about Jews.  It's really immature to be people to say such things. It shows the level of social intelligence.
