I'm waiting for the debate tonight. Donald Trump has just been exposed by Hillary Clinton's team as a morally damaged presidential candidate and has Republicans calling for his stepping down immediately. All along such facts have been coming out as it is: Miss Universe was shamed by him for gaining weight; and private conversations have now been aired, showing how he has acted in the past. This latest scandal happened at age 59, 11 years ago.
Actually, men rarely change their youthful attitudes unless they go through an epiphany for some reason or other. An epiphany is an altering of attitude suddenly. Something has to happen to turn a person around. It's happened in religious stories; a change of heart.

As Giuliani said this morning, Trump has learned after this past year, and speaking
to people has changed and what this means.. He has finally grown up-better late in life than
never. (my words.)

How did Trump ever trump 16 other well qualified and outstanding men in this Republican
race in the first place? He was the one without any political background which was refreshing.
He was the only businessman, living and working with the common man as well as the very rich,
the entertainment field, but rarely the academic. At heart, he's a builder.

I see Trump through the eyes of a teacher. Like others I have seen, he must have been a very bright
but unmanageable child whose parents probably spoiled him. This man must have grown up as the
prince of the household, with the father finally realizing with his own epiphany that his only chance
in life was to go to a private military academy to learn some rules and obey them. There, this hyper
young man who did not have the patience to sit down and study found other ways to soak up
information most likely, as he graduated.
Trump has been following life by becoming most successful in his field of real estate. Building
after building has the stamp of Trump on it. He's had millions and has lost millions only to regain
them. He has had what I call "chutzpa". " personal confidence or courage that allows someone to do or say things that may seem shocking to others." shameless audacity,
impudence, cheeky, and having lots of fortitude. . The word is sometimes interpreted—particularly in business parlance—as meaning the amount of courage, mettle or ardor that an individual has. It shows up in his personality of expecting himself to be a winner in everything.
Personally, I find his past actions nauseating, as many others do. Most of us have not been brought up to voice such feelings. Now he's finding this out with so many turning against him as of this very morning.
He is an impressive man; 6'3", and about 236 lbs, a big man at 70 years of age. This stature is what usually makes leaders. They stand out. He has leadership qualities deep inside him that come out in his body language. He's a known celebrity. He received possibly special handling during the TV presentations of what they called, "debates." They may have called them debates, but to this former high school debate judge, they were no debates, more like 1929 police interrogations.

Why he has been vilifying and objectifying women up to the middle age of 59 and even only as late as 1 1/2 years ago, is shocking, but evidently he has rubbed shoulders with men in locker rooms who like this kind of talk, and it has fed into his ego. His own mother was absolutely beautiful! Mothers often are blamed either for faults or successes in sons.

My hero, former Mayor Giuliani, defended him today by reminding us all what the other choice of Hillary means to us, and to me it means even more. My concern is that the past 8 years of Obama have been very hard on Israel at a time my 2nd home needs the best from the USA as a partner.

Obama has it in for Netanyahu, a prime minister democratically chosen by his country as the best man to keep them all safe and combat all the hatred for them we find in the world today. They have had their disagreements because of the direction each wants for Israel, which is very different. Many also feel this is true about the direction Obama wants for the USA, too.
I feel that Clinton will mean another 4 years of Obama with this same attitude if not even worse with her. Respect and understanding of Israel's position has been lacking. Jerusalem has been Israel's capital once again since 1967 and the USA is afraid to offend the Palestinians by recognizing something that has been true for the past 49 years. Trump promised he would do it. I admired Guiliani so much this morning as he calmly explained the picture of what is happening. Too bad he wasn't running for president. I think he would have won. What a gracious and intelligent man he is! He held us together during 9/11.
Election Day is this coming November 8th. What are Americans like? Will they accept
Clinton even though she is not a favorite for the Democrats over Trump, who has also
turned out to be a flawed person? What sins are they ready to accept and ready to charge
as guilty? Will they think about what's best for our country instead?
Post Debate: Trump exceeded expectations, though the polls, carried mostly by leftist politicians, had Hillary winning. I don't agree. He was on the attack during the whole debate with facts this time, disappointing her followers by her not saying much of anything through many of the attacks. Trump pointed out that there is this difference in his gutter locker-room talk and Bill Clinton's and Hillary's actions, but he did apologize about it. Trump countered Hillary with having 4 women in the audience who have said they were harmed sexually by Bill, and of course Hillary thought Trump was finished by the turning away of many top Republicans after hearing this last straw of Trump's gutter language use against women. Trump's followers were very happy with his performance, and Pence is still his Vice President. He hasn't abandoned Trump.
We certainly have two stars to pick from, don't we? What do they have in common? They both are very very wealthy. They both have earned their money by means most of us never thought of. One's a male businessman Republican and the other is a female lawyer Democrat.
Post Debate comment: Nothing is worse than an ignorant president for the USA. A debate, helped to decide which person we want in this office, is to find out who is the most informed. Facts are to be checked by each debatee, NOT the moderator. This is not held to see how brilliant this person is, or to take sides and preferences of the persons debating. That's up to these 2 parties; Clinton and Trump. They have to catch each other's bluff and lies. We have one more to go. I hope the next moderators will hold their tongues. Fact checks later are enough; and even at that, they have to be on their toes to see where each person's facts came from-reliable sources or was it pie in the sky. Nadene
