Hamas and PA's Determination to Keep Arabs Unhappy

Nadene Goldfoot
Despite the danger, Israelis are one of the happiest people
on the planet.  That was found in a survey.
1920 before losing 80% to Abdullah

Hamas Terrorists and the PA cannot abide the Palestinian Arabs to be in a state of peace  for they'll never be able to drive Israelis into the sea in such contentment.   Their goal has been to keep them angry and keep telling them a false narrative of their own history and nothing about the Jews' history who had returned to live there.  The UN has been complicit in this charade.

Happiness for Jews was being able to come once again to the Wailing Wall, a place of prayer that they were kept from since 1948.
1967 was when all the surrounding Muslim countries attacked Israel and got the surprise of their life when Israel won the battle against so many with such few.  It gave Israel a surprise, too, being they thus won back the land Jordan had taken from them that was tagged to be a major part of the JEWISH HOMELAND that the League of Nations conferred upon them back in the 20s at the end of WWI.  They weren't counting on the two-facedness of England who turned around for self-benefits by giving away 80% of the land to prince Abdullah of Arabia.  He in turn is the ancestor of today's King of Jordan and the land became part of Jordan.  The East and west of the Jordan River was involved.
Israel then held the territory that was compiled of 4 areas.

Deir Yassin, Arab village near Jerusalem
Jewish militia sought to relieve the blockade of Jerusalem during the civil war that preceded the end of British rule in Palestine.  This turned out to be
a bad scene, one of the few that happened.

1. Judaea and Samaria-their ancient Israel that Moses had led the Israelites to as G-d willed this.

This territory had been until 1948, Israel's birth on May 14th, part of the British Mandate of Palestine.  Above is Samaria Gorge.  Between 1948 and 1967 it was ruled by Jordan which they annexed in 1950.  Jordan treated everything on the land that was Jewish with contempt.  For example, what happened to Jewish headstones in the cemeteries was to families, historians  and genealogists unforgivable.  Samaria is part of Northern Israel where the capital of Israel was Samaria and so the whole area came to be called Samaria.  Judaea kept Jerusalem as their capital.

Gaza getting some payback for all the missiles they've been shooting into Israel.

2. The Gaza Strip-had been part of the British Mandate of Palestine as well.  The only difference here was that there was a brief interruption in 1956 to 57 following the Sinai War when it was administrated by the Egyptian Military Government.  It was not annexed by Egypt.

3. The Sinai Desert was administered by Egypt until 1967.

4. The Golan Heights-were under Syrian administration until 1967.
President Trump of the USA just recognized the Golan to be under Israeli jurisdiction as of yesterday.  Pictured here is the winery area and growing grapes.

Can anyone change their minds and become peaceful?
They only know NO.
Pending a peace settlement in which the borders between Israel and its neighbors would be decided it was that of territories occupied during a war. Israel had held off annexing any part of the areas.  East Jerusalem was reunited in June 1967 with West Jerusalem and has been once city under one mayor since then.  A peace settlement has not been forthcoming from the Palestinian Arabs.   They decided that at the Kartoum Conference in Africa with their 3 famous NOs NOs Nos.

By July 1972, almost a million Arabs were living in the administered areas.  640,600 of them lived in Judaea and Samaria which was 5,900 sq. km or 2,270 sq mi.

388,600 lived in the Gaza Strip which was 360 sq km or 140 sq mi.

and North Sinai and 8,000 lived on the Golan Heights which was 1,250 sq km or 800 sq mi.

The population  of these areas won were predominantly Muslim.  The smaller Christian communities of Greek Orthodox and Latins were mainly in Ramallah, Bethlehem and Beit Jala.  On the Golan Heights there are Druzes living in peace.

While waiting for peace settlements to be created and signed, Israel's politics tried to achieve some peaceful objectives.

1. Maintain condition of security for Israel and Arabs alike.
2. Enable conditions of normalcy of life without losing contact with Arabs in other countries.
3. Make possible rapid economic development.
4. Encourage co-existence and cooperation between the Arabs of the areas and Israelis, as an example for relations to come between the 2 peoples.

Nazerath now a Palestinian town

They were arriving at these goals.  They did experience tranquil and thriving lives for a little while.  The local affairs have been administered by their own local population.  Open bridges on the Jordan allowed movement in either direction between the areas and the Arab States.  Arabs and Israelis, who  until 1967 had lived in mutual segregation and estrangement, were enjoying the beginnings of a peaceful and fruitful co-existence.  This experience, however so short, was hoped to make a meaningful contribution towards a transformation of Arab-Israeli relations giving them a taste of what life could be like and free from conflict into cooperation.   Arab's continual attacks on Jews nullify much of the goodness accomplished.

LEBANESE AND ISRAELI MARONITES AGAINST HEZBOLLAH TERRORISTS

Nadene Goldfoot

Haifa, Israel's Maronite Christian Church
The Maronites are a Christian group[ who adhere to the Syriac Maronite Church with the largest population around Mount Lebanon in Lebanon. The Maronite Church is an Eastern Catholic sui iuris particular church in full communion with the Pope and the Catholic Church "
Historically, Maronites have been rural people. They are thought to trace their roots back to the 4th Century. In the 7th Century, due to religious persecution, they withdrew from the coastal regions to the mountainous areas of Lebanon and Syria, where they lived in isolation."
Israel has about 7,000 Maronite Christians, a branch very much like Western Catholics.  "The archeparchy includes all the faithful of the Maronite Church who live in Israel. The archeparchial seat is the city of Haifa, where the Saint Louis the King Cathedral is located. The territory is divided into eight parishes.
In the archeparchy in 2013, there were approximately 7,000 members, 9 priests and 8 parishes."
Christian leaders in Jerusalem, Israel
In 2011 there were 4,196,453 Lebanese with
60% being Muslims in Lebanon.

"Members of the Christian community in Israel are bringing back an ancient language spoken by Jesus, and are finding fellow speakers in unexpected parts of the world."  Jish is the only village in Israel with a majority Maronite population. Muslims constitute about 35 percent of the residents, with a smattering of Melkite Christians making up the tiny remainder. They are guiding those in Sweden and Holland.

"Phoenicianism is a form of Lebanese nationalism, first adopted by Lebanese Christians, primarily Maronites, at the time of the creation of Greater Lebanon. It constitutes identification of the Lebanese people with the ancient Phoenicians." They have the history of King Solomon of Israel being friends with the King of  Tyre, Hiram.  Tyre was a major city of the Phoenicians, living in today's Lebanon.  "It promotes the view that Lebanese people, or sometimes exclusively just Lebanese Christians, are not Arabs and that the Lebanese speak a distinct language and have their own culture, separate from that of the surrounding Middle Eastern countries. Supporters of this theory of Lebanese ethnogenesis maintain that the Lebanese are descended from Phoenicians and are not Arabs. Some also maintain that Levantine Arabic is not an Arabic variety, rather a variation of Neo-Aramaic, but has become a distinctly separate language."

"Cardinal Bechara Rai, head of the Maronite Catholic Church, center, arrives to visit a church in Jaffa, a mixed Jewish and Arab neighborhood in Tel Aviv, Israel, Monday, May 26, 2014. (photo credit: AP Photo/Sebastian Scheiner)"

Recently in 2014, "Maronite Cardinal Bechara Ra’i, here with Pope Francis, defies threats from home and goes to Jaffa, plans to head to the north next."    He made a first visit of a Maronite Cardinal to Israel since 1948's birth of Israel.  Maronites seemed to have risen out of Antioch, Turkey's meetings of the Christian organizing going on in the 300s CE.  Lebanon was part of the Ottoman Empire, close to Jerusalem.

.  "Cardinal Bechara Ra’i, a Maronite Catholic, made the trip despite opposition at home. His critics have said the pilgrimage implies normalization with Israel at a time when the two countries remain formally at war."  Lebanon, Israel's northern neighbor  along the coast, is made up of Maronite Christians who hold the position of being the group chosen for the position of president.  7,000 Maronite Christians are living in Israel out of a total of about 3,537,660 in the world.  Other Catholics also live in Lebanon, of which Major Hadad, a former friend of Israel who has passed away, was a member.

Looking back, in the year of 1960, Lebanon had a population of 1.8 million people.   Today they have about 6.1 million.  Israel has 8,548,870 out of which 6 million are Jews.  "The IDF does not conscript Arab citizens of Israel who are Muslim or Christian, however, increasing numbers choose to volunteer for military service. Many Bedouins enlist on a voluntary basis. For Druze and Circassian men, enlistment is mandatory "through their own choice.

Israel's IDF soldiers, a mixture of faiths and nations
Here you see Jewish, Muslim and Christian faiths
To Israelis they are the beloved IDF, Israel Defense Force.
Note:  It's a country on the defense, protecting their
population, and has had to do this since its inception in 1948.
Jews, the world's scapegoats, have had a hard time getting
other religious people to accept them in a world
they had been driven out of by the Romans.  Now,
besides the obvious rockets, mortars and missiles,
BDS threatens them coming right from the Middle East
that like a virus, spreads its devilment all over the world
to use against Israel.

Below you see a Maronite Festival celebration going on in
Miami, Florida, USA where they must be living.

Maronite Christians make up about 21% of the population of Lebanon.
The Druze and Maronite Christians were at war with each other in 1860 with the Druze being the overlords of the Maronites.

According to Wikipedia, "Other religions account for only an estimated 0.3% of the population- mainly foreign temporary workers, according to the CIA Factbook. There remains a very small Jewish population, traditionally centered in Beirut. It has been larger: most Jews left the country after the Lebanese Civil War (1975–1990) as thousands of Lebanese did at that time."

Lebanon used to be the playground, the Paris of the Middle East, where the Arabs would go for their Rest and Recreation moments.  Life has done a 180 degree turn-around today.  No more.

Today they have all been taken over by Hezbollah terrorists from iran and look towards Israel as a place to destroy.  Hezbollah possess more than 150,000 rockets and missiles that can carry nuclear warheads, many of which are capable of striking any location in Israel right now.  They have dug tunnels under homes in Lebanon going into israel. for attack and kill purposes.

IDF of Israel fights against Hezbollah
President Trump is now talking about bringing on a peace between Lebanon and Israel.  BEIRUT — U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Friday called on the Lebanese people to stand up to Hezbollah's "criminality, terror and threats," and claimed U.S. sanctions on Iran and its Lebanese Shiite ally were working and that more pressure on them was forthcoming. The Lebanese Foreign Minister stood next to him  insisted that Hezbollah is "a Lebanese group that is not a terrorist organization and was elected by the people."  My comment is that he is very weak.  The problem lies with the Golan Heights and Trump announcing Friday that he will recognize Israel's soverignty over it.  "The Golan Heights is a narrow strip of mountainous land, roughly 1,800sq km, bordering SyriaIsrael, Jordan and Lebanon."

Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed that the Golan Heights will always be part of Israel, and Syria, which does not recognize Israel.  Syria wants the territory back..  It would be Hezbollah speaking in place of Syria that want it back in order to attack Israel more easily.
It is a strategically important territory for the two enemy countries with its elevated position – nearly 3,000m above sea level – allowing a viewpoint into southern Syria, northern Israel and southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah terrorists against Israeiis
When Syria had control of the Golan Heights, its military was able to use positions to shell Israeli communities below. That went on incessantly.  They want to destroy Israel.  They were part of the Kartoum Conference in Africa where the Muslims said NO 3 times to offers of peace.  Writers seem to leave out objectives of countries which is most important.  Israel does not use the height to destroy or be on the offensive against Syria but can use it for DEFENSE.  A country as small as Israel is needs all the defense it can get in boundaries from  today's weapons.
But Israel’s possession of the land also gives its military a clear view into Syria, all the way to the capital Damascus some 60km away.

OUR PURIM OF TODAY WHILE GOING ON IN THE MIDDLE EAST INSTABILITY GALORE

Nadene Goldfoot
Queen Esther who stopped the Holocaust
caused by Haman in the Persian Empire in c.400 BCE
He wanted all Jews killed.
Today is our day to really enjoy and revel.

Purim is today, our most happy occasion to remember and celebrate with hamentaschen, carnival, music, remembering that in about 400BCE we escaped a real Holocaust caused by Haman in Persia throughout the whole empire.  It  causes me to remember our real Holocaust in Europe from 1939 to 1945 when 6 million of us were slaughtered.  Now we have but 14 million left; 6 million in Israel, almost 6 million in the USA, and 2 million elsewhere in the world.

So lets take a look at the neighborhood that Persia once held:

6 New Hezbollah terror tunnels found crossing under homes in Lebanon
into Israel.  Terrorists have 150,000 rockets and missiles, looking towards
launching over 1,000 rockets per day into Israel.

LEBANON  It's being backed by the Persian-Iranian terrorists, HEZBOLLAH who are there acting for Iran with more than 150,000 rockets, many capable of striking any location in Israel.

Rockets from Gaza going into Israel
Israeli fields burning from Gazan fire-kites
All the while, the enemy's  children can be harmed-that helps parents to hate Jews more-we've seen them put their children in harm's way-- and so
Israeli medical crews are at the border assisting the injured.
Who does such things?  Israelis do.  Do you still think we're so bad?
Would you like to go through what an Israeli goes through during a day?

GAZA, Hamas terrorists in there ruling the people who voted them in on their own accord-or maybe with a Hamas gun pointed at them,  who actively rebuild their terror infrastructure and stockpiling the area with more advanced rockets and constructing new terror tunnels into Israel.  In 48 hours, Hamas fired over 500 rockets and mortars at Israel.  Over 200,000 Israelis spent days and nights in bomb shelters.  Thousands of fire kite and balloon bombs have also been floated across the border to harm Israel.

EGYPT with the Sinai Peninsula remaining lawless with militant Islamists growing in power, waging an insurgency against the Egyptian government and threatening attacks on Israel.  So it isn't Egypt but their terrorists that are being instigated against both countries.

JUDEA-SAMARIA, now called West Bank by Jordan who got it right away in 1948 during the war and didn't let it go until 1967 when Israel won a war of which all bets were on Jordan winning. This is one of the miracles I share with you.  That Israel won is a story full of miracles as to how enemy airplanes collided in the sky.  oh all sorts of amazing things happened.  One can easily believe that G-d had a hand in helping us.  Again the Palestinian leaders are inciting tensions and spurring a rise in their terrorist attacks on Israel, especially along the border.

Jordan rules over the Temple Mount-and they usually have their problems
from this area-Jews can't been seen moving their mouth in prayer,
but Christians are allowed.-Jordan law...nasty

JORDAN, Jordan's comments have been very nasty lately.  Though they have a pro-Western monarchy they face many challenges from their Islamic extremists and have lots of economic strains from the flood of Syrian refugees.  I wonder how much the UN helps feed them all.  It's quite a burden on Jordan, and so they get nasty with Israel, in keeping step with the UN.

SYRIA,  Their constant Syrian Civil War is entering a new phase.  Iran and its terrorist proxies are attempting to establish a new military front where they can use it to launch attacks against Israel.  Hezbollah test ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads.  They call for Israel's annihilation and America's downfall.  They've entrenched themselves in Syria now.

OLD PERSIA-OLD AND NEW IRAN-This larger country continues to foment chaos throughout the Middle East.  They incite civil strife and destruction in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen and Bahrain.  All the while they have been threatening and continue to threat Israel with its terrorist proxies who are as close as a homeless stranger who wandered into your back yard;  maybe even a camp site full like one sees in Seattle and Portland.  Only these just want to kill, not take drugs and sleep it off.  They want to kill and take the land.

Shabab fighters from Iran

IRAQ,  Here also are Iranian backed militias wielding enormous power and permit Iranian arms to freely transit into Syria.

Persia-Iran's Real Leadership-
Former Iranian President hating Israel

We've come around to the PERSIAN EMPIRE once again only with different actors playing the roles.  Can't you see they are trying to take over the whole Middle East once again?
