This has been THE Meeting.  The two men were waiting for it patiently with all their staff.  Netanyahu left very pleased.  Asked Monday on Air Force One about Netanyahu criticizing his decision to sell F-35 jets to Turkey, Trump said, “Nobody tells me what we should be selling and not.”“Nobody tells me what we should be selling,” Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One. “Turkey has been a tremendous ally for me.”

There is a new chapter in the saga that is Türkiye’s involvement with the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program. Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), which had been selected by prime contractor Lockheed Martin to be the second supplier for the aircraft’s center fuselage, alongside Northrop Grumman, is still in possession of F-35 Special Tooling and Special Test Equipment. This was disclosed in a request for information (RFI) posted by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) last autumn, seeking commercial shipping services for the repatriation of the equipment from TAI’s facility in Ankara to Northrop Grumman’s fuselage production facility in Palmdale, California for “storage and future use.”

Turkish-Israeli relations collapsed following the Hamas-led October 7, 2023, attack and the war in Gaza, and Israeli officials, including the prime minister, have lately spoken of Ankara as a regional adversary. Speaking to Fox News earlier this month, Netanyahu called Turkey “a regime infected by the Muslim Brotherhood, an extreme movement that hates America and chants ‘Death to America.’”

Asked if he and Netanyahu were on the same page when it comes to Iran, Trump said, “We have a little difference, but pretty close.”

Netanyahu said at the start of an Israeli Cabinet meeting Sunday that he and Trump would discuss the state of the Iran war, which shows no signs of reaching a resolution.

 Tzipi Hotovely, head of Israel’s National Public Diplomacy Directorate, added, “There was no American demand for a withdrawal, not from Lebanon, not from Syria and not from Gaza. The military achievements are being preserved.”

                                                   

                       IDF Bulldozer:   Hezbollah has begun using FPV drones against Israeli forces along the Lebanese border, prompting Israel to accelerate anti-drone systems, with Benjamin Netanyahu pledging “no budget constraints” to counter the growing threat.…

Last night, a Hezbollah drone struck an IDF bulldozer at the edge of the Israeli security zone in southern Lebanon.

An Iranian and also an Israeli citizen who served in both his mandatory and reserve military service in a classified IDF unit has been charged with contact with a foreign agent, who identified himself as an Iranian intelligence operative, and attempting to provide information for the benefit of the enemy. (The enemy would be the Ayatollah regime)

U.S. Citizen Arrest: A 20-year-old American living near Jerusalem was arrested for filming sensitive security locations for Iranian handlers. 

Local Israeli Cell: Seven Israeli residents from northern areas were uncovered after completing hundreds of tasks photographing strategic airbases like Nevatim and Ramat David. 

Investigation Findings: Security forces report that handlers used encrypted online channels and cryptocurrency to pay suspects for taking photos and gathering intelligence.

 According to a joint statement by the police, Defense Ministry and Shin Bet, the indictment was filed by the State Attorney’s Office Cyber Department.
