During the Gaza war, the United Kingdom government has supported Israel diplomatically, has shared Gaza surveillance information with Israel and has allowed arms sales to Israel's military.
It has also condemned some of Israel's actions, including its killing of Palestinian civilians and blockade of the Gaza Strip. That helped cause the Arabs of Gaza to be so filled with themselves that they attacked the Jews of Israel who they shared the border with and killed, slaughtered and mutilated their bodies in a maniacal frenzy on October 7, 2023. Why not? Didn't the whole world hate Israel because of the Palestinians?
Rishi Sunak served as Prime Minister-Conservative of the United Kingdom from October 25, 2022, to July 5, 2024, leading the Conservative Party after Liz Truss's resignation. As the first British Asian and Hindu PM, his 20-month tenure focused on economic stability, the war in Ukraine, and the Rwanda asylum plan. He resigned following a major general election defeat. He had a good background that has dissolved with pressure from others. Too bad he wasn't strong enough.
In October 2023, Hamas led a surprise attack on Israel that devolved into a war and a growing humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. Sunak pledged the UK's support for Israel and declared that Israel "has an absolute right to defend itself". Sunak backed calls for humanitarian pauses to allow for aid to be brought into Gaza, although he initially rejected calls for a full ceasefire as he argued that this would only benefit Hamas.
Israel used British-supplied weapons in the war. However, Sunak later condemned the high number of civilian casualties in Gaza and called for a "sustainable ceasefire" in which all Israeli hostages were returned to Israel, attacks against Israel ceased and humanitarian aid was allowed into Gaza. His government supported the two-state solution as a resolution to the conflict.
When the International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Ahmad Khan announced that he would seek to charge Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu with war crimes, Sunak criticised the move as "unhelpful" and accused Khan of drawing a moral equivalence between Israel and Hamas.
The UK had a Conservative government led by Rishi Sunak until July 2024, and has had a Labour government led by Keir Starmer since then. He was a lawyer, no military background.
Both governments have called for a ceasefire, a two-state solution, and provided humanitarian aid to Gaza. They were not military men, had no idea why the ceasefire hadn't been called or why Israel was against the two-state solution. By the way, Hamas has had many cease fires, always used to stock up on ammunition to attack Israel.
This attack in itself should tell any country with half a brain why having Palestinians on one's doorstep was not a good idea !! A people brain-washed with before birth to hate Jews to satisfy their parents political and religious goals of driving Jews (Israelis) out of the country Jews themselves had established in 1948, a land that had been the Jews ancient land as recorded in the Bible, and cheered on by both Jews and many Christians who read the Old Testament enough to know this, but not the English, I see, would understand. No; a 2 state solution works with Canada/USA (rather has been but now, don't know with Trump on a buying spree) or Mexico/USA, and again, immigration problems with our neighbor; but not the last people on earth to pair up with Israel, the Palestinians, who all have embibed in the drinking of Hamas somehow; the terrorists themselves or their propaganda.
There have also been many large anti-war protests throughout the UK. In September 2025, the UK formally recognised the State of Palestine.
Now, the English attack on Iranian immigrants living in England's London, shows their own true colors. Beating up this aged population, afflicting pain, blood, and near-death, I saw one man after a beating holding his heart. Ayatollah has England fearful.
USA's fleet sits in waters, waiting for orders. About 40,000 young civilians have been murdered by the Ayatollah regime, but the rest are celebrating and putting up the old flag with the lion in the middle and taking down the flag they have seen for past 40 some years. It's about over with freedom for the people, finally. One thing; an old man asked the policeman why them? You didn't beat up the Palestinians? Why these Iranians escaping the purge going on back in Iran?

He may not realize what I just found about England's politics that I showed above. England has a bad rep with me; how they treated the Jews when they held the 30 year mandate over them in Palestine; how the culture reacts towards Jews...anti-semitic. etc.
Reminder: Israel went in and helped the Iranians; they were there. Don't know if this was planned with Trump or not.
