Most of the world seems to be against any move Israel has made. Regardless of what has taken place, The ABRAHAM ACCORDS have brought the Middle East community together in a good start, but the Palestinians have been even more belligerent.Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the U.K., and others called for urgent action to end Israel's siege of Gaza.
- Australia has 25,700,000 population of which 813,392 are Muslims, making up 3.2% of their population.
- Belgium has 11,570,762 population of which 879,377 are Muslims, making up 7.6% of their population.
- Canada has 36,328,480 population of which 1,775,715 are Muslims, making up 4.9% of their population.
- France has 67,000,000 population of which 6,700,000 are Muslims, making up 10% of their population.
- Israel has 8,424,904 population of which 1,516,482 are Muslims, making up 18% of their population.
- Italy has 62,246,674 population of which 2,987,840 are Muslims, making up 4.8% of their population.
- Japan has 126,000,000 population of which 230,000 are Muslims, making up 0.02 of their population.
- Norway has 5,328,212 population of which 175,507 are Muslims, making up 3.2% of their population.
- Spain has 46,659,302 population of which 1,180,000 are Muslims, making up 2.6% of their population.
- Switzerland has 8,492,956 population of which 440,000 are Muslims, making up 5.9% of their population.
- United Kingdom has 66,040,229 population of which 3,998,875 are Muslims, making up 6.0% of their population.
- None of these countries have the high % of Muslims, which happens to be the religion of Hamas terrorism today. They should be having less problems. France, Belgium, Switzerland and the UK should be having the most problems not counting Israel.
- Israel has the highest; 18% population they have been dealing with made up of a high % of Hamas terrorists who rule Gaza.
- Surveys indicate varying levels of support for both Hamas and the Palestinian Authority (PA) among Israeli Arabs (who are predominantly Muslim).Regarding support for Hamas among Israeli Arabs:
- Some sources suggest a relatively low level of support, with one analysis citing 21% favorable views.
- However, a recent survey report indicated a rise in Hamas support among Israeli Arabs, jumping from 8% to 28% in a few months.
- Another poll published in June 2024 showed that only 14.7% of Arab Israelis believe Hamas should be in charge of governing the Gaza Strip after the war.
- They demanded that Israel restore large-scale access for the U.N. and international humanitarian aid groups, open border crossings into Gaza, and cease the use of lethal force against civilians seeking food.
- In a separate event, Britain, France and 23 other nations condemned Israel over what they called the "inhumane killing" of Palestinians, including hundreds near food distribution sites, and the "drip feeding of aid" to Palestinians in Gaza.
- French Jews unprotected with these killed while grocery-shopping on a Friday In the past few years, there's been a notable increase in French Jews immigrating to Israel, often referred to as "Aliyah". While the exact number fluctuates, it's been reported that thousands of French Jews have moved to Israel since 2015, with a significant surge following events like the November 2015 Paris attacks and the October 7th Hamas attack on Israel. In 2015, over 7,800 French citizens immigrated to Israel, and while numbers decreased in subsequent years, there's been a renewed spike in interest and applications for Aliyah.
Following the Hamas-led attack on Israel on 7 October 2023 and Israel's subsequent declaration of war on Hamas, Egypt and Jordan began coordinating a response to avert an escalation of the conflict.Attempts to reach a ceasefire were raised at the United Nations Security Council in October; Israel requested the resignation of United Nations secretary-general António Guterres after he referred to Israel's retaliation as unjustified collective punishment. After Israel's invasion of the Gaza Strip, Israeli prime minister Netanyahu rejected a ceasefire, equating a halt in fighting to a surrender to Hamas and terrorism.United States secretary of state Antony Blinken presented "humanitarian pauses" to countries in the region but stated a ceasefire would allow Hamas to initiate a second attack on Israel. An agreement was nearly reached, but forfeited after Israel's invasion of Gaza.
In a press conference in November, Netanyahu stated a ceasefire would necessitate a return of Israeli hostages taken during the attack. Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Egypt intensified efforts to reach a ceasefire; at the Joint Arab Islamic Extraordinary Summit, Iran and Saudi Arabia urged for a ceasefire. The Washington Post reported on 18 November that the U.S. was nearing an agreement to release hostages and halt fighting, drafted during discussions in Doha, Qatar. Qatar happens to be the center where Qaradawi, speader of hatred andanti-Semitism was happily allowed to live. On 22 November, Israel and Hamas exchanged hostages for prisoners and held a four-day ceasefire. President Biden was critical to restoring negotiations, according to The Wall Street Journal. Israel and Hamas extended the ceasefire for an additional two days and released additional hostages and detainees, but Israel resumed its offensive after Qatari mediators could not resolve differences in terms.
None of you have ever been in Israel's shoes. None of you have ever offered aid to Israel, though Israel has offered aid of all sorts to others. France, look how you handled the Dreyfuss case. England, you made promises; then broke them. Belgium has neighborhoods that even their police refuse to enter. Does Hamas rule there, too?
