Kings and Presidents of Israel Not Forgotten in These Days of Netanyahu's Struggles

     Jacob had 4 wives of which 2 were sisters (Leah and Rachel) and 2 were their handmaids, [Bilhah and Zilpah].  Joseph and Benjamin's mother was Rachel.  Bilhah had Dan and Naphtali.  Zilpah had Gad and Asher and the other 6 were by Leah, his 1st to take as wife. 

We came from these 12 brothers whose history go back over 3,500 years ago.  They turned into 12 tribes and from that, 12 clans, and what is a clan?  A clan is an extended family. Your clan might include your parents and siblings, but also your cousins and second cousins, aunts and uncles, and grandparents. Families that are related to each other, whether through marriage or as distant cousins, are members of the same clan.

From that they all turned into The Kingdom of Israel.  Israel as a country was first reigned over by King Saul, then David, his son Solomon, then from the tribe of Ephraim, Jeroboam (930-910 BCE) who was Solomon's superintendent of labor working on the Temple who took over after Solomon's death.

 A civil war broke out that gave  the reigns to Judah,  to Solomon's son Rehoboam (933-917 BCE) The other tribal members had been taken away by Assyrian invaders.    19 other kings followed to the last one, Zedekiah (597-586 BCE), 21 yr old son of Josiah who was made king by the invader, Nebuchadnezzar who had a hold on him, and he was imprisoned, tortured by being forced to watch his sons being killed before him and then having his eyes put out; dying in prison in Babylon.  Again in history, the Jews were taken to Babylon, returning about 80 years later to Jerusalem. 

 It had been  Cyrus  II, the king of Persia (d. 529 BCE), to allow the Jews to return to Jerusalem (538 BCE)  to rebuild the Temple. Ezra 1–6 gives an account of the first group of Jews who returned to Jerusalem and began reconstructing the temple. 

    Esther, hiding her Jewishness, speaking to her husband, King Ahasuerus.  Cyrus was said to be son of Esther, Queen and wife of King Ahasuerus (Hebrew name for Cyrus) who had overtaken the Babylonians. For doing this, the Jews thought him a Divine agent. In Ezra 4:6 Ahasuerus is mentioned as a king of Persia, to whom the enemies of the Jews sent representations opposing the rebuilding of the Temple of Jerusalem. He thus occupies a place in a chronological series of those Persian rulers who were directly concerned with events of Jewish history.

That brings us to May 14, 1948 when Israel was reborn, and instead of kings, presidents and prime ministers took the reign, especially prime ministers.                        

Benjamin Netanyahu is in his 3rd time role of prime minister, chosen for many reasons by the people in an election.  Israel has been democratic since its inception in 48.  Netanyahu has lived in the USA, speaks English better than many Americans, and is extremely fluent  in how he speaks.  He was born in Israel, comes from brilliant parents highly involved in Zionism, a veteran of war serving the toughest unit of the IDF, and mourns his brother who died in the Entebbe defense of Jews in a foreign country.  

Israel today has about 9 million people with a little more than 6 million being Jews.  These Jews come from the 12 brothers who have been scattered all over the world, and have been returning lately.  Though they share the same religion of Judaism, they have their own formats from many countries, picking up many other ways of dealing with politics.  Many are descendants of the Holocaust, as Netanyahu is.

 Many have I.Q.s higher than the normal known of 100; reaching into much higher numbers, though none have also reached 180 IQ owned by Albert Einstein, Jewish, who was offered the presidency and turned it down.  One in history of the same brilliance was Da Vinci, famed painter and theorist, is estimated to have had IQ scores ranging from 180 to 220, according to parade.com Aug 22.   The tradition of Jews for hundreds of years is that of education.  They are told by parents to be the best that they can.  The people are known for their imagination, to persevere. 

Jews of today are most interested in their backgrounds, with losingmuch of their information because of the holocaust, so have taken tohaving their DNA tested.  They find they are related to many other Jews, and even can find out their Y haplogroup line of males).  There is the Cohen group shown as J1.

Being the population is so diverse and so intelligent, book reading at a high pace, higher than most countries. It's a difficult challenge to be the prime minister and please all the people.  This 3rd time around is different because those who oppose him have used techniques only brilliant people can imagine, hitting him with attacks taking him to court.  It's also hard  to believe that Netanyahu would slip and forget the rules in his position, too.  He's only 73 years old and certainly as intelligent as usual, no Alzheimer's here. At first he was in trouble for accepting a box of cigars.  Then more was piled on.  He's still involved in getting this cleared up in court. 

The government of Israel is like England, not the USA.  In order to create a government, coalitions with political groups must be made, and all these are counted to have enough for a government.  This time around, those groups happen to be religious groups, Jews who expect more understanding to the Jewish cities  that are found in Judea and Samaria today, where Jewish history took place in Eretz Yisrael.                              

This land was Eretz Yisrael in the beginning  and it was Joshua of the tribe of Ephraim and 2nd in command to Moses, who was the conductor of the new country, placing the tribes on the land that is today's Judea and Samaria. Today's Jews see the land being part of their family, quite different from living in some spot in Africa, and idea actually given to the earlier Jews by others.  They know their ancestors' bones lie in this ground, and it is precious to them.  No one else on earth is under this pressure of knowing so much about their heritage and feel they must fight for it.  The American native Americans (formerly called Indians)  comes to mind, but even they are not under the auspices of biblical heritage that has changed the world.  They were under the state of being clans;  not an empire like Israel was for a time.  No, the Jews of Israel defending their right to live in Judah and Samaria bear a psychological state unique to all others.  And that's who Netanyahu finds he is the Prime Minister of this time around as much as those that live in Israel proper.

The latest, the Jenin raid on January 26, 2023,  to find the perpetrators of recent attacks, has the world's tongues wagging, especially Wion's News.  It was more than a strong reaction against all the attacks Israel has taken from the Palestinians.  It has happened during the religious being in power.  Ten Palestinians have been killed during an Israeli military raid in the occupied West Bank - the deadliest in years - Palestinian officials say.  A woman aged 61 was reported among the dead in the flashpoint town of Jenin.  The Israeli military said its troops went in to arrest Islamic Jihad "terror operatives" planning "major attacks". The Palestinian presidency accused Israel of a "massacre" and later announced it had ended co-ordination with Israel on security matters.

This would only have happened when the Israelis went into arrest certain people for earlier attacks was for the IDF to be attacked and in defense, wound up in a war in Jenin.  Jenin has been a hotbed of violence for some time.  Are Israelis supposed to give up and let Jenin produce enemies to attack and kill their people like Belgium has done?  Belgium police have been afraid to enter their Arab quarter and just don't.  

The stated purpose of the incursion was to detain Islamic Jihad militants that Israel claimed had been involved previously in planning and carrying out shooting attacks on Israeli targets. In addition it was alleged that the group was planning further attacks.

Evidently the result was a complete destruction like a war zone. But why didAn entrance with arrest as the result turned into this?  

Israel's Mossad are known to be excellent.  

They get the information from excellent sources and know they have to becorrect because of the static it would bring otherwise.  

It has been known that the Palestinians only respect power, and now they're using that as a force against Israel by complaining about it. 

I'll say it again.  Palestinians are known to waste lives of their own people to make a point against Israelis. They've done it again in Jenin on the 26th of January.  The IDF has not changed their value system just because Netanyahu's government is made up of more Orthodox people.  That's being Anti-Religious.  If anything, I'd expect them to follow the laws of Israel even better than before, especially in the realm of taking lives.  L'Chaim!! To Life has been our motto for almost 4,000 years.
