Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed Al‑Thani declared Sunday that Qatar will not fund reconstruction of Gaza, saying: “We will not rebuild what Israel destroyed.” He said, “When we say Israel must rebuild they tell us ‘you as a region share the responsibility.’ We will not abandon the Palestinians, but we will not sign the checks to rebuild what someone else destroyed.” He also denied that Qatar funds Hamas.

   United States Government: The U.S. State Department has stated that "Hamas has received funding, weapons, and training from Iran and raises funds in Persian Gulf countries". While the U.S. has designated Qatar as a major non-NATO ally, some members of Congress have also put pressure on the Biden administration to address Qatari support for the group.  

• Yossi Cohen (Former Mossad Chief): He stated after his retirement in 2021 that the Qatari money to the Gaza Strip had gotten "out of control". Cohen and Nadav Argaman said "A Shin Bet report also reportedly stated that "the influx of Qatari funds... was one of the main reasons for the strengthening of Hamas" that allowed the October 7 attack. 
• Eli Cohen (Former Israeli Foreign Minister): In October 2023, Cohen explicitly stated at a high-level UN meeting, "Qatar, which finance and harbor of Hamas' leaders, could influence and enable the immediate and unconditional release of all, of all hostages held by the terrorists".                              
  
  
  
• A  group, which includes five former heads of the Shin Bet, three former heads of the Mossad and three former IDF Chiefs of Staff, as well as four previous heads of military intelligence, have been described as jointly having “more than a thousand years’ experience in national security and diplomacy” on Israel’s behalf. were against the Trump Peace Plan,  calling for an end to the war in Gaza and a deal to return all the hostages, with one former Mossad chief warning that the country is “on the precipice of defeat.”
• Benjamin Netanyahu (Israeli Prime Minister): While his government historically approved the transfer of Qatari funds to Gaza to prevent a humanitarian crisis and as a strategy to create a "divide and conquer" situation between Hamas and the Palestinian Authority, Netanyahu has, since the October 7, 2023 attack, publicly accused Qatar of financing Hamas. He has justified Israeli strikes on Hamas leaders in Qatar by saying the country provides them with a "safe haven". No one wants to lose the help of the USA; being unable to do so and just depend on G-d as our ancestors did. Trump wants a lot without understanding what he is asking for;  is the general consensus, I believe.

• (In my own research I have been writing about Qatar and how they have helped Qawadari, the greet Muslim Minister broadcast all over to the Muslim countries about killing Jews, Israel, etc. "Qawadari" in Qatar refers primarily to the influential, Egyptian-born Islamic scholar Yusuf al-Qaradawi (or Qaradawi), a prominent, Qatar-based cleric known for his Sharia (Islamic law) interpretations, TV shows (like on Al-Jazeera), leadership in the International Union of Muslim Scholars, and association with the Muslim Brotherhood; he died in Qatar in 2022, leaving a legacy of both moderate and controversial views on Islam, politics, and social issues, and was a significant figure during the Arab Spring, per.  So they have aided and abetted those against Israel's existence.   Read 9/12/25 ALL YOU WANT TO KNOW Why CHINA AND QATER  Voted Against Israel.  )

Meanwhile, Hamas has reasserted its control over their part of Gaza, with armed terrorists patrolling the streets and arresting and executing rivals. Hamas is estimated to have 20,000 terrorist soldiers and has replaced commanders killed during the war. Around half of their tunnel network is still in tact and they still possess significant amounts of automatic rifles, RPG launchers and mortars. However, local clans and armed groups are fighting Hamas.

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir said on Sunday, December 7, 2025, during a tour of areas in northern Gaza, that the 'Yellow Line' that divides the Gaza Strip into territory controlled by Hamas and territory controlled by Israel "is a new border line, serving as a forward defensive line for our communities and a line of operational activity." He added, "We will not allow Hamas to reestablish itself. We are operating to thwart and remove threats in all arenas. We will not tolerate threats against our troops, and we will respond to any attempt. We have freedom of operation - both here in the Southern Command and across all arenas."

The second phase of the 20 point Trump plan calls for the disarmament of Hamas, which doesn't seem very likely, at least for now. Turkey and Qatar are reportedly working on ways to allow Hamas to maintain their influence in Gaza by allowing them to either give up their weapons to the Palestinian Authority or to store them in a secure area in Gaza. Israeli officials believe that this issue will be the main topic of discussion when Prime Minister Netanyahu meets with President Trump in Maro Lago between December 28 and January.  If Trump still owns Maro Lago by then since he owes a lot of money according to certain judges in USA.   What's secure about storing weapons of an enemy in Gaza?  Then again, what's secure by turning over weapons to the PA?  How about another country we can trust?  Not Turkey.  Upon thinking, maybe the best plan would be to destroy all they weapons.

Conditions To End War in Gaza

In response to a Hamas statement that it is ready to agree to a proposal that would include a partial hostage release:

 The Prime Minister's Office said: “Unfortunately, this is more spin by Hamas that has nothing new. 

The war could end immediately on the conditions set by the Israeli Security Cabinet:  The State Security Cabinet (SSC;  is an "Inner Cabinet" within the Israeli Cabinet, headed by the Prime Minister of Israel, with the purpose of outlining a foreign and defense policy and implementing it. This smaller forum of cabinet members is designated to coordinate diplomatic negotiations, and in times of crisis, especially war, it is designed to make quick and effective decisions.             

1.  release of all hostages, 

2. Hamas’ disarmament, 

3. demilitarization of the Gaza Strip, 

4. continued Israeli security control in Gaza,  

5. establishment of an alternative civilian administration that does not incite terror or threaten Israel. 

Only these conditions will prevent Hamas from rearming and repeating the October 7 massacre again and again, as it promises.”

 Earlier yesterday, President Trump posted: “Tell Hamas to IMMEDIATELY give back all 20 hostages (not 2 or 5 or 7!), and things will change rapidly. IT WILL END!" 

IDF forces are continue to prepare for a complete takeover of Gaza City. Meanwhile, military operations in the area are ongoing.

Ayatollah Khamenei Asks For Our Jewish Origins? How About His?

On Saturday, the Ayatollah Khamenei called for arming Judea and Samarian Arabs against Israel.  He did this through Twitter.  Could this be from coming to an agreement about the uranium use in Iran?  Now he feels free to clamp down on the Jews once again this way?  

He also calls for a  referendum in which “all the original people of Palestine including Muslims, Christians and Jews” could vote, but from which “Jewish immigrants” would be excluded. They would vote on whether or not the Jews could remain in the country.   Of course he wants to eliminate Israel-get rid of all Jews.   Perhaps he should review the history of this part of the world with this map.

Iranians are not Arabs.  They speak Farsi.   They are not claiming any connection to Abraham.  Is the Ayatollah Khamenei trying to revive the Achaemenid Empire?  Persians were made up of the Medes, Parthians, Bactrians, Scythians. and the Avesta (Arya) people, which is where the name "Iran" comes from.    They also interpret the leader of Islam from a different part of Mohammad's ancestry than the Sunnis do.  Shi'a is contrary to the Sunni way of Islam if in just saying who they listen to.  It's caused reason to fight each other.

We survived a planned Holocaust coming from Persia's underling to the throne, Haman.  The tables were turned on him and he and all his sons were hung by the king for such a plot to kill all Jews.  We will survive again.  I'm beginning to think that the Ayatollah must be related to Haman who was an Agagite, descended from Agag, king of Amalek.  Since Khamenei has called for a check on our Jewish origins, he has opened the door for me to call upon his.  What are Sayyid  Ali Khamenei's origins?  His parents were  Seyyed Javad Khamenei and Khadijeh Mirdamadi.  He was born in 1939 in Mashad, Khorasan Province, Iran.  A DNA test would tell us about his haplotype and where that comes from originally.  Jews lived for a long time in Persia also, and this is where Queen Esther, who saved the Jews from a holocaust of all being slaughtered, lived with King Ahasueros.  It would be shocking if the Ayatollah had some Jewish genes!

The Amaleks were an ancient people mentioned several times in the Bible (Torah).  They had a habit of being always hostile to Israel.  They were a nomadic people wandering between southern Eretz Yisrael and Canaan.  They attacked the Israelites in the desert near Rephidim shortly after the exodus and killed the weak and weary.  Finally they were defeated by the Israelite army under Joshua (Exod. 7; 8-13;  Deut. 25:  17-19).  So Israel has regarded the Amaleks as an eternal foe, the extermination of which was a national mission.  King Saul tried to do it but failed.  During the period of Judges of the 12th and 11th centuries BCE, Amaleks penetrated western Eretz Israel  at various points and their presence was a standing threat to the peace of the country.  In King David's time, Amalek invaded southern Judea and burned down the town of Ziklag.  David fought and defeated them heavily, but 400 escaped.
                                                                        

The tribe of Simeon overwhelmed the Amalekites and settled in their territory.  The name remained in rabbinic literature as a symbol of everlasting enmity to Israel, and Haman, the Agagite, is regarded as a descendant of Agag, their king.  Evidently, perhaps all the Arabs calling themselves Palestinian Arabs and Khamenei both are descendants.  Such constant hostility to Jews!

                                                                       

Iran gives money to terrorists already to attack Israel.  It's at a time when his own people are not doing very well with their internal financial situations.  Khamenei wants to have his cake and eat it, too, so he no doubt came up with a plan that will again put coffers in his treasury chest by lifting the ban on selling or buying from Iran as well as being able to slyly get around the ban of uranium development for his A bomb.
                                                                   

Last night I watched a CNN travelogue starring Anthony Bourdain who traveled to Iran..  The people were nice. I saw that they served him food of ground lamb mixed with a yogurt.  Very interesting; something we Jews find not kosher.  This type of meat preparation is done in Egypt, too.   It's too bad that their leader is so intent on destroying Israel.  It's a two-faced society of kindness but hatred from their religious and political  leader,  leading to destruction of  Israel, he hopes.
