Europeans Ignoring Oslo Accords of Areas A, B, C in Judea/Samaria

 Nadene Goldfoot

France, Germany, Britain and Italy issued a joint condemnation Thursday evening following a tender published by Israel's Housing Ministry for the construction of 1,234 housing units in the E1 area between Jerusalem and Ma'ale Adumim.

E1 Area:  is a strategic 12-square-kilometer stretch of Area C land .  This is land for Israel only to live in ever since the Oslo Accords.

This area is divided between Area A – under full Palestinian Authority administrative and security control,

Area B – under Palestinian Authority administrative control and joint Israeli and Palestinian security control, and

Area C – under Israeli administrative and security control. The whole area is bisected by borders, security fences, bypass roads, and checkpoints.

The Land of Judea is an area with a fascinating history. The home of the biblical forefathers; Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the area of the Davidic and Solomonic kingdom of Judah, the homeland of the prophets Amos and Jeremiah, the birthplace of Jesus, the land of the Edomites who joined the Jewish Hasmonean Kingdom. King Herod built his royal estate in the area as well as a system of aqueducts that supplied water to Jerusalem. Bar Kokhba, together with Rabbi Akiva, led the second Jewish rebellion against Rome from this area. After the destruction of the Jewish villages in the Land of Judea, following the revolt, in the fourth century CE the Byzantine Desert Fathers built monasteries and churches for the thousands of hermits that settled in the Desert of the Holy City – i.e. the Judean Desert.
In parts of it, Areas A, Israelis are not permitted to enter without permission from the Civil Administration of the Israel Ministry of Defense. Other areas, deep in the Judean Desert, can only be reached by off-road vehicles. Nevertheless, for people living in Israel and visitors from abroad, the Land of Judea is a region where a deeper insight of this land, from the past to the present, can be gained – notwithstanding the political opinion of the reader.

So E1 lies between Jerusalem and Ma'aleh Adumim. It is about  (4.6 square miles, or roughly 4.5 square miles)  Well, first, we Jews are calling area C  by it's original name of Judea-Samaria.

Part of the European's  statement said, "The E1 settlement will undermine the prospect of the two-state solution by driving a wedge through the West Bank and harming the territorial contiguity of the Palestinian Territories.  Ladies and Gentlemen, you do not realize it, but the Arabs called Palestinians are not ready for nationhood and probably will not be ready until 100 years passes by.  They have not fulfilled the requirements for nationhood in the first place, and after October 7, how any nation dare expect Israel to want them to be the neighbors whose only goal is to destroy Israel.  Do the Europeans think that the Israelis are crazy?

Legal Criteria for Statehood
  • Permanent population living stably within the region.
  • Defined territory with recognizable geographic borders.
  • Functioning government capable of maintaining internal order.
  • Diplomatic capacity to interact with other global powers.
  • Explore the formal legal framework in the Montevideo Convention.
  • Review the academic breakdown of state criteria via London School of Economics.
  • Read about cultural definitions on Britannica.

International law is not clear that Israeli settlements in the West Bank are illegal." Would you like to have a debate with our international lawyer experts on the subject?  I'm sure that would he a thriller to watch on TV.

A European diplomat said: "Israel explicitly promised its friends on the continent that there would be no progress on construction in E1.

If true, they had to be from the opposing party, include Gadi Eisenkot's surging Yashar Party, alongside opposition factions like Yair Lapid's Yesh Atid and Naftali Bennett's circles.  It used to be the Labor party.   They continue:   This therefore crosses a red line and is a very bad development."

According to the diplomat, European countries are now discussing whether to take measures against Israel even before the election. He estimated that Finance Minister Smotrich was behind the move and that "he is doing it for political reasons." He also warned that, from the perspective of European countries, advancing construction in E1 could justify a significant shift in policy toward Israel.

Yes, actual housing construction has moved forward from the planning phase. Israel’s housing ministry issued active tenders for the first batch of over 1,200 housing units in the strategic E1 corridor, shifting the long-delayed project into the implementation stage.

Whoever reads the Bible these days?  If you did, you would be reading about Judea and Samaria and the Jewish kings who lived there with their subjects.  Jews are the indigenous people of Judea-Samaria, from being Judah to Jew;  that's who we are.  Indigenous peoples are the original inhabitants of a specific region, maintaining a deep cultural, spiritual, and generational connection to their ancestral lands long before the arrival of outside colonizers or modern states.

Will Netanyahu of Israel cede the West Bank (Judea Samaria) ?

 Nadene Goldfoot

Israel’s Netanyahu calls occupied West Bank ‘part of our homeland’ which part of the others call it, but it shouldn't be addressed as such.  Israel was awarded  part C of Judea Samaria, the original name of the West Bank, through the Oslo II Accords, along with part of A, so it isn't OCCUPIED BY ISRAEL.

Occupying?  People!  It was the Israelite's (Jewish people) land for 4,000 years!  They were told to live in Canaan by G-d!  Read the Bible.  Moses led them there out of Egypt!  Joshua finished the job.  They were conquerers of the Canaanites, yes, but then became the Indigenous peoples or native peoples, lasting for 4,000 years.

Trump, USA President in his 2nd term,  says he 'will not allow' Netanyahu to  annex West Bank.  At the UN on Tuesday, Trump met the leaders of key Arab and Muslim nations, who warned him of consequences if Israel moved ahead with annexation.

"I think the president of the US understands very well the risks and dangers

of annexation in the West Bank," Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Prince Faisal

bin Farhan told reporters afterwards.  Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin

Farhan is a senior member of the Saudi royal family and currently serves as

the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs.

He is not related to Emir Faisal bin Hussein, the son of Sharif Hussein, who met with Chaim Weizmann in Paris in 1919. The two Faisals are from different branches of the larger Al Saud family, with the former being a descendant of the current ruling family of Saudi Arabia, and the latter being the leader of the Hashemite dynasty.  The Saudis have been the religiousleader of all the Muslim majority countries.  They have never allowed any Jew to step into their country.  They have so far refuse entrance to the

Abraham Accords.  So the threat comes from Arabia and the UAE leaving the

Abraham Accords, sort of fair-weather friends.

On Wednesday morning, Israel closed the only crossing between the Israeli-occupied West Bank and neighbouring Jordan, preventing more than two

million Palestinians from accessing the outside world.

As of today, Sunday, September 28, 2025, the King Hussein Bridge

(Allenby) crossing between the occupied West Bank and Jordan has reopened for passenger

traffic, though with temporary closures occurring intermittently. The recent closures and subsequent reopenings were in response to a deadly attack

and heightened political tensions. Cargo crossing was also suspended but

the EU has urged Israel to allow cargo traffic again. The other two

crossings, the Jordan River (Sheikh Hussein) and Yitzhak Rabin (Wadi

Araba) terminals, have maintained their regular operating hours.

The closure came days after two Israeli military personnel were shot dead

near the crossing by a Jordanian gunman who was killed at the scene.

Netanyahu in Jordan Valley talksWill Netanyahu decide that since Israel is already fighting on 7 fronts, one

more can't change things much and disregard threatening the work done to

create the Abraham Accords?  Does he see an open window to establish

Israel upon their own ancient lands again, which should have happened in

1920 with the Paris Conference, and not cutting up the land piecemeal give

Arabia land that had no meaning to them except a land?

Americans had landed on their land only 405 years ago.  The Mayflower arrived in America in November 1620, first making landfall at Cape Cod on November 9, 1620, and then moving on to establish Plymouth. The ship, carrying 102 passengers and a crew, set sail from Plymouth, England, on September 6, 1620, and its 66-day journey across the Atlantic culminated in this historic arrival. The government didn't get going until 1776,  156 years after landing,  may have realized that no other country has experienced owning land for

4,000 years and then losing it to conquerers.  This land has the origin, the

religious, and blood and sweat and creativity of his ancestors.  Must he act

now or later?  This is Netanyahu's curse for the moment.

Why Trump Promises About Not Annexing West Bank

 Nadene Goldfoot

September 16, 2025 with reporters on another subject
Trump promising Arab, and other Muslim leaders on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, a week later, he's saying that he won't let Israel annex the West Bank. He was talking the UAE leader ;about the Abraham Accords.  They will pull out if Netanyahu annexes the West Bank.  They should be talking about it on Monday.  What a day that should be.

President Trump told reporters yesterday, “I will not allow Israel to annex the West Bank. I will not allow it. It’s not going to happen. Whether I spoke with Bibi or not — and I did — I will not allow Israel to annex the West Bank. The president’s pledge came in a closed-door meeting at the UN. 6 people heard this and  two of those people said that Trump was firm on the topic and that the president promised that Israel would not be allowed to absorb the West Bank, which is governed by the Palestinian Authority (PA), not Hamas.

Special envoy for peace missions Steve Witkoff provided some details on the proposal on Wednesday. “We presented what we call the Trump 21-point-plan for peace in the Mideast in Gaza,” he said at the Concordia summit in New York. “I think it addresses Israeli concerns and as well, the concerns of all the neighbors in the in the region.” Witkoff did not mention any comments about the West Bank.Trump's PEACE PLAN is another subject.

Judea and Samaria (so-called West Bank) are under the Oslo Accords and  it is already divided into A, B, and C areas;

The Oslo Accords, signed in the early 1990s, divided the West Bank into three administrative zones: Area A (18%), under full Palestinian control; Area B (22%), under shared Palestinian civil control and Israeli security control; and Area C (60%), under full Israeli civil and security control, encompassing all Israeli settlements. The goal was a temporary arrangement for eventual negotiations toward a final peace agreement, but the process stalled, leaving these divisions in place and hindering Palestinian self-governance.  That was in 1995;  30 years ago and the Palestinians have broken the law by building in the other areas and refusing to work with Israel for a final peace agreement.

Jonathan Conricus has consistently expressed views that areskeptical of a Palestinian state and critical of terrorism from the West Bank. While not a professor, the Swedish-Israeli media commentator and retired Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Lieutenant Colonel is a senior fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD), a conservative US-based think
tank. He was also the IDF's international spokesperson in 2023.

Oslo II 1995 intended for the divisions to be temporary, with full jurisdiction of all three areas gradually transferred to the Palestinian Authority over time. Instead, the divisions persist, with Area A administered by the Palestinian Authority, Area C by Israel, and Area B under joint control.

What caused Trump's comment was :  JERUSALEM, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu signed an agreement on Thursday to push ahead with a controversial settlement expansion plan that would cut across land that the Palestinians seek for a state.
"There will never be a Palestinian state. This place is ours," Netanyahu said during a visit to the Maale Adumim settlement in the West Bank where thousands of new housing units would be added.

"That’s enough. It’s time to stop now.” Trump made the statement just minutes after updating that he had spoken with Netanyahu.

He also said he had met in New York with his son-in-law Jared Kushner and special envoy Steve Witkoff.

Netanyahu will be addressing the UN General Assembly today at 9:00am EST. To watch it live, click here.
