Hamas Terrorists Sign On with Islamic Jihad To Terrorize to Obliterate Israel

He is regarded as "the military commander of the West Bank." And as being "a capable, charismatic, suspicious, and shrewd operator, with excellent connections.

Hamas doesn't need lessons to terrorize Israel.  They've been doing it; by shelling Israel daily with rockets, setting fires to forests and fields with flying fire on kites, digging tunnels to bring in weapons and to kidnap civilians and IDF.  Now they're teaming up with  another terror group.

Hamas and Islamic Jihad have signed an agreement to increase terror attacks against Israel and to coordinate their military wings. The agreement was reached in meetings between the leaders of both terror groups in Lebanon and in Gaza. The deal is seen by Palestinian political analysts as a new challenge for the Palestinian Authority (PA), whose security forces continue to carry out a massive crackdown on Hamas and Islamic Jihad members in the West Bank.

This is bad news for Israel, as there are times when the PA does happen to be in agreement with Israel.  Abbas is losing power, however, being their leader for so long, and Hamas is trying to take over.

Hamas (Islamic Resistance Movement) is a terrorist group and work in the West Bank and Gaza.  They were even elected to run Gaza.  They are the Muslim Brotherhood Islamist and opposes PLO.  Their motto is "Israel will exist until Islam will obliterate it."  There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad, which is Holy War.  That's in their charter.  

What have they been responsible for?  Shootings, bombings, rocket attacks, suicide missions, with 773 terrorist attacks in just from 2003 to  2004.  They performed 41 suicide bombings from 1993 to 2000.  Then from 2000 to 2005 they added on 58 suicide bombings.  377 Israelis were killed and 2,076 injured by Hamas from 2000 to 2005. They are the major player in the terrorist war against Israel.  They perpetrated 40% of suicide bombings.                       

 Hamas  dominates Gaza.  They have shifted their strategic emphasis to rocket and mortar attacks. Hamas is closely tied to Syria, Iran and Lebanon.  Groups like Saudi Arabia, the Gulf States, Western Europe, and Hezbollah have funded them to keep them going against Israel.  

The USA State Department has listed them as a terrorist organization.  This is ironic because the US is pushing for a creation of a Palestinian State alongside Israel, the object of their very terrorism.  How duplicitous can you get?                                                

Mahmoud Abbas,, AKA Abu Mazen: b: November 15, 1935 in Safed, Israel, where I lived for 4 years;  took his position in January 2005 as President of Palestine, which really doesn't exist. What will a Palestine consist of?  Right now Abbas rules as the Palestine Authority over the West Bank.  Gaza is run by Hamas terrorists. 

In their plans of a Palestine, they've even cut Jerusalem into their section of East Jerusalem.  This is not to happen.  Israel will not allow Jerusalem to be divided.  As one can see, their are many things to discuss that are not ever going to leave the table.  It's like expecting apples to turn into oranges.  All along, the PA and Hamas cannot agree on ruling Palestine.  How does the world expect the two of them to agree to anything with Israel when their goal is to  destroy the Jewish state?  

The Palestinians have a reputation of disagreeableness. They almost destroyed Jordan and that's a Muslim State.  Black September is still in the minds of Jordanians.  Black September (Arabic: أيلول الأسود; Aylūl Al-Aswad), also known as the Jordanian Civil War, was a conflict fought in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan between the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF), under the leadership of King Hussein, and the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO), under the leadership of Yasser Arafat.  That was solved when the King of Jordan married a Palestinian girl, the present Queen.  

Even in 2020, people were complaining about Abbas being in power for so long.  "The upcoming Palestinian elections will be meaningless as long as PA President Mahmoud Abbas and his top aides remain in power, according to a former Palestinian Authority security commander".Fahmi Shabaneh said he did not rule out the possibility that Abbas and his ruling Fatah faction would lose the presidential and parliamentary elections, if and when they take place, provided that the vote is free and fair.                   

Hamas  wrested control of Gaza from forces loyal to Palestinian Abbas during a bloody conflict in 2007.  Remember, Obama made a point of calling for elections for Gaza.  Gazans, never experiencing democracy,  weren't ready to make wise choices without being coerced. The Israelis had just moved out and left it as land they could take over and live in.  The Israeli disengagement from Gaza (Hebrew: תוכנית ההתנתקות, Tokhnit HaHitnatkut) was the unilateral dismantling in 2005 of the 21 Israeli settlements in the Gaza Strip and the evacuation of Israeli settlers and army from inside the Gaza Strip. 

Abbas was elected on 9 January 2005 to serve as President of the Palestinian National Authority until 15 January 2009, but extended his term until the next election in 2010, citing the PLO constitution, and on 16 December 2009 was voted into office indefinitely by the PLO Central Council. As a result, Fatah's main rival, Hamas, initially announced that it would not recognize the extension or view Abbas as the rightful president.

Islamic Jihad must be the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) that was formed in 1979 in the West Bank (Judea and Samaria) and Gaza, sponsored by Iran and Syria.  Their ideology is of radical Islamists and nationalists who are committed to the creation of an Islamic Palestinian state and the destruction of Israel through holy war.  

What have been their operations?  Shootings, bombings, rocket attacks and suicide bombings.  They had 1,000 terrorist attacks from 2000 to 2004.  This is 2022.  Probably thousands more since then.  They were in the Jenin battle.  In 2002,a their hub was in Jenin, the Palestinian terrorist "suicide capital." They were responsible for 59 suicide bombers who failed and were arrested in 2005.  

 It had been a small group but has been increasing as a major player.  The group recruits followers in mosques and universities.  They are opposed to lulls in the terrorist operations, such as the one negotiated for in February 2005 to January 1, 2006.  They lack patience.

Was German Co-Pilot Andrea Gunter Lubitz Committing Jihad?

On March 24, announced today,  a 27-28 year old German co-pilot,  Andreas Gunter Lubitz, was alone in the pilot's cabin when his Germanwings Airbus A320 plowed into the French Alps while the locked-out pilot was banging on the locked door.  All 150 persons were killed and the plane was minced into little teeny pieces.  The black box voice recorder from the plane was found and it was discovered that he had locked the pilot out of the cabin. "FlightRadar24, an online air tracking service that uses satellite data, said it had found evidence the autopilot was abruptly switched from cruising height to maintain an altitude of just 100 feet, the lowest possible setting."
                                                                             

Of the 150, one  Israeli,  Eyal Baum,  39 years old  from Hod Hasharon was on board the plane.   That was reported on CNN and Haaretz.

"A delegation from the ultra-Orthodox Jewish movement Chabad is traveling to the crash site to help with the recovery 

efforts, Rabbi Eliyahu Attia told Army Radio.  Baum  was co-founder of Bites, "Bites is a participation platform that allows anyone to discover the opinions and wisdom of the crowd by creating engaging polls and trivia questions."

 It appears that Andreas did this on purpose, so it was a mass murder.  There was nothing reported so far to tell why on TV news.
                                                                           

Pamela Geller found this on facebook about him.  Germanwings co-pilot Andreas Lubitz praised on Facebook: " Our holy martyr Lubitz died for our prophet."  Yet the White House was Johnny on the spot to announce to all that this was not a terrorist act before there were 5 minutes into checking on it. When I went into facebook and on his page, it was not there.

Andreas grew up in Montabaur, Germany.  He trained in Bremen, Germany at the Lufthansa Flight Training School in 2008, and in Arizona, USA. "Andreas Lubitz, 27, was a German citizen and started working for Germanwings' parent companyLufthansa at a flight training center outside of Phoenix in 2008, company officials said.

The facility, called Airline Training Center Arizona, was owned by Lufthansa and is used by its pilots in addition to other training locations in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, officials said."  Maybe this was when he went to San Francisco and had his picture taken by the Golden Gate.  

 Breman is the home of  Masjidu-1-Furqan Mosque which was raided  by the police in December, 2014.  That was only 3 months and 20 days ago.  It was raided because it was more of a Salafist mosque, and the Germans accused them of promoting ISIS values and encouraging young Muslims in the city to travel to Syria and Iraq and join the ranks of the group along with Al-Nusra Front.

Now, the thought is that since no one seemed to know of Andreas's religion or if he had any, and it could have been Catholic being Germany has long been a Catholic country, somehow during his training stint in Breman, Andreas might have come in contact with friendly Muslims and had converted.   So far the mosque had been successful in inspiring 8 men, 7 women and 11 juveniles to travel to Syria and join IS.  Was Andreas doing his bit this way?  This would have been mass murder by suicide.

The German police have gone to his home in Dusseldorf.  He also  lived with his parents in Montabaur.  The police  say they have  had a potential breakthrough, but not a suicide note.  Montabaur is 40 miles from Bonn.   Andreas spent time in both Montabaur and Dusseldorf in a flat.

Back in 2008, Andreas's pilot training was interrupted because of mental health problems.  A friend said he was in a depression.  Airline bosses confirmed that Lubitz had taken several months off work and had to retrain to join the firm, but insisted he was 100% fit to fly and had passed all his medical tests.  They don't have any mental health testing for pilots. 1.8 million Germans are alcoholics.  The questions about pilots being alcoholics is not known.  Could this have been Lubitz's problem?

There are 7 mosques within the Dusseldorf area and 6 within the Montabaur area.  "There is an estimated number of 400,000- 500,000 people of Arab origin residing in Germany.   Most Arabs came to Germany in the 1970s, partly as Gastarbeiter from Morocco, the Turkish Province of Mardin (see: Arabs in Turkey) and Tunisia. However, the majority of Arabs are refugees of the conflicts in the Middle East, e.g. the Lebanese Civil War, Palestinian exodus and the recent Iraq War,  Libyan Civil War, and current Syrian civil war. The Arabs in Germany are not a homogenous group, because they originate from about 20 countries.

It has been said that Lubitz had a Muslim girlfriend.  It's very possible he met her at a mosque.

Islamic Jihad Takes to Knifing in Israel

Some Arabs have been  listening to the call of jihad and have turned into terrorists in Israel.
                                                                                 

 Today, Monday, a 20 year old  IDF soldier was stabbed and critically wounded by an 18 year old terrorist in Tel Aviv at the Hahagana train station.  He was Sgt Almog Shiloni who has since died from the attack.  His brother is his twin, who is angry with the government who died not defend them from such terrorists.    The terrorist was a  Nablus Arab who was illegally in Israel. Nablus  is only 30 mi north of Jerusalem,(approximately 63 kilometers (39 mi) by road), with a population of 126,132. Located in a strategic position between Mount Ebal and Mount Gerizim, it is the capital of the Nablus Governorate and a Palestinian commercial and cultural center.

 This  call of jihad just resulted in the death only a few hours later of a 25 year old woman who was stabbed to death at the Alon Shvut junction in the Gush Etzion area of Judea. The Etzion Bloc) is a cluster of Israeli settlements located in the Judaean Mountains directly south of Jerusalem and Bethlehem.  A car had pulled up to the hitchhiking post at the entrance of the Alon village and a driver stepped out and stabbed 3 people.  The guard there shot the terrorist and seriously wounded him.  Islamic Jihad later took responsibility for the attack.  It must have happened very fast, as the other two had no time to react when one of them was being attacked, evidently.

This Contentious Jihad Movement

Jihad is understood to be an obligation in a military sense, meaning military combat.  Middle East historian, Bernard Lewis says that "the overwhelming majority of classical theologians, jurists, and traditionalists (specialists in the hadith) understand it to be so.

We saw it happening with the Boston marathon terrorists acting with aid from a terrorist cell or alone.  Their way of solving things happening in the the world that they disapprove of was to commit Jihad, or  terrorism.

 Benjamin R. Barber points out that resistant movements come from fundamentalist ethnic groups who want to protect their traditions, heritage and identity.  I go along with wanting protection for these things so dear to our hearts.  Otherwise, the world would be like a rose garden full of only red roses.  Boring!  Life is spiced up with diversity, but Jihad is not the way we solve problems  in the civilized countries today.

 I see that Jihad, or terrorism happening against Israel is from people who can't tolerate the legally sanctioned state of Israel existing.  They can't tolerate seeing  Israel  become something beautiful and productive out of swamp, desert and mosquitoes, and that it was created by and for a different but similar religion; Judaism.  Jews haven't required the Arabs who are citizens to do anything other than to be peaceful and get along with the Jewish population.  There are mosques all over the place.  All religions are respected to the utmost.  Moshe Dayan handed over the reigns of the Temple, now the Mosque of Omar, to the Muslims  way back in 1967, much to the consternation of many Israelis today who have come up against  Muslims not allowing any Jew to pray even near the place.  Is anyone  more tolerant than Jews, who have suffered intolerance for 2,000 years?  I doubt it very much.

  Yet, Israel has  terrorism coming  from Gaza and the threat of it from the neighboring states.  There are only 2 countries that signed a peace pact; Jordan and Egypt, and Egypt has gone with Muslim Brotherhood now.  What is the terrorist definition?  People  are terrorists because they attack and kill civilians, even schools full of children.  A real war is something that involves soldiers against soldiers.  Egyptians, Gazans and other Muslims listening to al Jazeera TV are advised by the religious leader Qaradawi to perform Jihad;  attack and kill Jews.

The Tsarnaev brothers, Tamerlan 26 and Dzhokar 19,  who caused the Boston Marathon's terrorism said through the younger, Dzhoker, that they did it because of Afghanistan's interference from the USA. So they in turn felt it right to attack the USA,  the country their father fled to after having his life threatened in Dagestan, probably from the Russians.  What had he been up to there to have had to escape for his life and seek asylum in the states?  This is not how Americans are bred and taught in handling our government's foreign affairs.  We have a democracy, which they also were exposed to in their education here, having immigrated in 2002.  However, family traits and words are far more powerful, evidently than their Boston public school  education, at least for Dzhoker, who is 19 and for the past 7 months a naturalized USA citizen.  Tamerlan was already 15 and most likely already indoctrinated to Jihad as a problem solving road to follow.

One out of eight US residents are foreign-born,  according to the Census Bureau.  In some rural communities, such as eastern Oregon, most are from Mexico.  Urban communities are receiving people from all over the world.  2.75 million Muslims live in the USA of which  63% are foreign born like the Tsarnaev family of 6.   1.5 billion Muslims make up 21% of the world's population which in 2011 was 6,973,738,433.  Today it is 7.081 billion.  Chechnya and Dagestan, where the family came from,  has been a hotbed of terrorist activity against their oppressor, Russia.

Tamerlan got into trouble twice  in his own Mosque for shouting down the Iman for speaking about peaceful living in the states such as celebrating Thanksgiving and the Fourth of July.  The first time was in November.  The 2nd time was in January. Both times happened after his 6 month stay in Dagestan from January 2012 to July.  This was found out on Monday from the  "The Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center. 

 It's too bad that they didn't alert the family about his behavior, even though he was 26 years old.  It could have prevented the whole attack and his own death.  If they had, it might have been met with defiance, anyway from their mother.  In this case, alerting  authorities would have been better.  It's been found that Tamerlan, at least was deep into Jihad type websites feeding his growing hatred.  

The only connection these 2 terrorists have with Afghanistan is through religion.  Both Chechnya and Dagestan, where they are from, and Afghanistan are Muslim states.  Their way of rebelling is Jihad.

Our war with Afghanistan started on October 7, 2001 after 9/11 in Operation Enduring Freedom. Osama bin Laden was the culprit.  The Saudi Arabians that rammed into the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001 really started it all.  Why did they do that?  What was their beef?  We lost over 2,000 people in that Jihad attack.  After that our goal was to dismantle Al Qaeda, a terrorist organization that caused such terror to innocent people. This terrorist group had been using Afghanistan as a base.  We were not alone.  The UK, Australia, France, Canada and the Afghan United Front were with us.

Sadly, the jihadists are just growing and multiplying.  Perhaps one of these days they'll get tired of a routine of plotting and killing and find out that there's more to life than just that.  People do have the capabilities of living together in peace yet maintaining their individuality.  It only takes the right outlook on life:  to respect it.
