George Soros Update, Remember Him?

George Soros (born August 12, 1930, Budapest, Hungary) is a Hungarian-born American financier, author, philanthropist, and activist whose success as an investor made him one of the wealthiest men in the world. He is also known as a powerful and influential supporter of liberal social causes. He was a Jew of the Holocaust, and has turned a 180 against Judaism and especially Israel for reasons of his own but to the alarm of his fellow Jewish people.  

Some of my old friends might remember articles about George Soros He is back in  the news with Upward News, a new group on the right of things who is made up of young voters between 20 and 30, they say. . The richest person in the United States is Elon Musk. George Soros has an estimated net worth of roughly $7 billion to $9 billion, placing him outside the top 350 wealthiest people globally and far below the nation's top tier of billionaires.  My, the country has done well since he was thought to be so rich.  

 They have uncovered some shocking up to date facts that has made me sicker than ever before:  I have an old friend, Victor Sharpe, to thank for sending me this information.  Victor and I have been fighting the fight, feeling alone many a time, here in Portland.  

Even AI knows of this update Upward News has cited:  George Soros and his son, Alex Soros, have funneled roughly $103 million into the 2026 midterm election cycle primarily through Democracy PAC. Concurrently, their Open Society Foundations pledged a new $300 million investment spanning five years to support U.S. democratic rights and economic security. Massive Outlay: The Soros family has steered nearly $103 million into the 2026 midterms, positioning them near the top of national political donor rranks.                                                  

With the midterm elections just 90 days away, there's something happening beneath the surface that you need to know about:  George Soros and his kids are going all in.

Alex Soros, who now controls his father's vast $25 billion leftist political network, has already funneled a staggering $103 million into the midterms, on track to break his own father's election spending record.

And it isn't just Alex. The entire Soros family is mobilizing: his sister Andrea, his brother Robert, Robert's wife Jamie, and even George's grandchildren have all started writing checks to radical Democrat candidates this cycle.

1. Who are they backing? Abdul El-Sayed, the Michigan Senate candidate and now Democratic nominee, who calls Israel "just as evil as Hamas" and refuses to condemn Iran's slain supreme leader.  2. Texas Senate candidate James Talarico, who claims that "God is non-binary" and gushes over his love for “transgender children.”  3. Mississippi Senate candidate Scott Colom, who tells voters he's "running a grassroots campaign powered by Mississippians," all while quietly pocketing Soros money. Sayed is A progressive Democrat, El-Sayed supports Medicare for All, and in  enforcing an arms embargo on Israel and abolishing ICE. He ran for governor in 2018, placing second to Gretchen Whitmer in the Democratic primary.  He is the son of Egyptian immigrant parents. His father, Mohamed, was raised in Alexandria, Egypt, and immigrated to the U.S. to pursue a PhD at Wayne State University. His mother, Fatten Elkomy, is a nurse practitioner in Missouri. Abdul was raised in the Detroit area by his father and stepmother Jacqueline (a native of Gratiot County, Michigan), both of whom are engineers. Sayed is also a Muslim.  In 2014, he completed a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, funded by a Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans and the Medical Scientist Training Program El-Sayed did not pursue a medical license, and instead went into public health epidemiology work. I'll continue about his feelings about Israel as that is of importance to me.  El-Sayed has criticized Israel over its conduct in the Gaza war, calling it a genocide; in a January 2024 podcast, he called the war in the Gaza Strip a public health catastrophe and called for a ceasefire. El-Sayed has called the Gaza genocide a morality test, asking: "If you can't call it what it is, which is a genocide, then how are you going to stand up to Donald Trump? How are you going to stand up to pharma CEOs?   The definition of genocide is:  specific acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group. The term was coined in 1944 by lawyer Raphael Lemkin and codified by the United Nations in the 1948 Genocide Convention. In no way has Israel practiced genocide on the Palestinians or any other group.  The Nazis did commit genocide on the Jews of the world.  Jews, of which I am, are the least in this world to do this to anyone.  We live under the Golden rule of not treating others as we wouldn't want others to treat us.  We are living in a war period where Iran wants to wipe us out for their radical religious goal, and we cannot be complicit in helping them, for heaven's sake;  Israel is fighting for its very life, a life we thought safe once under the United Nations.   Sayed goes on:  He delivers the term, ethno state:  Definition is: An ethnostate is a political unit or country where citizenship and national identity are explicitly limited to, or dominated by, a single racial or ethnic group. In this system, the state is organized to serve the interests, culture, and power of that specific group while excluding or subordinating others. For his information, Israel is a Jewish state, all right, but differing from the Muslim state of Saudi Arabia in that 20% of the population are Muslims and other denominations. It is Jewish because we have had experience in other states that were deplorable, and learned, we needed a refuge of our own, and why not go back to our own roots?    In April 2026, El-Sayed said in a CNN interview: "Killing tens of thousands of people makes you pretty damn evil. It's not how evil is this one versus that one. Hamas: evil. Israeli government: evil. We can say both." In July, he said, "The question of Israel's existence is not a question. I'm not going to play this gotcha game about whether or not it has a right to exist. The question, ultimately, is about whether or not we want a politics that dignifies equal rights." El-Sayed believes Israel to be an ethno-state and has said, "I don't believe in ethno-states, and I certainly don't believe that our country is responsible to sustain ethno-states." He has said his rejection of ethno-nationalism has nothing to do with whether a country has a "right to exist", saying he "just [disputes] the idea that you should have an ethno-state" and objects to Egyptian and Saudi Arabian ethno-nationalism in the same way he objects to Zionism. El-Sayed attributed the 2026 Iran war to AIPAC's influence in US politics. He called Israel a "rogue state" that is committing "human rights abuses, genocide, and apartheid" and said the U.S. should "stop funding the Israeli military unilateral blank checks". American Israel Public Affairs Committee.(AIPAC) It is a prominent American lobbying organization that advocates for pro-Israel policies in the United States government and aims to strengthen the relationship between the U.S. and Israel. It's our only connection to the world and does the job correctly.   And El-Sayed is being backed to the hilt by George Soros  financially.   That's just the beginning of shocking news about Soros, but it's enough for me to look for myself on what I can update:  like on Abdul El-Sayed, age 41.  On the bright side, Wikipedia reports that Abdulrahman Mohamed El-Sayed is an American politician and epidemiologist who is the Democratic nominee in the 2026 United States Senate election in Michigan. From 2023 to 2025, he was the director of the Department of Health, Human, and Veterans Services of Wayne County. Wikipedia.  The voting is upon us.     I had been a Democrat my first half of my life, but to me, George Soros gives a black eye to the Democrats, especially when they took Israel off their list of places of Backing quite a while ago.
