Israel has reported 323,268 cases of COVID 19 and 2,720 deaths. They are being attacked by the UN for not caring for those in the Golan Heights, which is a part of Israel, a fact not accepted by the international community as yet, though by the USA as of 2019.

Iran has reported  749,575 cases and 41,034 deaths.

Syria has reported 6,552 cses and 337 deaths.

North Korea has reported  no cases and no deaths.   Starting in January, the North Korean government took extensive measures, including quarantines and travel restrictions, to block the spread of the pandemic. In April, the US analyst website 38 North said this appeared to be successful in containing the virus.  It is noted that North Korea borders China and South Korea, two countries with early outbreaks. China is North Korea's closest ally, most important trading partner, and a source of tourists. The Chinese-North Korean border is porous, in contrast to the heavily militarized border between North and South Korea. However, suspected COVID-19 cases in the two Chinese provinces (Liaoning and Jilin) bordering North Korea have been low.

Cuba has reported 7,541 cases and 131 deaths.

Malaysia has reported 46,209 cases and 306 deaths.

Lebanon has reported 103,000 cases and 796 deaths

Venezuela has reported 96,140 cases and 841 deaths

Turkey has reported 411,000 cases and 11,418 deaths

Qatar has reported 136,000 cases and 234 deaths.

Palestinians have reported as of June 30, 2020, a total of 2,443 cases of COVID-19 have been diagnosed in the  Palestinian territory in Judea/Samaria, 72 of which have been in Gaza.

The Palestinian Ministries of Health in both Gaza and Ramallah have acknowledged that their capacity to contain the spread of COVID-19 is limited by ongoing and pre-existing shortages in health-care equipment, including medications and disposable equipment. Public health measures have erred on the side of caution and largely contributed to a very low infection rate during the first 3 months of the crisis; for example, Gaza has recommended that individuals returning from outside Gaza through the Rafah or Erez crossing remain in quarantine for 21 days, instead of 14 days.

Erekat, head of Palestinian's paying terrorists for attacking Israelis, chose an Israeli hospital for COVID 19 treatment, dying just a few days ago.  He was on the ventilator and had previous serious problems.

This is a despicable claim.  Israel has the history of giving medical aid to its own enemies who are on their borders when they need aid.

History of attacks on Israel's population of rockets, mortars and missiles have brought on steps taken in defense by Israel.  "

In 2007, following Hamas's takeover, Israel and Egypt imposed a land, air, and sea blockade of Gaza. According to Israel's cabinet decision at the time, Gaza was declared as be ing governed by a “hostile entity” due to Hamas's attacks on Israeli citizens. The blockade included prohibitions on what is known as dual use materials (that can be used for both civilian and military purposes)."

An annual assembly of the UN's World Health Organization yesterday held a four-hour session focused on Israel, which was condemned in speeches by some 30 delegations, including Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Malaysia, Lebanon and Venezuela, for allegedly violating the health rights of Palestinians and Syrians in the Golan Heights.

The session concluded with a vote of 78 to 14, with 32 abstentions, to adopt resolution, co-sponsored by Syria, Cuba, Turkey, Qatar and the Palestinian delegation, requiring the WHO to hold the same anti-Israel debate at next year's assembly, and to prepare another report on the “Health conditions in the occupied Palestinian territory, including east Jerusalem, and in the occupied Syrian Golan.”

Iran accused Israel of an "inhuman blockade" which it said had a "profound impact on the health sector."
