Letter To President Biden

 Dear President Biden,  

Nadene Goldfoot    

"With compassion for others / we build – we fight / for peace with freedom".

In watching season 12or 13 in NCIS on Netflix, the episode showing a statue of an American soldier;, a Seabee in a park and under the sign said, "WE FIGHT FOR PEACE WITH FREEDOM.  

We Americans haven't had to fight an enemy on our own land since the War of 1812 and the Civil War in April 1865, so we Americans don't know what its like to be shot or stabbed or beheaded on our own soil or watch our children slain before our eyes.  Israelis have. 

Israel is in agreement with this reason to fight for peace with Freedom.  There is no freedom for the Palestinians or the Israelis if they have a cease fire.  That's just a sign to the world of backing the terrorists Hamas.  They need it to bring in more ammunition and rockets to use on Israel.  They've been firing into Gaza themselves not caring who they hit as long as the Israelis get the blame. Could be that a lot of the money Iran got from the USA went into ammunition to use against Israel.   

Israel has the ability to hit the places needed to hit.  They're trying to avoid hitting civilians, not hit them. All the while throughout this war since Oct 7th, Israel has been bombarded by rockets.   

You may not realize it, but Israel is fighting an enemy who have invaded their own back yards and have entered their homes.  We've never had that happen in the USA before unless you count what our soldiers did to the native Americans.   Germany did it to Poland and all the European countries that were our allies.  Fighting like that;  did Americans or the British give Germans cease fires?  And that reminds me.

Did Americans and British tell Germany and their cohorts every move they were making or warn them with leaflets and phone calls and email when and where bombing would start and where to go that was safer?  

Instead of using the tough voice and telling Israel to   cease the firing now, You,  a man who has never served and is not a veteran;  even a private or a General;  anyone on Israel's  side should  tell the Hamas terrorists  to end their attack on Israel if they want to save lives and realize they'll gain freedom when they decide to live in Peace!  The whole kit and kaboodle of the terrorists Hamas need to Give Up and then there will be peace.  

They need to change their charter with their No No Nos from 1967 .    By adopting the dictum of no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel and no negotiations with Israel (The 3 Noes), the Arab states appeared to slam the door on any possible progress towards peace.   I'd expect to see this do-over in writing.  It's not Israel who attacks;  It has been the PLO and after them, Hamas!
