The Israeli Sovereignty Movement Says No To the USA's 2-State Plans

 Nadene Goldfoot

4 people were killed and others wounded 2 others seriously in an attack in Be'er Sheva, Israel on Tuesday, March 22nd. The killer had a knife in his hand when a citizen with a gun was able to shoot him, and he died.  There are such citizens allowed to carry guns in Israel for just this reason, considered a big help to the police force. "Police said the attacker careened his car into a cyclist and stabbed five people across a swath of the city center. Amateur video footage posted online appeared to show armed bystanders shooting and killing the attacker at the scene." It was just one who was able to do so.

Update: Hamas praised the attack.  The Palestinian Authority of Abbas called him a martyr.

Israel police chief Kobi Shabtai told reporters at a press briefing at the scene that the incident was "an abominable killing spree by a terrorist known to security services" who had previously served prison time. He said the attacker appeared to have acted alone.  In fact, the killer had just been released from prison.  Israeli media identified the attacker as a 34-year-old Arab man from the nearby Bedouin town of Hura. Reports said he was imprisoned for 4 years after admitting he intended to join the Islamic State group in Syria in 2015.  The Abu al-Qeian clan, from which the attacker came, issued a statement condemning the attack and describing it as terrorist operation. "This is an individual act that only represents the perpetrator," the family said, sending condolences to the victims' families.

The USA seemed shocked that such a thing happened.  Ned Price, State Dept. spokesman said it was  an abhorrent terrorist attack and a heinous crime.  The US was even ready to help Israel to investigate this.  This is an odd offering, as if Israel has not done this over and over with similar attacks?

Tom Nides, US Ambassador to Israel said that such a despicable terrorist attack must stop.  His heart went out to the victims and their families.  Has such an offer ever been made before, I wonder?  They've all been despicable terrorist attacks.  It's what's been happening the past 74 years to Jews.

There has been a movement going on in Israel with the Women in Green at the helm of taking more of a stand about what goes on in many parts of Israel that the Left, the present government, is lax about, and that is their sovereignty over the land and why this is so. it's called The Sovereignty Movement.  With this case happening, they have said that the momentum happened from political neglect that led to this murderous attack in Beer-Sheva.

"The Sovereignty Movement sees the murderous attack in Beer-Sheva as further evidence of the immediate consequences of the political discourse surrounding partition of the Land and establishment of two states. "

The 2-state solution of 2 Palestinian states and not much left for Israel.
Most of the attacks on Israel come from Gaza while the West Bank  is our original Judea and Samaria, the Heartland of Israel.

President Joe Biden has brought on a renewed plan to push for a 2-state solution in Israel, shown by Tom Nides' response to this attack.  The USA is pushing in favor of the establishment of such a Palestinian terrorist state which will take over the heartland of the Land of Israel, land where our religion of Judaism started, land for 2,000 years, Jews have prayed to be able to return to.  Though there is an Israel now, Jews have been deprived of their heartland, where it all started, and grieve greatly for what is planned for.  They have even more to grieve about seeing their government not responding with a resolute Zionist voice.

This weakness in Zionism is providing momentum for the Arab-terrorist aspirations of destroying and eliminating the State of Israel as they have sworn to in the 1967 Accords of the 3 NOs,

The heads of the Sovereignty Movement, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar so stated.  " According to them, “In the face of these dangerous winds, the Israeli government must return to Zionist values that completely reject the idea of partitioning the Land."

Judea and Samaria Jews meeting about this

The answer to all this is this:  Applying Israeli sovereignty to Judea and Samaria is the necessary response for curbing terrorism and restoring the Zionist vision of the return of the Jewish people to all areas of its country. This was the aim in the 1920s, and then the mandate was given to England who allowed Prince Abdullah of Saudi Arabia to take over Trans-Jordan, etc, and by the time that Israel was given land, it turned out to be 1/10th of what the bargain was for and understood.

"The movement warns of intensification of the wave of terrorism, especially with the approach of the month of Ramadan, and calls upon the government to preemptively take Zionist measures of deterrence –strengthening settlement activity, enhancing governance and Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria as well as in other parts of the country. "

If you're wondering about what Judea and Samaria were; Judea was the tribal land of the tribe of Judah, while Samaria is of the division of Israel after King Solomon died, and the land had a Civil War, which was then affected by the Assyrian invasion and depletion of the population in a kidnapping and removal of the people. It was caused by Solomon's "bad" for dying, overtaxing, etc.and son Rehoboam (933-917 BCE) not living up to his father's capabilities.

The Jewish settlement in Judea-Samaria has been by the Orthodox Jews who care and have knowledge of their history and do follow Judaism carefully.  They are the historians.

It comes down to this.  The USA sudden interest in a terrorist crime of an Arab killing a group of people with a knife only hurts the U.S. stand of creating a Palestinian state.  I've already raised my voice to this, knowing there are 2 groups of Arabs wanting a Palestinian state that have not agreed with each other or even live together for the past 74 years, and know  that a 2 state is really a 3 state solution with 2 states ganging up on the state of Israel, bearing all kinds of statehood rights.

Frankly, it's a crazy idea. It's meshugganah!   A long time ago, I also thought this was plausible, but not now.  I've changed my opinion after a lot of studying about it.       Where is King Solomon when we need him?

Yet, we can't have Israel turning into one-state bearing the whole population of Arabs who can populate the land 4 times faster than Israel can, if they continue with their 4 wives per man. Israelis are afraid that this may be the only alternative in the mix.   It is a conundrum and that's why it has taken 74 years to figure out what to do.  Israel must maintain the 80:20 ratio of Jews and Muslims. It's already gone to 21.

By the way, why didn't the world scream when India parted ways with their Muslim population that became Pakistan?  Why didn't the Muslims scream?
