Hezbollah is a Lebanon-based, Iranian-backed terrorist organization which is one of the most imminent threats facing Israel. Hezbollah uses the Lebanese population as human shields, hiding its weapons and terrorists within civilian infrastructure. It's also what the Palestinians do.
Starting with the Islamic Revolution of 1979: CREATION OF HEZBOLLAH Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) founds Hezbollah (“Party of God”), with doctrine inspired by the radical ideology of Iran’s first Supreme Leader and head of the Islamic Revolution of 1979, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.
Hezbollah had about 150,000 rockets and missiles capable of striking anywhere in Israel in 2016.
Hezbollah has 45,000 active and reserve fighters with 6,000 to 8,000 fighters in Syria.
They are capable of launching 1,500 rockets per day into Israel.
Hezbollah has dug tunnels to infiltrate and attack Israel.
They have converted as many as 240 Shiite villages in southern Lebanon into fighting zones.
