Collusion, Justice Dept, FBI, Democratic Party, Hillary Campaign Against Trump

Nadene Goldfoot
Trying to pass his wand over to Hillary in the election
Ex President Obama and Hillary Clinton, wife of ex-President Bill Clinton.

The 4 page FISA memo we've all been waiting to read came out yesterday.  It explains a lot.

Evidently the government in power with Obama was in a panic in 2016 at the thought of Hillary possibly losing the election to Trump, and they conspired to prevent this by using methods that were against our constitution.

Because Trump was an international businessman with hotels all over the world, they conspired to show he was in cahoots with Russia, and therefore would be blacklisted as a candidate for the presidency.  To do this, they involved many levels of power in the government, all of which were Democrats.         Their reasoning, according to Wikipedia was this:

"Donald Trump has pursued business deals in Russia since 1987, and has sometimes traveled there to explore potential business opportunities. In 1996, Trump trademark applications were submitted for potential Russian real estate development deals. Trump's partners and children have repeatedly visited Moscow, connecting with developers and government officials to explore joint venture opportunities. Trump was never able to successfully conclude any real estate deals in Russia. However, individual Russians have invested heavily in Trump properties, and following Trump's bankruptcies in the 1990s he borrowed money from Russian sources. In 2008 his son Donald Trump Jr. said that Russia was an important source of money for the Trump businesses."

1.  The Dept. of Justice and the FBI started by framing Carter Page, who was a volunteer advisor to the Trump presidential campaign and American citizen, no doubt a Republican voter. They did this by electronic surveillance on him.  To spy on an American citizen, they needed to go through the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). This was created to protect Americans from abuses by the government.  The FBI abused their surveillance.

"30. Carter Page, former campaign adviser of Trump in 2016:  (American oil industry consultant and former foreign-policy advisor) .met with House investigators in early November and contradicted earlier testimony given by Attorney Gen. Jeff Sessions. "while he didn’t have any evidence of Russian meddling in the presidential election, he did take a trip to Russia during the campaign and “briefly said hello” to Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich." "
Evidently this was the reason the FBI decided to use him as a way to get rid of Trump.

They needed a warrent to do this, and got it in four 90 day periods, meaning almost a whole year of spying starting on October 21, 2016. It's called the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) application.

First, it had to be certified by:
                              I.  Director of the FBI:  James Comey who did it 3 times  or

Deputy Director of the FBI:  Andrew McCabe did it once.

Evidently this was easy to obtain but needed the approval of :
  a. Attorney GeneralLoretta Lynch (seen talking to Bill Clinton near his airplane) (Loretta Elizabeth Lynch is an American attorney who served as the 83rd Attorney General of the United States, appointed by President Barack Obama in 2015 to succeed Eric Holder.)

 b. Deputy Attorney General (DAGSally Q Yates (Sally Q. Yates was confirmed as Deputy Attorney General on May 13, 2015. President Obama formally nominated her for the position on January 8, 2015.)
or    Assistant Attorney General for the National Security Division-Senate confirmed ;

  c. Dana Boente  (Dana James Boente is the former United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. Originally, He was nominated by President Barack Obama on October 8, 2015, and confirmed by the United States Senate on December 15, 2015, as the 60th U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.  He also serves as acting assistant attorney general for the National Security Division of the United States Department of Justice.) (He was appointed by President Donald Trump as Acting Attorney General on January 30, 2017, after Acting Attorney General Sally Yates was dismissed by Trump earlier that evening. Previously, Trump had nominated Jeff Sessions for Attorney General. )

d. Rod Rosenstein : Rod Jay Rosenstein is the Deputy Attorney General for the United States Department of Justice. Prior to his current appointment, he served as a United States Attorney for the District of Maryland. ("President Donald Trump announced his intention to nominate Rosenstein to serve as Deputy Attorney General for the United States Department of Justice on January 31, 2017. Rosenstein was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on April 25, 2017. In May 2017, he authored a memo which President Trump said was the basis of his decision to dismiss FBI Director James Comey.  Later that month, Rosenstein appointed special counsel Robert Mueller to investigate ties between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election)."

Each signed one or more FISA applications for the Department of Justice.

The injustice done was that collusion reasons were not given of relevant facts that were the real reasons they wanted to spy on Carter Page. The FISA application that was renewed for four 90 day periods never showed the involvement of the the DNC or Hillary's campaign or the funding source, but the political need of the Democrats was known to the senior  Department of Justice and the FBI officials So they were in on it and must have given them the green light to go ahead.

A Dossier, the Steele Dossier, was compiled by Christopher Steele who was hired and paid by The DNC (Democratic National Committee),  and the Hillary Clinton campaign.  ("Christopher David Steele is a founding director of Orbis Business Intelligence, a London-based private intelligence firm. He authored a dossier that claims Russia collected a file of compromising information on U.S. President Donald Trump)."

They paid Steele over $160,000 through the law firm, Perkins Cole and a research firm, Fusion GPS.   (Fusion GPS is a commercial research and strategic intelligence firm based in Washington, D.C. The company conducts open-source investigations and provides research and strategic advice for businesses, law firms and investors, as well as for political inquiries, such as opposition research.   The "GPS" initialism is derived from "global research, political analysis, strategic insight.)   Steele was to dig for dirt on Donald Trump and to find Trump's ties to Russia.  The FISA application left out the facts about Fusion GPS and Glenn Simpson of the law firm Perkins Cole and their connections with the DNC and the Clinton campaign.  The FBI had also authorized payment to Steele for this same information.  He was double-dipping!

They mislead the readers of the FISA application by including Michael Isikoff's article in the Yahoo News article about Page's July 2016 trip to Moscow.  The facts of the article had been given by  Christopher Steele himself to Yahoo News and evidently Michael Isikoff quoted it without revealing his resource.  This was a real planting of false evidence!

Steele came clean in British Court filings that Fusion GPS had him meet with Yahoo News in 2016.  Perkins Cole Law firm knew about this because they hosted one meeting in Washington DC with Steele and Fusion GPS and they talked about it.

The FBI finally suspended and then terminated Christopher Steele because he disclosed to the media without authorization of his connection to the FBI.  It was found in a Mother Jones article by David Corn  October 30, 2016.  Funny, but it was in September, before the application was submitted to the FISC ((FISC, also called the FISA Court) in October.  It was accusing Steele of improperly concealing from them and lying to the FBI about those contacts.   We know that the FBI paid Steele for the same information that was given to Hillary and the Democratic Party!  I would say that after the article came out in Mother Jones-they had to save themselves as best they could.

Nellie Ohr, an expert on Russia and Eurasia, Asst Prof at Vassar College who taught there in 1997 from August to October's term,  found work with Fusion GPS to dig up dirt on Trump's connection to Russia.  Her husband, Bruce Ohr, provided the FBI with all of her research which was paid for by the Democratic Party and Hillary's campaign through Fusion GPS.   The connection between the Ohrs, Steele and Fusion GPS was not included in the FISC application.  All this was secret.

Bruce Ohr did not want Trump to win.
Nellie was trying to find ways to keep him from winning.
Christopher Steele kept in contact with the Dept. of Justice through Bruce Ohr, a senior official working with Yates and Rosenstein who were Deputy Attorneys Generals.

After the election, the FBI interviewed Ohr, documenting his communications with Steele.  In September 2016, Steele told Ohr about his feelings against candidate Trump and said he was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected, and that he was passionate about him not being president.  This showed that Steele was biased!   Ohr had recorded this.  It went into the FBI files.  That means that the FBI either asked or ? Ohr in order to get this.  This information never showed up on the FISA application concerning Carter Page.

In early January 2017, FBI Comey told the new President Trump about the Christopher Steele dossier, at that time salacious and unverified, according to him.  That's what they hit him with as soon as he became president.

The dossier did not disclose the anti-Trump financial and ideological motivations. The application had relied on Steele's past record of credible reporting and other reasoning.

No surveillance warrant would have been requested from FISC without the Steele dossier information that was given.  This comes from Deputy Director McCabe to the Committee in December 2017.

Another Trump campaign advisor was George Papadopoulos, who was also mentioned in the FISA application, but no connection could be found between him and Carter Page.

However, his name opened more FBI investigating in July 2016 by FBI agent Pete Strzok.  Strzok was then reassigned b to the FBI Human Resources for improper text messages with his mistress, FBI Attorney Lisa Page-no known relation to Carter Page.  They both were highly against Trump as a president.  This is evidently not hard to find in Democratic circles in the government.  The FBI gets a name and pow!  Another one.

Both were for Clinton, who Pete said he also had investigated.  Their information shows the discussions about the investigation, orchestrating leaks to the media and included a meeting with McCabe to talk about an "insurance" policy against President Trump's campaign.

They started in 2016 and now it's 2018 and we still hear about the Democrats trying to connect President Donald Trump to the baddies in Russia.  Evidently the FBI needs more time and money to find something and the Democrats are sure it will be found-one of these days.  In the meantime, I will remind you that Trump is not accepting his salary as a president.  His money is being donated to charity.
8/13/18 Update:   on Friday, the FBI finally fired Peter Strzok, the smarmy, arrogant FBI agent whose unfettered political bias was revealed in the thousands of texts he shared with fellow FBI attorney Lisa Page, with whom he was having an extramarital affair while working on the highest profile investigations in the country, of Hillary Clinton’s email server and alleged Russian attempts to infiltrate the Trump campaign.https://www.mikehuckabee.com/index.cfm?p=latest-news&id=5FCB1CF7-D6F3-4DC1-86F6-BFCCD101757A#utm_source=link&utm_medium=website&utm_campaign=Trending%20-%20Sarah
Update 8/22/2020:  Russia interfered in America’s 2016 election, as several government reports have established. The latest disturbing news is that Russia may have received an assist from no less than the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
That’s the takeaway of newly released portions of last year’s Department of Justice Inspector General report about the FBI’s investigation into Trump-Russia collusion. That report showed how the FBI abused its powers by misleading a secret court into granting surveillance warrants on the Trump campaign. Thanks...

Donald John Trump is the 45th and current President of the United States, in office since January 20, 2017. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality.

Yet he has worked under this veil of collusion and not being a good USA citizen like Hillary Clinton has been.  We know what she has been.  This evidently has been since day one of being in office.  Being they haven't driven him out as easily as first thought and have even thrown out such verbage as being unfit to handle the position mentally.  One has to be the strongest to withstand such pressure from Democrats and many Republicans as well, and not snap.
"Oh what tangled webs we weave when first we                           practice to deceive".

update:  By Mike Huckabee
Take note, CNN, MSNBC, et al: this is how an actual journalist reacts to the Nunes memo. Michael Isikoff, who wrote a Yahoo News article about the Trump Russian dossier, says he was “stunned” to discover the FBI used his story to bolster the credibility of claims from the dossier to get a FISA Court warrant to spy on Trump’s associates. Isikoff said, “It’s self-referential” – his story was about the FBI investigation of the dossier, so naturally, the quotes from the dossier were information the FBI already had, not independent reporting corroborating its claims.

Incidentally, read down far enough and you’ll see that Isikoff suggested way back last summer that it “wasn’t unreasonable” to think the FBI used that Russian dossier to launch the Trump investigation. Of course, at that point, he didn’t know who paid for it. But the FBI did. They just didn’t share that inconvenient truth with the FISA Court judges.

  2. 12-12-18 FOX News analyst Gregg Jarrett, in an appearance on Hannity Tuesday evening, said something stunning. The panel was having a discussion about questions surrounding the Clinton Foundation and other Clinton corruption, including what we know about Hillary’s role in funding the unverified Steele dossier, when Jarrett dropped this little bombshell:

“You know, one has always wondered why the Clinton Foundation wasn’t seriously investigated, not to mention Hillary and Bill Clinton, at the same time they were investigating the Russians over this extortion, bribery, money laundering, etc. Well, it turns out there were four people who were in charge of that investigation: Robert Mueller, James Comey, Andrew Weissmann and Rod Rosenstein.”

Okay, that would explain a lot. Of course, it’s in his book THE RUSSIA HOAX, but hearing this bit of information now, in light of everything we’ve seen in recent months about that cast of characters, is really kind of staggering.
