A Hezbollah commander was captured by Israeli troops in his underwear during a tunnel raid in Lebanon earlier this month, officials said. Hassan Aqil Jawad, the leader of Hezbollah’s forces in Ayta ash Shab, was confronted by Israel Defense Force soldiers inside a tunnel shaft in the terrorist group’s command centre in the village in October, the Times of Israel reported. Groups of Hezbollah terrorists were giving up to IDF, seen on TV.
You could say that Hezbollah terrorists started with Iran's Shah. Iran's last Shah, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi; (26 October 1919 – 27 July 1980), commonly referred to in the Western world as Mohammad Reza Shah, or simply the Shah, was the last monarch of Iran (Persia).Faced with an army mutiny and violent demonstrations against his rule, Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, the leader of Iran since 1941, is forced to flee the country. Fourteen days later, the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the spiritual leader of the Islamic revolution, returned after 15 years of exile and took control of Iran. He was a friend of Israel and was a modern ruler.

Israel had been shot at with rockets, mortars and missiles ever since Khomeini was in office.
The Shahab 3 of Iran missile is a family of liquid-fueledballistic missiles developed by Iran, under the IRGC, and based upon the North KoreanNodong-1/A and Nodong-B missiles. The Shahab-3 family has a range of 800-1,000 kilometres (620 mi). It was tested from 1998 to 2003 and added to the military arsenal on 7 July 2003, with an official unveiling by Ayatollah Khamenei on July 20.
Ali Hosseini Khamenei (born 19 April 1939)[ is an Iranian cleric and politician who has served as the second supreme leader of Iran since 1989. He previously served as the third president of Iran from 1981 to 1989. Khamenei's 35-year-long rule makes him the longest-serving head of state in the Middle East, as well as the second-longest-serving Iranian leader of the last century after Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. Khamenei is a marja', a title given to the highest level of religious cleric in Twelver Shi'sm.

The Assembly of Experts elected Khamenei as the next supreme leader on 4 June 1989, at age 50. According to Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, Khamenei was the man Khomeini had chosen as his successor. Khamenei has been head of the servants of Astan Quds Razavi since 14 April 1979.
A new online survey by a Netherlands-based institute has found that over 60 percent of Iranians want regime change or "transition from the Islamic Republic". One would think more would be ready to say adios to this stronghold on their religion after living with Khomeini. Perhaps they are afraid to expose their feelings for fear for their lives.
Hezbollah was largely formed with the aid of the Khomeini's followers in the early 1980s in order to spread the Islamic revolution and follows a distinct version of Islamic Shi'a ideology (Wilayat al-faqih or Guardianship of the Islamic Jurists) developed by Khomeini, who was the leader of the "Islamic Revolution" in Iran.

Hezbollah was founded in 1982 by Lebanese clerics in response to the Israeli invasion of Lebanon. Inspired by the Iranian Revolution of 1979 and Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini's model of Islamic governance, Hezbollah established strong ties with Iran. Iran financed their war against Israel. Lebanon had become a failed state.
I was living in Israel in 1982 in Safed. The was the First Lebanese War. The operation was launched on June 6, 1982, following the attempted assassination of the Israeli Ambassador to the UK by a terrorist cell. In London on June 3, 1982, Palestinian assailants shotShlomo Argov, Israel's ambassador to the United Kingdom. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) invaded Lebanon on June 6.1982.
The stated objective of the operation was to put the communities of northern Israel out of reach of the terrorists in southern Lebanon by pushing the latter 40 km to the north. We have been fighting against their terrorists for the past 42 years!
By 2015, Hezbollah was getting their weapons from Russia and stored them in Syria near the border of Israel. Israel and USA are now seeing how poorly Russian-made rockets, mortars and missiles are working.
Some of the weapons in Lebanon, which include modern antitank missiles, have come from Russian stockpiles in neighboring Syria.

Israel has long been the leading recipient of U.S. foreign aid, including military assistance. That aid has come under heightened scrutiny amid Israel’s conflicts with Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran.

On September 17, 2024,thousands of pagers exploded across Lebanon, killing 12 people and injuring nearly 3,000:The explosions occurred in supermarkets, on the street, in cars, and at home. The explosions were so terrifying that some people panicked and fled to nearby buildings, fearing their phones would explode. The explosions were followed by a series of walkie-talkie blasts that killed at least 14 people and injured at least 450.The Israeli military did not comment on whether it was responsible for the attack. The US, France, and others urged de-escalation in the region.

In one widely circulated but unverified video, a man appears to check his pager just before it goes off, suggesting the explosion may have been triggered by an incoming message. Now Israel has hit their manufacturing sites for these weapons in Iran. They have also managed to give Hezbollah pagers and cell phones that blew up in their hands.
Israel’s leaders are jubilant about the progress of the offensive against Hezbollah that started with the detonation of weaponised pagers and radios and moved on to intense and deadly airstrikes.
Defence Minister Yoav Gallant did not hold back his praise after Monday’s air strikes.
“Today was a masterpiece… This was the worst week Hezbollah has had since its establishment, and the results speak for themselves.”
Gallant said airstrikes destroyed thousands of rockets that could have killed Israeli citizens. In the process Lebanon says Israel killed more than 550 of its citizens, including 50 children. That is almost half Lebanon’s dead in a month of war between Israel and Hezbollah in 2006.
Hezbollah isn't as popular in Lebanon anymore. They're on the way out, no matter how you look at it. The Israeli attack on Iran: in late October destroyed an active top secret nuclear weapons research facility in Parchin, according to three U.S. officials, one current Israeli official and one former Israeli official.

Just at the time when the Lebanese civilians are sick and tired of having Hezbollah in their midst, they are realizing that they are not only incapable of bringing them peace and a better government, that they have brought them just the opposite, and that the Israelis are not bad after all. In fact, they are hoping that the Israelis wipe the Hezbollah terrorists out!
The court said there is probable cause that Deif is responsible for war crimes and
crimes against humanity, including taking hostages,
rape, and extermination, but he's already been assassinated by the IDF in July.
So what has the ICC (International Criminal Court of the UN)- the Hague, come up with at this tender time? They have put out an arrest warrant of Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel and former Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant. They surprise us by including Hamas military chief Mohammed Deif for war crimes and crimes against humanity as well.
This is the first time a State Head has had this happen to themselves. Now, it is not that surprising that the ICC would do something like this. The UN is full with over 49 countries of Muslim majority population that have been wanting to eliminate Israel, the only Jewish country in the world with the original one having been created by King Saul back in about 1030 BCE which is over 3,000 years ago. The UN has continually found fault with only Israel, never the people trying to eliminate them. It's highly prejudiced !
Arrest warrants issued for Israel’s Prime MinisterBenjamin Netanyahuand former defense minister overalleged war crimesthreaten to deepen the global isolation of a country already under pressure around the world for its handling of the war in the Gaza Strip. Almost all of Europe are abiding with this ruling, lacking the spine to speak out against the UN leadership. The USA are not going along with it, but Canada seems to be doing so. The British government clarified its position on the arrest warrants issued by the world's top criminal court for Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former defense minister Yoav Gallant by suggesting that it would arrest the leaders if they travelled to Britain.
Israel has tried to argue that the ICC doesn’t have jurisdiction over Israelis at all, but the state of Palestine has been a signatory since 2015 — so crimes committed by anyone in occupied Palestinian territory like Gaza are, in fact, the ICC’s purview.
Palestine? What is a signatory? A signatory is someone who signs a contract, therefore creating a legal obligation. There could be several signatories for a specific contract. Over time, this word has often been used for a person or country who signs a peace treaty. If the treaty is broken, the signatory will be blamed. As of June 2024, the State of Palestine is recognized as a sovereign state by 146 of the 193 member states of the United Nations, or just over 75% of all UN members. And then, the October 7, 2024 attack by Palestinians on over 200 Israelis living alongside Gaza on a National holiday of Sukkot ! They were horribly killed, as if by monsters, little babies to oldsters, beheaded and painful burnings, in ways we can't even imagine. What an introduction to their becoming a peaceful state Israel was to live next to ! I blame all that made these Monsters a state along with the monsters themselves.
As far as we know, there has never been, nor is now, a state of Palestine. As I've said a thousand times, it was the Romans who named a part of Israel as Palestine after 70 CE, the name of Israel's worst enemies then, the Philistines. Rome took down Jerusalem by burning the city and it's Solomon's Temple at that time as well as their Roman occupation that had been going on.
124 countries can arrest the Prime Minister of Israel with Gallant since they voted for this; so many of Europe doing so. Netanyahu has called the ICC's arrest warrant an "antisemitic decision" and said, "Israel utterly rejects the false and absurd charges of the ICC, a biased and discriminatory political body."The British government clarified its position on the arrest warrants issued by the world's top criminal court for Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant bysuggesting that it would arrest the leaders if they travelled to Britain.
Britain has let us down since the end of WWI when they stated in a letter (Balfour Doctrine) in the 1920s their support for a Jewish National Home with land regained from Ottoman Empire's holdings, raising our hopes, only to cut the land down to 10% of the original promised size by giving away 80% of it to the Prince of Arabia who needed land and people to rule. The Jews had 600,000 looking at their native land they had lost to the Romans, wanting that particular land for the past 2,000 years.
President Joe Biden has expressed support for Israel and called the warrants
"disgraceful." The U.S. is a strong ally of Israel and neither country is a member of
the ICC. It's amazing how many countries are chicken and just follow their leader.
As of today, 800 IDF soldiers have died since the start of the war in Gaza. The last to die wasSgt. 1st Class (res.) Roi Sasson, who was killed in an ambush while inside a building in northern Gaza. The battalion commander was also seriously wounded in the incident. He was 21 years old, as most of the deceased had been from 19 to 21, I notice, and from Mevasseret Zion. He was killed on Tuesday in northern Gaza during a clash with terrorists, "He finished his compulsory service and they gave him four months of reserve duty, which he didn't survive," Osnat, his mother said. The number of wounded soldiers stands at 5,381, with 786 seriously wounded.
Syrian Missiles to shoot at Israel
We've been at this war for a year, now. 26,000 rockets have been fired at Israel. Israel's military reported that 17,000 terror operatives were killedin Gaza, at least 800 in Lebanon; 4,700 tunnel shafts found in Strip; and 11,000 Hezbollah positions were hit.
This Israel--Hamas war started On 7 October 2023, when Palestinian militants attacked Israel, killing 1,143 people (mostly civilians) at the music festival at the end of Sukkot and beginning the Israel–Hamas war. Israel responded by bombing the Gaza Strip and launching an invasion that has killed more than 43,000 (?) Gazans as of November 2024. Now, the number of Gazans reported to have been killed is probably highly incorrect, as it is reported by the enemy, and they have been exaggerating every time. Israel is noted to have an army that goes more than any other army goes to protect the civilians.
Rockets shot from Gaza into Israel
Jews hadn't lived in Gaza until 1967, when they won the June war after being attacked by all their neighbors at once in an instigated and planned war led by Egypt and others. In total, between 1967 and 2005, Israel established 21 settlements in Gaza, comprising 20% of the total territory. Before that time, from 1959 till 1967, Egypt was in control of Gaza. Historically part of the Palestine region, the area was controlled since the 16th century by the Ottoman Empire; in 1906, the Ottomans and the British Empire set the region's international border with Egypt.
Not an easy thing to leave Gaza for some Jews, but Israel was insistent it would happen.
With the implementation of the plan for Peace with the Palestinians, IDF installations and forces were removed and over 9000 Israeli citizens living in 25 settlements were evicted. By 22 September 2005, Israel's withdrawal from the entire Gaza Strip to the 1967 Green Line, and the eviction of the four settlements in Samaria, was completed. Jews had left everything; even their businesses for the Palestinians. To have left the land only to see that it was used as a platform to shoot guns of all sorts at them, rockets, missiles, mortars, etc, was the biggest horror. They will not repeat this mistake again. That's why a cease fire must be worded very carefully if Jews are to move back home after losing theirs on October 7th along with so many lives.
